We rested for 3 days on March 8. I would like to point out a very poor-quality diet. It feels like they cook 1 time per week. The menu is completely monotonous. The choice is minimal.
The location is not bad. The campsite is, of course, very old. The territory is unkempt, branches and leaves are everywhere. It is elementary to at least sweep and put things in order.The attitude towards visitors is at the lowest level. When I asked in the dining room why the cooking was so bad, I was actually sent.

I rested in the "Eucalyptus grove " from 12/30/2022 to 01/7/2023. I really liked the amazing air , the houses on the seashore , two kilometers from the sanatorium thermal springs , walked , at the same time , charging , rooms at the camp site level , the old fund , but tolerable , when you arrived with the company , you do not pay attention to the little things , meals for four out of five , very tasty first courses for lunch and milk porridges for breakfast , the only wish for the owner is to remove sausages from the menu , even dogs don 't eat them - as if they were made of soap . Everything else is fine.We went on excursions , we were in Sukhum , we were in Mukhus restaran , we ate fried and boiled henkali .A big thank you to Alkhatu for professional driving and escorting to waterfalls and radon springs, as well as to the abandoned city of miners .I recommend it to everyone!!!

Eucalyptus trees are gorgeous. Lots of white eucalyptus trees. There is a lot of shade, so it is not hot on the territory. The good thing about the beach is that there are no people. There is a pharmacy on the territory. The territory is cleaned all the time, the beach is also sometimes cleaned, the management of the boarding house personally controls the processes, while the head constantly goes around the beach and looks after the order, although everything is quiet. Those who are familiar with Abkhazia will appreciate that the lights were never turned off in the boarding house, and the water pressure was better than in a Moscow apartment, and neither hot water nor cold water was ever turned off. Thanks a lot for that!!! Oh, the canteen.....I understand that tour operators are forcing sanatoriums to make a buffet. But that's not why I worked all year, to jostle with pensioners at porridge and walk with plates. At the same time, I thought that the price for accommodation should dismiss ill-mannered guests, but damn, with such frenzy to impose a mountain of pasta and potatoes. At the same time, the dining room is not designed for service in this format. You're sitting, and behind you they go back and forth with plates 100 times, sometimes hitting you. In fairness, it should be printed that the food was reported until closing, and the employees of the canteen calmed everyone down and said all the time, take your time, we will report. In general, the buffet is good from 8 to 11 a.m. in a small hotel, but not here. I stopped going to the dining room because it all annoyed me and I don't need chicken legs)). I feel good when I have a table fixed behind me, where I don't mess around, and the peddler would bring me everything. As an alternative to eating in the canteen, I went to a cafe on the territory, as I saw the head of the boarding house in it and it gave me confidence that everything was normal there (it is).It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the bus stop, but it's hot outside the territory. Taxi is very expensive. The housekeeper always gives out linen, soap, and paper without any problems, but you need to go and lay... Cleaning on request. So, I remember this place fondly, but it's not worth the money.

We rested at the boarding house several times. We take our friends there from Adler, to thermal sources. It's a very decent place. Quiet, calm, easy to breathe. There are huge eucalyptus trees in the park. We are trying to rent rooms in a New building with a sea view. You can swim in the sea until mid-October. The water is clean and transparent. There is a barbecue area. But the boarding house provides good food, at home. And they sell delicious wine there in the dining room.

The room suited us, we are not picky about holes, old furniture, rusty chairs, old plumbing. The room is not cleaned, but we became friends with the cleaner and she gave us all sorts of "washing" accessories for self-cleaning. There is no entertainment not in the boarding house not in the district, the village is almost extinct with abandoned buildings. for some reason, there is a rusty carousel on the territory, the years of Stalin's birth. I rested in August, the rooms are clean (they promised to clean them on the 3rd and 5th day), the territory is well-groomed, the beach is also clean (but only in special shoes), there are practically no sunbeds, there is a store (which, however, has almost nothing, basically everything is "vital"), a pharmacy in which there is almost everything and at reasonable prices, doctor, there is a choice in the dining room (but every other day this choice is repeated) we went to dinner several times at the only cafe outside. There are no excursions, they only take you to the place (silently) on their own. To go there only for "solitude with nature" at 8 pm, life "ends" there. It is cheaper to get there from Sukhum or Psou by minibus, then 20 minutes on foot (transfer is expensive). They should also make breakfast earlier, and dinner later would be more convenient. The village itself is small, there are also a couple of small grocery stores. There's nothing to see. I went there only because of the eucalyptus trees, but they are not worth it for me to go back there again.

