This is the worst cafe we've ever been to. Today we came and made an order. We are waiting, it takes 30 minutes! - there is no order! I come up and ask When the pizza will be ready? - I see some guy starts to rub cheese without gloves, threw a hamburger patty into the microwave carelessly, no one is in a hurry, there is no comfort, there is no comfort, uninteresting music is playing loudly, the waiter in tattoos as in the zone - the children were already scared. We sat for another 5 minutes and decided to go to another place, where we had a wonderful time. Bad luck for the lack of any desire to earn money, make an order faster. They work without gloves, without masks, not a single sanitizer on the table, there are no sockets.

We walked with our family in the park. We decided to have a snack. I went to Yandex maps, looked at the establishments in the vicinity. We chose this cafe, there are a lot of positive reviews. A free table was immediately spotted on the balcony. By the way, there were empty tables, but there were a lot of reserved ones. We sat down at a table, the waitress passed by a couple of times, not noticing us at all, until I asked for the menu myself. We finally waited for the menu, and immediately another waitress runs up and says: And you were warned that we have an order from 50 minutes. 😲 What is it? To sit with a child (and they position themselves as a family, children's cafe) for an hour waiting for food, this is somehow too much, despite the fact that I already said there were empty tables (with a RESERVE sign), that is, boarding is not 100%, but what happens with them when they are fully loaded? Do people wait for 2 hours? We got up and left . By the way, we had lunch in another place, very tasty and fast. I don't set foot here anymore and I don't advise others.

Long service time. Families came to sit and eat. Sanachala was brought to one dish after 30 minutes to the second, and after another 20 minutes to the third. It's kind of uncomfortable to eat when you know that the others are hungry too. You wait until at least most of the food is brought, eat cold.
