I went with them for the first time, the route St. Petersburg - Minsk. I was sitting in the second half of the bus, towards the end. It was very cold, the bus itself is not very new. I asked the driver to turn on the heating at one of the stops, he clicked something on the panel and said "of course, I'll turn it on now." As a result, the cold did not go away, then people who were riding next to me also asked him why it was so cold, the answer killed him: "it's always cold on buses." However, it was quite warm in the front of the bus. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AND I WON'T GO WITH THEM ANYMORE, I went and got sick.

We really enjoyed the trip. The bus was made of steel. The child was delighted with the soft chairs and such a huge double-decker bus. Blankets were given. It was the first time we rode on such a bus.

I really want to ask your operators a question. Why are the buses in such a disgusting state. We bought tickets St. Petersburg-Minsk-St. Petersburg in July of this year. And they cursed everything in the world. The bus is dusty, stuffy, and there is nothing to breathe. People are sitting all wet. The air conditioners are barely blowing. So on the way back, one of the drivers is also a boor. It is not clear how such people are hired. Very disgusting service.
