But in the store itself, as soon as I approached the vacuum cleaner I needed, a consultant literally ran up to me and immediately began to dissuade me from my choice.He criticized the Bosch and lg vacuum cleaner models. Next, he very persistently began to offer the Polaris model 1834, colorfully painting this particular model of Polaris. Literally deafening me with a flood of information about this "miracle of technology". In fact, all his words turned out to be lies. The cord is not 10m, as he touted, but only 6m.The warranty is not 3 years, as on the box (which, strictly speaking, I fell for, but only 1 year).And the claimed 420 suction power, in fact, is unlikely to reach 300, compared to my burnt-out Bosch, which had a suction power of 380, but more powerful compared to these claimed 420.In addition, the container cleaning system was very, very important to me, which I told the consultant about.. Since I have animals and I often vacuum. But the consultant began to praise this particular cleaning system again, and it was in this model 1834.And he said that this model is designed specifically for animal owners.. Which was another lie. Since in this vacuum cleaner, you have to clean the container with your hand every time. Because animal hair is not shaken out of the container, but gets stuck between the walls of the container and the filter.. And it hangs from the container without shaking out at all!!! I have to pull it out with my hand. A very dubious pleasure .especially since it has to be cleaned often, since the container has a small capacity. It is stated 1.7, but in fact there is less space for garbage than 0.5 liters.And also all the garbage, when opening the container of this vacuum cleaner, falls on the lid of the container itself. As a result, my hands are dirty, and everything is around me. A very ill-conceived design of this "miracle of technology", praised by the consultant. Compared to my burnt-out bosch, it's just a "silent horror." Although there was a container there too, but everything was very easy to clean. I am very, very sorry that this incompetent consultant approached me and dissuaded me from buying another bosch, imposing this "miracle of technology" on me. All the advantages of the Polaris1834, which he described to me in such a way, as a result of which I listened to him and bought this model, turned out to be a complete deception. The consultant misled me about the technical characteristics of this vacuum cleaner. This model has absolutely none of those "advantages described by him". In this regard, I have a huge wish for the consultants (Vitebsk).. Before "selling" goods to customers, at least study the technical features of this product, so as not to tell the "fabulous shit", I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and the consultant of the Vitebsk store.It's a pity I didn't look at his last name. And the other one is not supported in Belarus . It makes no sense to overpay 2000 bel. I did not see a ruble for a TV that does not cope with its main task.
