Very long service. There is 1 waiter for the entire establishment, while the administrator pretends that there are no visitors, and calmly goes about his business. The coffee is delicious, the desserts are normal.

The coffee went bad - we were here for the last time in 2019. They say, supposedly, 100% Arabica. But obviously of poor quality. Desserts are a shame! There were no eclairs. They took the Black Forest cake and brought it half-frozen. Obviously not in butter, but on margarine. The waiters do not follow the customers, everything is slow and unenthusiastic. Which is not surprising: what enthusiasm if you work in a taxi company! Guys, how can you get down like that? There is a cafe in the city where the menu is better and the service is better. And you absolutely lose to them. Disappointment - I will not come again.

It's worth a visit. I went on the recommendation to try the Mikado cake - thin layers of dough soaked in delicious cream and abundantly sprinkled with chocolate chips. I took green tea in a teapot to him, and some thinly sliced dried fruits were served to him. I liked the pitch very much. The cake is delicious!

When breakfast was finally brought, it became clear that they had been cooking a poached egg for so long. It was absolutely solid! The bill was also waited for a very long time. The food is three-course, the waiters are not very friendly. It seemed that the Russians were not welcome here...

There were girls sitting next to them who also had their hot food delayed and they canceled part of the order. As a result, no more foot in this cafe. Hire cooks so that orders are prepared faster, you will not lose customers!!!

I always try to write positive reviews. But today they were outraged, they carried soup for 1.5 hours, although there were 3 cripples in the hall. All the food was brought to everyone, but we apparently did not please the waiters. Someone else was sitting in the toilet for 1.5 hours. I was late everywhere, they did not make a discount, they did not apologize. I won't come back.

They wanted to drink Armenian coffee, but left in a bad mood.
We were in a cafe with a family of four. They came, they sat us down at the table, brought the menu and... that's basically it. We waited 10 minutes for the waiter to place an order, while the guests who came later than us had already been approached by that time to accept the order, and even to bring something. Well, we are not proud people, we approached the waitress ourselves, asked her to take the order, to which she said that they would come to us now. As a result, another 7 minutes of waiting, all the Armenians around are being served, they just don't seem to notice us. There was a feeling that they simply did not want to serve Russian-speaking guests. They got up and left.
It's a pity, at first glance the place made a pleasant impression
