A pastry shop for every taste! I was stunned by the choice and quality of service, we visited twice. There is a special employee with a walkie-talkie who helps to place an order. You can sit in a separate room, or you can just take the order with you. According to my friends, it is the best pastry shop in Batumi and I agree with this opinion!

The service is disgusting. And it's not about the workload on March 8th. The girl with the radio ignored me. I ignored it 2 times. The first time I contacted her, she saw her friend, looked at me, didn't say anything to me, came up to her friend to have a joyful conversation. I went up to her a second time and said loudly, "Hello, girl." To which she replied, "Yes, just a minute," and continued talking with her friend. In this situation, it's unprofessional to put your personal relationships above your work during work. You're at work! Work, don't talk to your friend.

Every time I pass by this cafe, I see some kind of extraordinary excitement, but in fact it is artificial: there are a lot of empty tables in the boarding hall and it is very quiet, but there is a noisy crowd with a spontaneous queue at the window. For some reason, you do not place an order to the employee BEHIND the window, but to the employee At the window, and he is already on the radio (why!??!) he passes this to an employee a meter away from him. Plates with cakes are thrown at the cashier and she does not understand at all where to punch and to whom, let's put a ruckus here and get "thrown sausage" in the hungry 90s. You carry the dishes to the table yourself, but at the same time the drinks will be brought by an employee (apparently so that they don't pour in this turmoil)
So I'm shooting a star for this unjustified rush
But the desserts are divine! I'll try everything!

And here you can also buy a large cake of 3~4kg for about 2000 rubles, they serve quickly;) they understand Russian well) but if you worry that you won't remember what you want, just take a picture and show it to the girl at the checkout)
