At 21:30 we came to the restaurant and sat down at a table, waiting for my husband to bring our cakes. At this time, the waiter was serving people at the next table, about 5-6 people (coffee, tea, cakes, and so on)
2 minutes later, my husband came, saying that we could not sit down, the place closes in 25 minutes. I went up to the waiter and asked why you had just served these people , why couldn't we? The answer was: THEY ARE ACQUAINTANCES OF the MANAGER!!! What ? Ok. We go to the girls who were standing at the cash register, I asked them to sit down normally, since it's the child's birthday, and it will take 15 minutes to eat a piece of cake. She said: well, you can't, to the question : why are these people sitting there then, she just walked past me and didn't give a damn about the tears and frustration of my child. So your institution chooses people? That is, your friends and their children can eat cakes and drink tea. And my child is not allowed
Was it 15-20 minutes to eat ? It turns out like this . I am very upset with such customer service. I understand if it was in 10 minutes. But in 30-25 minutes, it's a shame , of course.
I do not recommend the establishment precisely because of this attitude towards the client.
