The kettle in the room is completely rusty inside, they asked to replace it, they brought the same one with a little less rust, my question about the kettle without rust was answered that they ALL have SUCH kettles, Guys, well, no one in their right mind will drink from such kettles, you take money for accommodation, update The "fund" of dummies is not such a big expense for your hotel. Next, room service, service for 2, why? Because be ready to wait for your water at one o'clock! I'm not kidding right now, it took an hour from ordering to receiving 2 bottles of water in the room!!! Despite the fact that we called 2 more times after the order and politely asked to hurry up, to which we were answered "okay", but the water was not carried.

The location, architecture, and fitness room "A Priori" are the aspects that are pleasant to guests. There is a bar in the lobby on the ground floor, as in all hotels: it is inconvenient that the kitchen is located on the 12th floor, and the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. Strong 4 stars. Normal sound insulation. Entertainment center (bowling alley, aquarium, dinopark). Next to the Ferris wheel and the shopping center. Nice views from the window. Khanshatyr is one and a half kilometers away, 700 meters from the streets with themed restaurants.
