I really like this restaurant - it's cozy and atmospheric, there are summer terraces that are glazed for the winter, the restaurant itself overlooks the park - it's very nice and cozy to sit.
Delicious Turkish cuisine, the staff is polite and helpful, you can, if desired, ask to cook the dishes differently as you need.
We should also mention their Turkish breakfast, it is varied and delicious, we often come here for breakfast in the morning. The food, the atmosphere, the interior, the staff - everything is very good. The music is quiet and pleasant, but it is always oriental (Arabic and Turkish, sometimes Uzbek) and is very suitable for the interior of the institution.

This Sunday we decided to go to a Turkish breakfast lunch in Efendi. We used to go to S.Asimov, this time under the influence of the wonderful weather and the desire to walk, we came to the Ankhor embankment. And they never regretted it. It is very clean, the staff is bustling and setting up tables outside, the atmosphere inside is very pleasant. We arrived at noon, there were not so many people, the waiter came up, not particularly friendly, but doing his job. He reacted to all our sweet conversations with a stony face and monosyllabic answers. That didn't stop us from tipping him for his work. But the next time I visit, I'll ask another waiter)
The kitchen is great. The presentation is pretty, combined with the interior - very atmospheric. Baklava is good!

I was at this restaurant with my family and we really liked it. There is a favorable atmosphere here. The staff is very friendly, responsive, fast service. They cook very tasty, especially I liked the meat sach tava, beef pide in tandoor, ceramite with mushrooms.. etc. well, all the dishes are sooo delicious. There are no questions about the interior, a pleasant Turkish atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the service and food were not satisfied.
The staff of this institution is absolutely not customer-oriented. Despite the fact that there were two of us, the waiter brought one menu. Also, I had to call the waiter every time, ask for clean dishes.
Since the dishes that were previously laid out are dirty.
The plates are dusty, and the appliances are also polluted with dust. They did not offer to change the dishes, and the appliances for new dishes were also not offered.
Turkish sweets were taken from the food. However, during the tasting, they noticed that the dough was raw, which made it impossible to eat dessert.
For the most part, they were very unhappy with the dirt and service.

Efendi Restaurant is a great place to visit after a walk in the park, however, it may be time to update the interior and improve the quality of service.
