I'm calling, at first the communication is calm, but after asking if they will be able to receive us today, I listen with acute pain to flattering words addressed to me: "Where have I been all day, that I'm calling at the very close and that they can hardly help me today?"- Is the only thing I said a kind dentist? At 19:00 we get an appointment with a doctor at the Mazurov polyclinic, in 3 minutes of examination, a referral for a picture, recommendations for rinsing and taking medications. A young doctor treated her, she was in a hurry during treatment and everything fell, apparently she cleaned everything badly and it was even scary to think what was wrong with the tooth. And so I came with another problem, I believed that something was wrong with the tooth. Although he wasn't sick... it's better to go to different clinics for a consultation and not believe the first one.
An appointment at the clinic is made one month before the appointment. In my case, an appointment was made, but, unfortunately, the registry confused the reason for the request and the attending physician. Having entered on the appointed day 08.06.22, the registrar did not issue the necessary documents for admission, saying that everything is processed after the doctor's appointment.
The doctor who performed the examination did not follow the sanitary rules. The gloves were not replaced (and were not even treated with a disinfectant). The result of the visit is herpes. The doctor did not use the instruments for the examination.
As a result, the doctor refused to redirect to the doctor and asked to leave - this is the first time I have met this and it is unclear how such behavior can be justified. Upon returning to the registry, I was not redirected to the right specialist, but was offered to re-enroll and wait again for more than a month. All this time, the registrar communicated with the employee in parallel with me, which is why my questions had to be repeated several times. The registration of contracts for visiting the clinic was not carried out.
The general impression is that the service of both the clinic administration and the attending doctors is very poor. There was no chance to evaluate the competence of the specialists.
