It is impossible to book on the website, none of the specified phones on the official website is responding, including the director's phone. They turn off the phone during a call, do not call back.
They probably try very hard, but they don't really succeed. The rooms are cleaned after the application every five days. There is zero entertainment. The service too. It's better to go to Turkey.
The renovation in the rooms wants to be better, sea view 5 points

Silence, homemade food, delicious, no entertainment, clean sea, awesome air, eucalyptus trees all around, but you can only live in a new building. The rest of the buildings are devastated.
The grove itself may be nothing, but the service and premises for 4,500 per day are at a low level. In the USSR, the last time something was done there
A quiet, cozy place. The price corresponds to the quality. The most valuable things are eucalyptus air and clean sea, friendly and helpful staff. Just for a relaxing holiday. If Turkey or Egypt, etc. - then it's not for you.
Nice, hospitable people. Did you like the mud spring, the eucalyptus trees, and the smell!? If you are not too possessive, then everything is fine, you need to make allowances for what the Georgians were doing there, the war does not make anyone better.
On the positive side, it's delicious food and the sea. I don't recommend it.

God rewarded this land with grace, but people decided everything in their own way. After such a rest, one disappointment. We were in the village of Kyndyg. The choice was made because of the source. I don't recommend going there. No one takes care of the source and there are no rules. The main thing is to pay 150 rubles at the entrance and do what you want. You can drink beer sitting in the pool, you can also spit there. And special attention should be paid to not slipping anywhere, because everything is covered in slime.
The food is great, the people are great, the place is great, but the old buildings should be completely rebuilt (the smell of mold, dampness, everything creaks and crumbles)
