Great place! We had a rest with the company both in the yard and in the cottage. A huge territory, fishing for trout, enjoying the views of trees, Sakura, a huge number of neatly trimmed bushes and trees! Thank you so much for the delicious lamb on the coals, just an excellent dish!!! Cognac, wine, of the best quality, a wide variety of dishes.The territory is huge and clean, not a speck. Long: The first time we went to the big house a year earlier. Everything seemed to be fine. We decided to go impromptu again.
Upon arrival after lunch, at the reception we could not answer if there were places-sun beds - they sent us to watch with the hostesses. She took us to the children's pool, although there were places near the main one, i.e. no one knows what is going on there.
We paid for the entrance, gave a bracelet, threw a symbolic 10 thousand tenge on the bracelet, and now we need to eat. To eat, you need to go to a restaurant, then pick up food at the barbecue, then go for pizza at the other end.
We thought we would order drinks at the bar, because there is a huge bar in the center of everything. It was not there, there was nothing left on the bar except a hookah - you need to go back to the restaurant. In the restaurant, the bartenders look at you with a blank face, it turns out you need to order from the waiter. And the waiters don't seem to notice you. I pulled out one of the waitresses and placed an order. The money on the bracelet is expected to have run out already, they do not accept the Halyk card (violation of the law), so to replenish the bracelet, you need to go back to the reception. In general, to eat and drink, you need to go around the territory three times.
Plus, be careful - I cut myself bloody on the chaise longue. Wooden floor with splinters. There are a lot of flying insects (there were no wasps like a year earlier).
In the end, it started to rain, strong winds and power went out in the entire area. We were just leaving - they told us they wouldn't let us out until the generator was connected, since they had some kind of system. This does not give the right to illegally keep people indoors. Put his bracelets in the administrator's hands and you can safely leave.

A beautiful picture, well-groomed territory, lots of greenery, cool water even in a deep children's pool (which may be unacceptable for some people). Changing rooms and an outdoor toilet under a canopy, there are showers.
The prices on the menu are like in restaurants in the center of Almaty, or even higher. 1L lemonade (water, syrup and a couple of mint leaves) for 4500 tenge is too much, 1l of water costs 1500 tenge. An aperol for 3000 tenge is served in a plastic cup. The waiters are young people. My children and I faced a problem, we were attacked by wasps all day, they flew in our face, sat on pizza, climbed into glasses with drinks, as a result, several pieces drowned in unfinished lemonade. At my request to somehow improve the situation, the waitress shrugged her shoulders and said that nothing could be done. I think if there were powerful fans or smoldering spirals from insects it would help.
The pizza was passable.
Food and drinks cannot be brought to the territory according to the rules. However, during the day I saw several groups of vacationers carrying bags of food, drinks, watermelons from supermarkets. When I asked the waiter how this was possible, she shrugged again.
By the way, I was carrying a large bag and we were not checked at the entrance. Although I also saw several bottles and bags at the entrance, apparently taken from the visitors.
By the way, at the entrance you need to fill out a questionnaire, pay for the entrance and make a deposit for any amount that is recorded on a magnetic bracelet. At the end of the vacation, the unused amount is refunded.

We were 2 days ago, for such money I would like some gloss, cleanliness, aesthetic beauty. The pool is clean, lots of greenery, but it's still not well maintained. The staff at the restaurant is polite, the food is delicious, but it's a bit expensive for me. But the staff on the premises is quite rude.
I liked the idea of individual changing rooms and showers, but everything is already very old, cracked, cobwebs in leaves on the ceilings (( In the shower, when several people wash, the water pressure drops and the temperature changes dramatically. The toilet for men and women is a hole in the floor. The sunbeds are dirty (take an extra towel to lie on it), the trestles are all covered in leaves, the pillows are lying around. The music is too loud.
There is a huge children's pool, where the water is much warmer. It's a very strange storage room, as if there were lockers in the warehouse.
The payment system is a wristband. You put money on the bracelet and pay with it on the territory. If the money is not fully used, it is returned to the card at the exit. It is better to pay with Caspi- an instant refund. Other cards will be refunded within 3-4 days.
I do not recommend this complex, you can go 1 time, but most likely you will be slightly disappointed. The institution requires serious quality control of services. I would go to such an institution for 5-6 thousand, but not for 12 per person.

The food is delicious pizza. But it was cut crookedly. And the prices on the menu are expensive. Very unreasonably expensive. The portions are small. The French fries were brought unsalted, cut into plates. It seems that the portion is normal, but in fact it is not. The sauce was generally poured into a plastic container.
The atmosphere is generally beautiful here. Lights, a garden for walking, carp, rabbits. Milota. But everything is tired and battered. The wood on the floor and furniture has dried up, it's time to clean the pond. Everyone is reaching out to the rabbits, children are poking plants around, tearing them up. No one is watching this.
The staff is disgusting. The waiters are sleepy, they barely walk, but the bill was brought quickly. There was no loading of the cafe at the same time. The cleaner calmly drags dirty laundry and garbage right past those who arrived at the pool. The rescuer is more interested in his phone than in keeping order. At the reception, the girls are already tired, and it shows. Only the guard is a sweetheart, and he suggested where the locker rooms are, and how to attach the bracelet to get inside.
The organization is disgusting. Yes, it's full of trash. The changing rooms are combined with showers, there are few of them, there is a real queue in the evening of those who want to take off a swimsuit. The doors are wide open. The mirror is one and only from the outside. At the same time, storage racks are common for men and women, it is very inconvenient. There is no inscription that storage is common anywhere, it is easy to get confused. There is almost no lighting in the storage room itself, it is narrow and inconvenient. The doors do not close normally, the keys jam. The toilet is a separate song, a hole in the floor. Okay, well, considering that many girls stand in the eagle pose, it is sometimes more hygienic, but at the same time there was not even toilet paper in the stall. The music by the pool is on an hour-long replay, the tracks then jam in my head. Is it really that hard to make a playlist for the whole day? The music is loud at the same time.
The visitors are mostly pleasant, but there are also those who clearly enjoy the complete indifference of the staff. It is written that you can not walk barefoot (the floor is cracked, you get a splinter as there is nothing to do), but children and some adults do not care about the rules. It says you can't jump - they'll jump anyway. Are there more people in the pool and there is no special place for active swimming? I don't care, we'll swim ahead in a sporty way, shoving people and crashing into them. Or swim with a mask, actively splashing your legs and arms at everyone else who dared to stand next to you. It's gone away.
To summarize. When you come here, take water and food with you, the local restaurant is not worth it. It is better to go in the morning, when there are fewer people and everyone is adequate. I also do not advise those who are allergic to wasp bites to go. There are plenty of them here, very curious. I won't come here again, it's better to go to the spa complex in the city for the same money.
