Senseless bureaucracy and formalities, operators cannot solve any issue in a way other than "write an official letter", the pick-up point is far from everything, the office is sealed with rules, restrictions, laws, queues, there is no repair, it is cold and dirty, no one needs anything, everything is difficult and time-consuming. Although the directions of deliveries and the structure are almost the same. There were nuances in deliveries, sometimes deadlines failed, and sometimes crumpled boxes arrived. We work with this company, about a year ago, the company was somehow replaced. Parcels are lost, delivery to some regions is a month or more, the attitude towards customers is disgusting. Over the past two years, three personal managers have changed. As a result, we had to abandon the company's services and switch to a more reliable carrier, Russian Post. And as strange as it may sound, the Russian Post is much more reliable than DPD/

Disgusting service!!! Parcels are not delivered on time, after the parcel arrived from Russia on December 20th, it remained in the central warehouse and no one can take it from there anymore. And there is no point in calling the operators, they can only apologize and leave some requests to the transport service. No one seems to be reading these applications there. Since it's been 3 days already, but no one is going anywhere. Terrible company!!!