We had a family vacation in August, a two-room junior suite on the ground floor, cottage.
By number :
1. There is no cleaning, if necessary, do it yourself, there are brooms on the balconies.
2. Towels and bed linen are not changed, you can go to the laundry yourself and change them.
3. There are animals everywhere in the room: spiders, mosquitoes, ants, even a flea (I found only one, though) caught on the bed on the child.
4. The furniture is old, Soviet-era, the bedside table door fell off, the closet is wobbly, we did not use it, it was even squeamish somehow.
5. The toilet is leaking, the shower curtain with black mold, the smell of sewage.
6. Toilet paper, soap, a garbage bag are given out on request if you catch a girl who most often came to breakfast when no one was in the rooms.
In the dining room:
1. The food is delicious, homemade, standard menu. It seemed sometimes that it was a little too salty, but you can eat. It's good for adults, but a 3-year-old child did not eat there, only boiled potatoes and chicken and tea with bread.
2. There are queues, but there was enough space for us.
The beach and the sea: large pebbles, it is difficult to enter, corals are needed, it is not convenient with children, since there is a sharp descent. There are discharges in the sea, the water is dirty. Only in the morning you can catch a clear sea.
Rotavirus: we did not escape this either, many tourists were sick. There is a pharmacy on site with the necessary medicines, the prices are expensive, but if you did not take them with you, you will have to buy.There is a doctor in the infirmary, he works only from 9 to 14 hours. Here's a huge thank you to him. Lyubov Karpovna looked at the whole family, prescribed treatment, listened to the baby, and put an IV on me.
I don't advise anyone to come here for the money they charge for a ticket. And anyway. It is very far from the border with Russia. It takes 2.5 hours by taxi, but when a group transfer is collected, it takes all 6 hours. We left at one o'clock in the morning to arrive on the plane with departure at 12:15. This is not for the hotel, of course, but think before you even go to Sukhum with the children.

I'll start from the beginning, this boarding house is located almost at the very end and already on the first day, when we drove and drove and drove, there was only one thought, when will we get there. We have the way there. It took 8 hours and 3 hours at the border.
The food is monotonous, the same thing every day, apples are made from fruits once a week. Three days later, I couldn't stand the dining room anymore, the terrible dirt in the dining room queue, the hair in the food, people come to the dining room and take the food themselves.
There is not even any shelter above the food so that people's hair does not fall off, the floors are dirty, the tables are dirty.
Room: it's better to live in a tent, it's dirty, no one washes it, the stench from the sewer, which nothing can kill. The sockets fall out, you can't sit on the stool, it's all loose, the pillows and mattress are terribly uncomfortable, the bed linen is dirty and the hair smells strongly of powder.
After three days of using the air conditioner, we both got sick, the air conditioners are not cleaned. In 20 days, the room has never been washed, the linen has never been changed, the towels have never been changed. We ran around looking for ourselves and washed ourselves, and the ticket costs a decent amount of money.
The sea: dirty, big waves from 20 days of vacation, three days there was a normal sea, the beach is squalid, dirty, the deck chairs are very low and wooden, broken. You have to pay for a normal chaise longue. Excursions only to generally accessible places and the most famous Ritsa and Athos, nothing unusual, neither Akyrmary, nor Hoshupse, nor Caves (except Athos), everything is the same as on a tour of the Golden Ring. Even the ghost town refused to be taken.

Wine is a rare shit, everywhere, solid vinegar, I could only drink bottled PSOU and then not ice. What I bought I poured out.
In my opinion, there are two advantages: a great tan (although I had it before) and Wi-Fi in the room, I even managed to watch a movie when I was sick.
That's such a terrible vacation turned out. There is not much smell of eucalyptus trees, it smells of cow, chicken and horse droppings, they roam freely throughout the territory. There are a lot of dogs on the territory, too. And the owner and apparently the sons are riding around the base, inspecting the property, and you are lying on the shore and breathing exhaust fumes.

