We came to Minsk from Moscow, and this institution was recommended to us. The impression remained twofold.
1. The location is great, in the center of the park, it's beautiful and very beautiful.
2. The food is delicious! I really liked all the dishes!
3. The children's room is a huge plus for guests with children.
But, there was one huge disadvantage, which is why 2 stars were removed. This is the STAFF.
The management clearly needs to improve this point, and then the institution will receive only the highest marks.
We had a big party, and at first everything was fine, but then when the rest of the guests started to catch up, the crowd increased and it was just TRASH!
The waiter couldn't handle the service at all! I confused the orders, brought other drinks (which I also added to the bill, and had to swear to get them removed), the children were not given dishes and drinks (they were also punched in the receipt), but they stupidly could not stand them, and instead of having a nice rest, we spent the WHOLE an evening to sort things out and prove to the waiter that the dishes were not brought to us. The waiters don't get in touch at all, they don't want to listen, they don't want to figure it out either, they interrupt constantly, raise their voices, they're rude, they stand their ground when they're absolutely wrong. The waiter threw tantrums - oh, it was just awful, it was a shame. I've never seen anything like this before. Shift 03/21/2025 (evening)

Also, expand the bar card. Beer and wine, that's too little. Families come, women want to drink cocktails.

Greetings from Saint Petersburg. I'll start with the pros. A cozy place. The interior was good, and even the toilet was relatively clean, although like everywhere else there were no paper napkins, and the dryer was turned on manually, I can't remember where I saw it last. We don't have any children, but it seemed to us that there is everything for their entertainment, and even screens with a video broadcast of the children's room. This is not something you'll find everywhere, even in St. Petersburg. Kitchen, special thanks. Everything was very tasty. The serving, the temperature of the dishes, I was especially pleased that there was a minimum of salt. This shows the professionalism of the Boss and his team. You've done well.
And now to the cons.
The one who trained the waiters and the manager (Amin, if I'm not mistaken) should be sent to study himself, or better yet, fired.
They didn't meet me, they didn't give me a menu, they didn't introduce themselves, they walked by and did everything except what they had to.
There are 7 steps that any waiter should know the basics of. The open hand rule. Everything is passing by. As if no one had ever told them about it.
The manager, it's not clear why he was in the hall at all. 3 poor waiters for 15-20 tables. The whole hall is sitting, the children and the banquet. And she stands behind the counter and just turns her head. Come out and help, meet the guests, clean the table in the end. Teamwork, no I haven't heard. And when she finally deigned to go out into the hall, it became clear that it would have been better if she had not done so. The whole uniform was dirty, her nose was pointing at the ceiling, she went to the table, which was not cleaned, took one plate and left. But her second "fashion show" shocked us. As she walked through the room, she decided that it would be appropriate to pick at her ear, and then pick up the menu with the same hand and serve it to the guests. Only for one RESTART - 2 stars. Overall: The kitchen is top. The interior is excellent. The purity is at 4, but I think if it hadn't been on March 8th, everything would have been fine. Service is a fat NUMBER.

A great place with a free children's playground and reasonable prices for food/drinks. We were delighted. The attentive staff, the guy waiter brought everything very quickly. I am very glad that we found this wonderful place! A child of 1.4 years old played independently even with adult children, we had a quiet rest, I highly recommend coming here for a delicious mulled wine and have a good time!

I celebrated my anniversary at the Family pub on 03/29/2025. There were 15 of us. Everyone was delighted with the cuisine: from the hostess of the banquet to a single guest! All the dishes were sooo delicious! Thanks to the chef! The guests did not expect such delicious food from this cafe! The service was also excellent: attentive and understanding waiters. We are very grateful to the cafe staff for a great children's birthday. The administrator quickly helped to decide on the menu, everything was just right, Anna held a wonderful cooking class, she is great at captivating children. The waiters helped with everything, the cake was solemnly taken out to the child, everything was packed with them... I definitely recommend this place to just stop by while walking in the park if you are hungry, or to celebrate a family holiday.

Disappointment, unfortunately. Although it used to be quite a good family cafe.
We were walking in the park, and the company of 2 adults and 2 children came in. None of the receptionists or waiters came up to us, they just walked past us. Half of the hall and verandahs were empty or dirty tables after the guests. There were signs with armor on some tables, but not all of them. However, after many attempts to find at least one of the staff to accommodate us, we were told there were no places. Then they also sent us to the second hall so that we could look at the places there ourselves and find another administrator who is responsible for that hall. No one could be found in the other room. They turned around and left. During the time we were there, we watched how the guests independently took the menu on the counter and cleaned the dirty dishes after the previous visitors, because some of the staff could not get through. It's a pity, guys, that you have such an attitude towards visitors. Years of positive visits to this cafe were crossed out at once.

And I can't say anything bad about the staff. They're trying. But they can't cope. And it cannot be said that there are few of them.. there is a question about the organization of the whole process. The impression that it was opened and abandoned. Flounder on your own.
in general, I will not return and I do not advise it.
Of the advantages:
- the interior is bright, the food is not bad. You can say it's delicious.
Of the minuses: zero service, the toilets are dirty and they drink there. And the restaurant too. The children's room is off the block. Cold. Unmade tables.

A liter of juice is 15 rubles, for information. It was very noisy, not cozy, no one was waiting for us at the appointed time and did not meet us, the table was not fully set, the snacks were not ready yet, although the banquet was ordered a month in advance! We were waiting for readiness on the street, taking into account the fact that we ourselves were delayed. It's good that I called a week before the event to clarify the details, but they tell me that we are not recorded at all, somehow… In general, I do not advise you to celebrate important events in this place. The waiter of course wanted to show off his "excellent" memory, but as they say it was worth writing down) he clarified the order several times. But the mood was good and this incident of his was a minor detail.
There are chairs in the toilet near the washbasins, where you can put the child and he will help his hands on his own. There is a place for diapers too)

I put a stretch of 4 stars.
Previously, I would have put 5 stars, but since about the middle of summer, the situation has changed.
We were regular customers of this cafe (we visited about once a week, it was delicious for the children, mom was happy).
Then unpleasant moments began to happen: then they would forget about us and you had to go for the menu yourself, it was dirty in the children's room (I don't mean scattered toys, namely dusty and untidy.)
Previously, they constantly ordered soup, side dish and cutlet for children, but after the child got a terrible yellow skin in the cutlet, which it usually happens at the base of a chicken drumstick and the child almost vomited, they stopped ordering cutlets at all.
There are no normal fresh vegetables (cucumbers, sliced tomatoes) even in summer.
One of the advantages is a really delicious pizza, a fairly clean toilet.
There used to be very tasty cheese sticks, then just some
terrible fat dripping from the cheese (apparently, they didn't heat up enough oil in the deep fryer).
If athletes are fed at this time, the waiting time will increase by 20 minutes.
We were last in September, maybe something has changed.
