My family and I are in the UAE for the first time. I want to share my impressions of the trip. We chose the Rixos family Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah for our vacation. I liked the hotel. I also liked the meeting with the guide Anastasia at the hotel. Everything was clearly told and organized. Everything went great on the trips too! Amusement parks are interesting, Dubai-beautiful buildings, evening. Dubai is beautiful, fountains, architecture-everything is at the highest level!

Natalia is an excellent organizer, she immediately met us at the Mall. We called and said that it was our anniversary, Natalia came, met us and offered us several options for excursions! Having recommended what would be more profitable and interesting, my husband and I were delighted with a walk through the evening Dubai, we also ordered an observation room and a couple of days later went to Abu Dhabi to look at the Louvre! We had a rest in the second half of February at the Rixos Hotel in Raselheim, the hotel is great for a family holiday! Great rooms, lots of entertainment for children, great food!!!! We had a sightseeing tour of the city, including a doe boat ride. During one tour, the children were able to see and learn the history of most of the most important and beautiful objects in Dubai, made purchases at the Dubai Mall and saw a fountain show. Many thanks to Agent Anna, who agreed to change the date of the tour for us. We were delighted with the guide Elvira, who was in love with both her work and this fabulous city. Desert Safari in Ras Al Khaimah

We bought a boat tour with dinner at the Dubai Marina. Anna's travel agent worked very quickly, providing all the necessary information. It was not difficult to get to the pier along the indicated route. At the entrance, guys with badges and tablets promptly register you and direct you to the boat. There are already other guys with tablets (where you are already registered) seating you at tables. Night and day Dubai are two big differences. Everything looks great from the water. The swimming itself takes a little more than 1.5 hours. But you will see a lot. The Marina itself, Jumeirah beach, part of the Palm Tree, the Wheel. We got to the moment when the drone show was taking place. It's just fascinating. You won't stay hungry. The food selection is good. Lots of desserts. Water and drinks are free of charge. Wine - glass 35 dirhams. This is 150 grams. Bottle 175. The toilets on board are very clean, however, as everywhere else in the Emirates. This is a direct feature. Not Egypt exactly. There are a lot of positive emotions. Thanks to the organizers. Definitely buy.

We ordered a transfer from Ras Al Khaimah to Dubai Mall via Anna. Everything was fine, as indicated in the description. They were picked up on time, a comfortable minibus was taken there and taken back on a large bus. We answered all your questions when booking. There was even more time to visit the shops than promised. We are having a rest (February-2024) at the Mirage Bab Al bahr resort 5* hotel. Everything is not bad enough, by 4.5 points. 02/21/2024 We went on a sightseeing tour to Dubai. Our guide Tatiana accompanied us on this tour. From the very beginning, like a caring mother, she took care of all her wards: she escorted them to the bus, seated them all, counted them, etc. we immediately realized that we were in safe hands. We had a rest in Ras El Khaimah at the Intercontinental Hotel. There is something to compare with, but the price-quality ratio is at a decent level. My rating is 4.7-4.8. I would like to tell you about my vacation in the UAE. We rested in this country with our family for the first time. We were at the Hampton Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. We liked everything. Food for every taste, you will definitely not stay hungry. The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers. Our guide Anastasia met us at the hotel. She told us everything in detail. She helped us choose interesting excursions. We were satisfied with the excursions. Burj Khalifa was very saddened by his height. I really liked jeep safari in the desert. A lot of emotions. And we had a walk to the Indian Ocean, where we swam and fished, it's a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

I want to express my special gratitude to the hotel guide Sayera! We have not met such guides yet. Any request was fulfilled with lightning speed, starting with check-in at the hotel and ending with our departure! We came only for a beach holiday, we did not plan excursions. In March, we went on an excursion to the famous Sheikh Zayed White Mosque and the Louvre Museum. Agent Anna helped with the armor, was always in touch, supervised our transfer and sent all the information in WhatsApp, for which I thank her very much. I went with the group on a tour of the Flower Garden and the Global Village.
A minivan was delivered on time, a group was assembled and in 1.5 hours we got to the beginning of the tour.

We rested in Fujairah at the excellent Address Hotel. Back in Moscow, we booked a sightseeing tour to Dubai through Sputnik. Agent Anna contacted us almost immediately. We came to Ras Al Khaimah for a vacation.
We stayed in Rixos. The excursion program was bought through the Rustar company from Anastasia. I was very impressed with her story about the excursions and even though we came with another company, we decided to go with her!

I didn't like it very much.
To begin with, the information on the tour was unreliable: we bought a tour in Abu Dhabi. The first stop is the mosque, then the ethnographic village, the Sheikh's memorial and several photo stops+A buffet LUNCH IS INCLUDED.
Bottom line: there was no lunch. The order of the tour is the opposite-the mosque is the last, when the child was just crawling there from fatigue, and we were not fed a plus. They just wouldn't let us go in to buy food somewhere, they yelled that we didn't have time to wait for you. Knowing this order of visiting places and the absence of lunch, I would not even take this tour. Julia sold it to us, and I was not pleased with the meager apologies. I am attaching a screenshot.
At the beginning of the tour, people themselves went to another mosque on the way, so there were so many screams, they almost left without them, other tourists were already trying to persuade them to take them away.
THE DISGUSTING MARINA GUIDE. A woman in a comeback, who was interesting only to the same age women.
This was the tour of her life, not Abu Dhabi. How and in which cafe she ate with her friends, how and where she lived since '98, how she rejoiced at every object that was built here, because before there was nothing here, and there was nothing there and here. How she seduced sheikhs and sent them three letters, how they invited her to visit, and all that sort of thing. I didn't learn much about Abu Dhabi at all.
How she fucked up my child. God forbid he asks what's in my window, she immediately yells that she's going to give him the microphone and finish the tour. I endured attacks on the child from her side the whole tour. At the same time, I constantly made fun of him that he wanted to eat, such a feigned type of care, in which I did not let him go and buy anything, although we stopped at McDonald's to use the toilet. A person absolutely does not know how to work with people, loves himself very much and praises himself very much. She is very boorish, she did not allow us to ask more than one question to the hike of the excursion, like we are knocking her down. There is zero information, I never got out of the car – they walked around the mosque and the village on their own, although other groups went with a guide, as I saw.