If somehow it became interesting, read on.. Upon arrival, we went to the administrator to check in, provided vouchers from the tour operator, and the first day spoiled all our expectations! The administration is not at all in the courses that we were supposed to come on a voucher, we are completely unaware of the word.. and then the fun began, the boarding house bracelets were quickly put on us, the tourist fee was 50p per person, in our case 100p, although they said firsthand that it was canceled, and so, the admin took the first keys she came across and rushed off, we just kept up with her.. climbing to the second floor, a room opens and oh, a miracle, we have always dreamed of such a room, I hasten to stop your joy, dear reader, do not wait for a miracle.. 3 beds are separated, Soviet-era laminate herringbone floors, a refrigerator in the middle of the room, a Soviet-era TV, even I don't know if it shows or not.. in general, we ran through it with a quick glance, to which we tell the administrator that we have a family room with a double bed, then she quickly ran for other keys and called everyone.. He leads us to another house.. the door opens and the eyes fall on the first thing, the tile floors, the suspended ceiling, the decorative plaster of Soviet times is painted white, and the smell of dampness in the room, even an open window does not erase the smell.. after that, we show a photo of our room, to which the admin's answer once again killed us: no, you will not have this.. We think it's fun, well, well, since we've arrived, we'll be here.. While not paying attention to all the little things of life, we rushed to breakfast, entering the dining room and there is no limit to joy! the buffet is not standing next to it at all, my eyes are running away..🤩 in general, how it should be👌🏻to complement your spoiled start of the day! If you don't want to stay hungry, pick up the leftovers after hungry single pensioners.. oatmeal and rice porridge, amlet,sausages,cottage cheese,coffee, tea as kefir.. It's lunchtime! And people with weak nerves have a hard time here! Now we are in Sukhum, we were at the hot springs in Kyndyg, talked with people vacationing in a boarding house. Everyone is satisfied with the food, there is enough and delicious food, excellent attitude of the staff, the territory is quiet, no repair work is underway. We are not happy with the long transfer. I recommend crossing the border on your own, taking a minibus for 350 rubles per person to get to Sukhum (about 2 hours), then from the market by minibus for 200 rubles per person to the source (departure at 8, 10, 12, 16.18 hours), there is a taxi from 50 to 100 rubles per person. My wife was upset, after conversations with vacationers, that they did not go to the boarding house-the air is very saturated, but we will still get to the beach with exhaust fumes.

The family had a rest of 2 adults and 2 children. I liked everything very much, the food is excellent, the sea is clean. We went to the wild beach because there are small pebbles and a good entrance for children. The nearest neighbor on the beach is 4 meters away. There is no playground, there is no animation. The boiler, hair dryer and glasses were brought with them, because children do not always drink according to schedule. We did not buy water. There is good clean water on the territory, all workers and vacationers drink it. The rooms are self-catering, i.e. you go to change towels and bed linen yourself when you need to. We did not buy local fruits outside the territory, because there are a lot of poisonings and at the same time local bottled water in the source, as well as the water in the pools is rarely changed, so keep an eye on the children, the locals recommend only charcot. We met a woman who drives a fortress from a cafe. She took us for a small fee to a less popular and cleaner source. And so the children like everything, we took a lot of board games and there are a lot of chickens, turkeys, cows, etc.

