They took a vacuum cleaner from the window themselves and turned it on to check, the store director immediately ran up and began to complain, saying that they couldn't do that, you wouldn't buy this vacuum cleaner later. At the same time, he did not send us a seller who could advise us. Then the saleswoman came up, who did not know at all where the battery was in this vacuum cleaner and how it was charged. As a result, we took away this vacuum cleaner, but the sediment was not pleasant. Sellers on Sovetskaya 97 are much nicer and consult better, unfortunately they did not have this model in stock.

Иногда бывают хорошие скидки , а так по ценам магазин не из самых дешёвых . А ещё у них нет доставки между магазинами тесть если товар есть в наличии в другом городе его можно только зарезервировать но не как не доставить по этому и 4.

Когда первый раз пришла, было не приятно слышать как сотрудники обсуждают покупателя, когда тот ещё в зале. Комментарии я и про себя услышала. Это не тактично и оскорбительно.
Второй раз пришла только из-за хорошей скидки, но консультанта не дозваться, делает вид что не смышит. Потом общение на уровне зачем вы сюда пришли, сейчас у нас время обеда. На тот момент действительно все пили кофе или обедали. Общение на повышенных тонах и навязывание своего мнения.
Я просто была в шоке, было большое желание уйти и жалею, что не ушла и совершила покупку.
Техника была с браком и на следующий день идти в сервисный центр. Полный негатив от покупки.
Я редко пишу жалобы, но накипело, за последнее время впервые с таким сталкиваюсь.
