I have a general review of the Bank. Bank managers can never do anything to help, but only apologize. The bank's terminals are almost all broken in the city. The opening hours of the branches are inconvenient for customers. The support service does not provide any assistance. The mobile app doesn't really work and they haven't been able to fix it for a year now. Terrible attitude towards customers. It's just a shame! The worst bank!
