The advantages are a large territory. A boat with a motor. The lake is just around the corner. Grill. Pavilion. The cauldron. Alone on the territory. There is a small lake where you can catch crucians. No one interferes. One of the disadvantages is spending the night. If you flood the bathhouse, it is not possible to sleep. It is very hot. Because the sauna is located at the bottom.

We had a family vacation in December. The atmosphere is extraordinary! There is simply NO such thing in Belarus. I definitely recommend it!
