We approached several consultants ourselves.
We found an option that we liked and immediately ordered it. There is a possibility of installments. The production time for the order is 30 working days.
I don't know about other organizations, but we were told when we made the first payment to draw up the contract that if the amount of the sofa increases by the time it is ready, then we also have an increase in value. Fortunately, the sofa has not increased in price.
We haven't collected it yet.

This place presents products from many Belarusian manufacturers and furniture from foreign manufacturers. But you can make an impression about the manufacturer, talk to representatives of furniture factories (not all of them). Consultations in the Furniture House are quite sane. From this place you can start your "hard" journey into the world of furniture and decide for yourself whether you will buy a certain piece of furniture in this place or visit the branded outlets of specific manufacturers. On my own, I will say for Belarusian furniture - you can find it for every taste and purse.

He took the price tag and ran away. I was away for a long time. Wait a minute, there were no signs that the product was reserved or that it was a sample that was not for sale and was only ordered. After returning with the price tag, the manufacturing country changed from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Belarus. What follows is the story that this closet was reserved this morning, although the reservation is only 1-2 hours. The next day, the closet just stood there. No one booked, much less bought. In other words, the service was actually denied, that is, the sale. At the same time, there was a desire to at least leave a complaint in the book or even contact the local organization to which the furniture house belongs regarding violations. And one more thing. Personal plans for a vacation in the evening and who and what likes to consume there should not be discussed publicly by employees ! 👎

We ordered and paid for the sofa through the bank. The bank replied that the sofa was paid for. We stopped calling the store, called for several hours and still got through. There we were given the answer that the order was paid and that's it. Now we are trying to get through to the store to pick up the sofa, the phone does not answer, the fax is constantly turned on, after the call we start dialing again, it is already "busy". Disgusting service, 3 phones are indicated! and it is impossible to get through more than one! Please sort out your phones so that you can serve people properly. There is no exchanger in the store itself, there is no furniture collector (or rather, there is no such service). This is a minus.