So, we rested for a week in this boarding house with our family. Five people - 2000 rubles/day. 70k came out. There are a lot of negative reviews, which is very surprising, because we liked almost everything. Our room is standard, good, two double beds + an extra sofa. Two rooms, a corridor and a toilet. There is a cupboard with a refrigerator in the hallway. In one room there is a double bed, two armchairs, a plasma TV and a heater. In the second room there is a bed, a sofa, air conditioning, a heater and a wardrobe. There are also chairs. There are hangers in the cupboards, which is very good. The bathroom has a sink, a mirror and a shower cabin, well, and a toilet. There is also a place to hang things and towels – also a plus. We were immediately given toilet paper and clean towels. There are no disadvantages about this, except that some towels are stained in some way and cannot be washed. The lighting in the room is good. There is also a porch from the second floor with a bench and a clothes dryer, towels, etc. In general, everything is fine with the room.
The food is a large dining room, but if you come in the middle of lunch, there will be a lot of people there. You need to arrive 10 minutes earlier if you want to eat quickly. There are no trays here – which is very, very inconvenient and bad. A buffet, I would say a large selection of food, but monotonous. It repeats every two days. For breakfast, there are two types of porridge, eggs, casserole or omelet, sausages, cottage cheese, and more. At the same time, there is also bread, sour cream, jam, sauce... and tea, sometimes even with lemon. There are two types of soup for lunch, or borscht. Potatoes, pasta, buckwheat, chicken, etc. can also give salads, cucumbers and tomatoes in the evening. cocoa, jelly, compote.. well, in general, there is a choice, although it is boring. You can eat as much as you want. And it's better not to go to the toilet opposite the dining room, believe me.
The road to the beach is short, 50 meters. But the descent is steep, which is not very convenient. The beach is not very good. It is pebbly, of course there are a couple of sunbeds, if you can call it that. There is no entertainment. A calm, quiet place.
The territory of the boarding house itself is large, eucalyptus trees grow everywhere, there is a turkey and dogs. In general, there are plenty of animals. Again, there is no entertainment, there is nothing to do in the boarding house. There is only one quality toy for children, but it looks so-so. Rusty and unpainted. We could have allocated a couple of cans of paint.
There is practically nothing to do in the village itself. A couple of shops in the area, a cafe opposite the boarding house, where, by the way, they feed well, and there are hot springs nearby. It takes 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot. To pay 300 rubles for the entrance, but in fact it's not a pity at all, the place is good.
All the most interesting things are in the capital, which is 40 km away. And we're lucky that we're in our own car, so at least we don't have to spend 1,500 on a taxi. There is already a lot of entertainment in Sukhum, so it's better to go there.
The place itself is quiet. The area is illuminated, there is almost no one at night. But people swim on the beach even at night.
The excursions are interesting, but we went our own way and without a guide, so we won't say anything about guided tours.
By the way, every couple of days, or maybe more often, they come to us and ask if we need new toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Sometimes they even ask if we need to wash towels. I didn't even have to go to the laundry myself.
Conclusion: the place is good if you want to visit a quiet and peaceful place. Of course, there are disadvantages and there are not a few of them.

We rested from October 30 to November 10. Impressions :ruined vacation. We lived in a cottage, the room is not bad. But cleaning for 10 days was not carried out once, the bed was not changed, you have to go yourself and ask for clean linen. There is no microwave in the room, this is a minus since the cooking in the dining room is disgusting. I don't know who of the vacationers there ate homemade food, Milk dishes made from powdered milk, butter, solid chemistry. No variety in nutrition. How can you spoil a chicken like that. Such disregard for vacationers has not been observed anywhere else. The owner doesn't care about anything. I have never asked if there are any wishes, but you hear bon appetit,. What an appetite there is, after such a meal I want to vomit. The food is cooked disgusting. Everything is covered in stinking fat. I will never set foot there again and I will never advise all my friends and acquaintances. I think the owner doesn't care if he reads the calls. All sites have negative reviews.

The place is calm, the air is clean with the scent of eucalyptus.
The food is an ordinary dining room, there are few pastries, there were no fruits, cheap drinks, (coffee, jelly) butter is inedible.
Faucets are not cleaned in the rooms. The sauna was not working.
We bought a junior suite, a swimming pool was included in the price, a pool with warm water, helped out in inclement weather. The tennis table is in a dirty room. The territory is not being cleaned, trees have been felled, fallen old leaves are not being removed.

