A wonderful hotel. We lived here as a family in a room with 2 double beds. They kindly provided us with a room with a view of the city. The rooms are cozy and clean. The hotel staff is very polite. You can drink as much coffee as you want around the clock. The hotel is located in the financial district. There are several good grocery stores nearby. The metro is not far away. We really liked the hotel. The impressions of living in it are the best.

A very good breakfast with a large number of dishes (which is rare in the USA). Separately, it should be noted the location, anyone who knows what New York is or studied it before the trip will see how conveniently it is located from the best sights of the city and transport interchanges.

As in all of America, there are a number of pitfalls: upon check-in, we were charged full payment for the hotel (minus the advance payment that was withdrawn from the Card before. In addition, a week before arrival, the reservation was canceled twice, indicating the reason that the card was "allegedly" not valid. I had to spend money on a call from Las Vegas to New York to settle this issue). In the morning, I woke up to a text message saying that another $ 130 was withdrawn from my Card, explaining this later by the fact that this is a fee for room security for each day of stay. The next morning I woke up from two more SMS messages with a charge of $ 220 and $ 290, this time, another girl could not explain to us what the reason was, and she gave us a printout from an account where there are no charges for 220 and 290 bucks at all. I had to call the administrator, who was hiding all day (then a meeting, then lunch, then a report, etc.). As a result, at the end of the waiting period, I was refunded the paid advance payment for accommodation, which was only $ 372. In the evening, we had a conversation again that an incomprehensible debit was taking place from the account, the girl at the reception saw operations to withdraw the amount of 220 and 290 bucks, but said that she would not be able to cancel the payment and everything would return when checking out within three days. As a result, after arriving in Russia and after three days, this hotel charged me another $ 1,077... naturally, I had to solve everything through my bank's personal manager and cancel the operation, urgently withdraw all funds from the Card. According to my bank, this operation was canceled, but in the request of the hotel, it still stood. The promised money was not returned to me, in addition, they are still trying to carry out an operation to withdraw $ 1077. I wrote an official letter to the hotel administration, 4 days have passed at the moment, there is no response yet. Therefore, if I were a tourist, I would pay there in full cash and not give the Card number. Financially, there is no faith in this hotel!
