Disgusting service at the Dodo pizzeria.
We ordered a dodster today at 14:02, and it was cooked for 20 minutes (there weren't many people), although it usually takes no more than 10 minutes. After the message about the order's readiness appeared on the screen, we went to pick it up, but they made us wait even longer. There was a girl named Leila at the checkout, who did not give out orders for a long time, despite the fact that our dodster was already ready. Instead of serving customers quickly, we had to wait while the employees cursed and cursed loudly among themselves for a long time. Is this the norm for you? You have information on the wall that employees have taken an "oath" about the order and quality of service, but this is far from reality. As a result, we spent half an hour getting one dodster. Complete disrespect for customers. Teach them not to SWEAR at the whole pizzeria, they just ruined the mood

The coffee itself is excellent. The interior is pleasant. The service is excellent. It's pretty nice on the second floor. The only huge, significant disadvantage is the Playground right in the hall of the second floor. Unruly and ill-mannered children there create lawlessness, yell, scream, so it is impossible to eat and communicate there normally and calmly. The administration needs to eliminate this children's place. Let them go to the shopping center, where more than half of the space is reserved for them.
