I ordered fruit puree for a cake from Vitebsk, the sender said that it would be delivered the next day, waited until the evening, the puree did not arrive, they texted that due to a car breakdown, delivery was postponed from Wednesday to !!!Monday!!! The contact service was told that they fit within the delivery time and fuck off!!! And the fact that there is fruit puree and it should be stored in the freezer, they don't care that it is needed on Saturday, but not on Monday. The sender was told that they did not have time to deliver, they wrote to me about the breakdown of the car. Belarusian business is booming.
The service sucks. The parcel is not picked up within 4 days from Moscow. They write that the order has not been completed.either the cargo is not ready, or something else. Do not contact this company. Shocked by her in November. There is no trace of the former international-level company in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
Terrible service. The SMS notification did not arrive on the phone that the parcel was loaded into the mail machine. There was no message that she had been removed from there. The sorting point where they offered to pick it up is located far outside the city.
I contacted this service once. I waited for the courier for 5 hours, as a result, he called back and said that he did not have time. He will deliver the package tomorrow. No one called tomorrow. As a result, I had to go to the terminal, where I stood in queues for an hour. While I was standing in line, I realized that I was not the only one. As a result, a total of 7 hours of lost time. I am not sure that I will use their delivery further.

Just a terrible attitude towards customers. The telephone staff themselves do not understand what the order number is, they are not able to change the phone number in the order so that it is possible to pick up the parcel from the post office. For 4 days in a row, a request was submitted to change the phone number and for all 4 days there was only one answer, the request was submitted, wait. No result. They just don't care. If you can not use the services of this company, it is strongly recommended to do so.
Good service, prompt delivery, low prices. I use it often, so far without overlays. I hope it will continue to be the same.

The worst delivery service. It began with the conclusion of a contract. I filled out a "kilometer" application on the site with data almost about illegitimate children, and as a result, the manager called me back and asked me to fill out the contract with the same data (rewrite). It is impossible to get through to the manager (you need to call, ask the manager and then he will call you back in 30-40 minutes). The first order was damaged steel parts (they were dropped from the plane on the fly, apparently). The second one was done at 11 a.m. They didn't pick up for 2 days in a row - without calls and warnings, they just canceled. The reason is "the courier Vasily is very busy, your order is postponed to tomorrow. If he's more free, he'll probably take it away." I hope that we will never see your office again
This is a nightmare, not an organization!!! When they didn't deliver the packages on time, this is the norm. I didn't pick up the phone, but called back an hour later as soon as I could be in touch. To which they told me that they would not deliver the parcel. The courier left. Delivery is indicated from 9-18, and it was 13:00. Finally, I contacted the operator and again the result was zero! Don't mess with me!!! This is a disaster in the 21st century!!!

This office chooses the delivery points at its discretion - the Stone Age. They force people to go to another area of the city. I had to enter into a dispute, after that the order was delivered to the point I had specified in advance and at my location. The delivery date has changed by a day. I had to arrive twice for the order.
The service culture is zero. Employees do not behave ethically.
The operator didn't even apologize!!! On your mind.

Out of the ordinary, the parcel was never delivered on time. There is always a delay of several days (although the order is already with them), due to the fact that "it is inconvenient for the courier to deliver at your chosen time." Are you serious?! Is the whole afternoon after 15:00 an inconvenient time?
Of the latter, they just lost my parcel. For a month I listened to the vague answers "we didn't lose her, we didn't find her.".. As a result, no parcel, no money, not even an apology...
I don't understand how such an office still exists.
In recent months, the work has deteriorated and generally shows a disregard for customers. For several weeks they could not pick up the cargo from the suburbs of Tula (Russia), they say the sender does not work. At the same time, the courier did not even show up on the sender's territory.
Technical support staff ignore customer complaints and show their indifference to the problems that arise. They refuse to connect with higher-level employees.
The cargo is at the terminal in Minsk for the fourth day, and the operator says "I'll find out in the transport shop," etc., while not even trying to apologize.
I do not recommend dealing with them.
They delivered my parcel from AliExpress, I don't even really know why they did it, but it's true, usually parcels from this site go within a month, through this transport company the parcel was delivered to me for 2 months. Moreover, when I called and found out where my parcel was by the track number, they replied that it was still on the way, although the day before they called from the same shopping center and said that the cargo was ready for delivery, when I came to pick it up directly at the shopping center itself, they replied that the cargo has not yet been registered and they cannot issue it according to the regulations, and then I generally picked up the parcel 5 days later, already in citylink

The most profitable transport company in the city. the lowest prices and the fastest time. I sent parcels to Minsk, Rostov, Pskov, the longest period is 5 days, the highest delivery price to the terminal is 180 rubles. I was very satisfied with the quality and price, the only negative point of receiving parcels is in the middle of nowhere.
They hold the cargoes of customers, solving their issues on accounts receivable with counterparties. They blackmail the recipient to resolve their issues with the sender.