Do not pay attention to the negative reviews about this place , they are written by mentally unhappy people who want to get a Radisson service in a boarding house built in 2002 for 2 kopecks.. funny..
we were at the beginning of the season , the staff worked like ants , painted , sawed , changed the room stock , cleaned something constantly . But, all work is only in the afternoon, in the evening there is complete silence and Relaxation for vacationers.
The rooms are not small, they are upholstered in clapboard, there is some kind of charm in this. All have access to the balcony.
For a full and physically comfortable stay, the rooms have everything: air conditioning, a new TV , shower , refrigerator, kettle (take mugs with you), a set of towels, good bed linen on very comfortable and large beds, mosquito nets on the windows , clotheslines with clothespins on the balcony, even a mat in front of the entrance.
All the houses are no further than 50 meters from the sea , it's incredible, there's nothing to compare the Thrill - waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the sea ..
The food is homemade, very tasty, cooked according to technology and with a soul. Not the canteen , which then causes heaviness, heartburn and exacerbation of gastritis , namely , high-quality and tasty .
The beach is pebbly , and it would be clean and beautiful if the vacationers themselves did not litter. I left every day with a bag of collected garbage, and the beach is closed, mind you..
there are century - old EUCALYPTUS TREES all around .. God! You could eat the air with a spoon !! I can 't breathe enough .. It 's a delight 🤩
The staff is very pleasant, set up for your great vacation.
Here is an example: we arrived late, the reception is open until 18-00. We got a call on WhatsApp , the girl asked us to wait for an employee who brought us the keys and will help us with the check -in . So , he didn 't come , he CAME running , out of breath . And the territory is not small.. It even made me feel awkward, they picked up a man in the middle of the night.
To sum up: if you want pathos with twisted fingers, don't even come here, don't spoil the aura of this wonderful place with your negativity.

Eucalyptus grove is a rest for body and soul! A wonderful place!
After reading the reviews, it was scary to go.
We didn't pay attention to the little things and shortcomings, that's not what we came for. Nature, eucalyptus trees, sea, mountains, birdsong - compensate for everything!
Closed territory, private beach on the first line, 3 meals a day, air conditioning in the rooms, bathroom, refrigerator, kettle, mugs, ropes and clothespins on the balcony, everyone has their own entrance to the room from the street.
There is a simple shop right on site and a pharmacy.
In the store - bottled wine is directly supplied from the Abkhazian factory, ice cream, drinks, chocolates, cookies, 5 liters of water, corals, flip-flops.
The base is located in a eucalyptus grove - the territory is surrounded by greenery of trees, the air is saturated with phytoncides, indescribable, so saturated that you can eat with a spoon.
The sea is very close - 50 m.
The water in the sea is warm, clean, the beach is pebbles. There are many benches on the territory. A separate story is the benches on the shore, overlooking the sea!
The car can be placed directly with its body.
By the way, we slept with the windows open for several nights, not a single mosquito flew in.
There are rooms large and small.
We went as a four-person family with children, took a 4-bed, 2-room room.
The beds, mattresses, pillows, blankets are new and comfortable.
Each room has its own router, Wi-Fi is excellent.
Flat-screen TVs in every room.
The linen and towels are clean.
The staff is polite and friendly.
The base is gradually developing and flourishing.
The rest turned out to be very inexpensive with such introductory data. For 5 nights, a little more than 50,000 came out for 4 people.
There are simply no such prices.
Their rustic products are prepared in the dining room. Breakfast from 9:00 to 10:00: 2 types of milk porridge, omelette, boiled egg, sausages, casserole, fresh cottage cheese, bread, butter, Feihua jam, tea. Lunch 13:00-14:00: 2 types of soups, 2 side dishes (boiled potatoes, buckwheat, rice, pasta), meat (chicken baked in the oven, cutlets, sea fish baked in the oven, sauce, naval pasta), cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage salad, ketchup, tea, coffee, jelly. Dinner 18:00-19;00: several types of side dishes, meat, vegetables, cookies or pie, tea, coffee, Feihua compote and apples.
There is a hot spring nearby, the entrance is 300 rubles, we really liked it.
If you are traveling by car, or there is an opportunity to take in addition to standard things, then I recommend:
an umbrella to the beach, soft sun beds, corals (rubber shoes for swimming), a music column, circles, inflatable mattresses, a hair dryer, a capsule coffee machine, milk/ cream in a tetrapack for coffee, a floor rag in the shower, batteries Pinky 2 pcs for conder/TV remotes - all this came in handy for us.

I did not rest in the sanatorium itself. But I studied the entire territory inside and around the sanatorium. The place is gorgeous for wellness. The beach is pebbly, even in a storm the water is clear. The aroma of eucalyptus and the sea is indescribable. In the heat, you can sit in the shade of eucalyptus trees. You can find silver eucalyptus. Thermal springs are located nearby in 10-15 minutes on foot.
