Good afternoon, I didn't think it would come to this and I would have to put 1 star, I hoped for a better outcome. On April 1, 2024, I started going to the Fashion Collection course at your school. During the negotiations, before payment, the training period of 2 months was announced to me, while the exact dates were not given either in words or on the offer. My mistake was not to ask a question, but because the first lesson went great, I brushed aside all the questions and just went to class.
At the end of April, our teacher throws off the class schedule, which clearly shows that the training is not 2 months, but much less. Unfortunately, I can't attach a screenshot, because I was removed from the conversation for unnecessary questions. Also, in parallel, the training is smoothly moving online. But as it turned out, in fact, these are not online meetings, but just video recordings, with terrible sound, which you have to listen to a lot, which is very uncomfortable and generally strange in 2024, where was this prehistoric microphone found at all? One girl, as I understood it, did not master the viewing. The offer also says that there should be both recorded lessons and online lectures!
Overall, April went well, I was ready to put up with it and forward the payment for the next month. One lesson goes by, the second one is half done, and then on my initiative, and the teacher disappears. He does not check his homework, explaining this by the child's illness. Classes are canceled, postponed. Alyona Moskaleva did not even bother to write herself sometimes that there would be no lesson, because she "forgot". So 12 days have passed since May and she announces the LAST LESSON in which we must submit our projects. Despite the fact that she did not get in touch for at least a week, chat messages were ignored for days.
As a result, I could no longer tolerate such an attitude and in a general chat I asked for a PARTIAL refund of the cost for May, since the teacher had no supervision, involvement in the learning process, the dates constantly moved uncontrollably at her discretion and in general we felt abandoned (I also communicated with one of the students on this the topic). Homework was not checked, there were only promises to "look later." I got into the position that a child was sick, but still we pay and have the right to know for sure when there will be a lesson, when not, and to look at homework and write feedback for at least 10 minutes (I worked as a teacher and I know!).
To which I received a very strange and incorrect message that I devalue the work of the teacher and MY OWN work. And that I'm generally wrong and she's READY (and so not ready??) continue your studies. I did not get into an argument, because I noticed that the person responded emotionally and did not provide any facts against mine. I left my bank details and just waited until the next day.
The next day, I receive a message of about the same nature that she is READY (thanks for the favor) to get back to work. I refused and insisted on my own. After that, she started calling me and saying the following: "fighter, you will not let me down", "you are a guest who came to the restaurant, finished his meal and does not want to pay", "so you need money? Do you just need money??" and so on. Unfortunately, these words will remain only in memory, and not on the record, because I did not expect such a scenario and did not record this dialogue.
Immediately after the call, I was removed from the general chat. Alyona agreed to give me the amount of 144p for May, which I did not agree to. I estimated the refund amount at 300 rubles, but I was ready for the average amount between hers and mine. I also realized that there is no point in communicating with Alena, because she just starts throwing herself into emotions and some high things, and there is not a single fact that would prove her right.
I called the lawyers, and they advised me to write a pre-trial claim, which I sent to the IP address on May 15, 2024.
Which I also notified Alena about in a personal correspondence. To which she began to ridicule my desire to get back "SOME 300 rubles."
A week, two, three weeks later, no one took the letter from the post office and I additionally wrote to her in messenger, as well as in the Instagram work chat, that a letter was waiting for her.
Today it came back to me, and I will go to the consumer rights society.
