I am very surprised at the assessment of such a guest here
We are still here for a few days, but we have the experience of a week-long stay. I am writing in hot pursuit
The hotel has five stars clearly only for the territory - insane beauty, diverse vegetation, which, of course, in the hot season allows you to move almost only in the shade
There is a good playground here (for the first time under an awning, and not in the direct sun)
A stunning complex for kids with slides, pools with a depth of 25cm to 60cm for children), cool!
And the last plus is a children's pool with sea water on the beach
That's it!
The service is terrible. The staff is not involved at all in either a positive or negative way. Guest relations only makes it look like it's working, but in fact it doesn't solve any problems
There is no animation at all. A show in the evening, sometimes something in the outdoor pool in the sun (thanks for taking care of your health)
There are no umbrellas on the pier
Nails stick out of the bridges for entering the sea (guest also scored on health and safety here)
The cleaning was disastrously unsuccessful. Like, a change of underwear and a new shampoo will throw dust in the eyes about the frequency. Not on the balcony, not with a mop under the bed, not with a mirror, not with plumbing
Rooms and furniture are falling apart, doors cannot be slammed in silence, there are no sockets (on the ground floor there are only rooms by the bed, and on the second floor there are none at all, only on the stairs). There are no shelves in the cupboards, not a single hook in the bathroom, not a single shelf, and the balusters are loose on the second floor of the room. We ask you to fix it for security reasons - we don't care, give it to us.
There is a kettle, but mugs for two with a family of 4 people. And there is a socket nearby, but one in which the light is plugged in. That is, either seagulls in the dark, or cold water in the light
Elevators creak, are not ventilated, Wi-Fi is intermittent. For the money they require, no one needs to come here at all.

They met well, then the bed linen is stained, the bathrobes are in holes, the juice is promised fresh, they serve the body themselves, there are a lot of fruits but not ripe, it's hard for non-smokers, everyone smokes a pipe, the bartenders are all tired and gloomy, they don't even want to come up, I personally saw how lemon and mint are collected from used glasses and used again for drinks.
Everything else is great. Gorgeous dishes for tea, sweets, champagne, dry wine and bottled beer, I drank it. Coffee, pancakes, Waiters are rude and do not know how to find a common language with the visitor, they aggravate and do not try to settle. In one word, they are rude. I was bitten by fleas or bed ticks, I came to see a Therapist, I had to be treated. So, if you get spots along the path, you have been bitten by fleas or bed ticks. I was shocked by the expensive hotel I had for the first time, I took 5 but cheaper, I was waiting for WOW. But no WOW, rude waiter, not friendly bartenders, constantly had to go to the reception to decide and waste time and spoil your vacation. But when they left, the girl was also bitten all over. It can be seen that the bed linen is not being processed, washing should be at 70 degrees and drying. They do not comply. Baths and toilets do not de-disinfect that's for sure. There is something to work on. Or make it cheaper. There are a lot of daytime cafes, you won't be hungry, a big plus. The event is gorgeous and theotral is a big plus. A disco with live music, you can listen or dance smartly. The dinners are great, they should also have live music, a saxophone or a piano. I liked it, although there are disadvantages. I hope that they will improve for the better. Alvadona was WOW 5+better, now she's 4 worse.

A hotel where you can die!
The staff does not respond adequately to problems as much as possible!
Stuck in an elevator, an elevator that is in the sun! Communication with the technician did not work in the elevator and the phone is just hanging for show! It's good that our guys had a phone, and they called us and we already made a fuss. They were rescued at the hotel for almost 30 minutes!!! Can you imagine a red-hot elevator made of glass? 30 minutes?
And now another question, what if there were children in the elevator without their phones? A pregnant woman? Pensioners?
It's a shame! And they didn't even apologize!

It so happened that I wanted to get to the hotel a year ago, when it was still ”Alva Donna”, I looked at reviews, reviews, but it didn't work out. And so I had a rest in early October at the Dobedan World Palace and I want to share my impressions of the rest, I will be glad if my review will be useful when choosing a hotel.
So, the advantages of the hotel for me
1) The territory. It's gorgeous, green, and clean. They are constantly cleaning, washing, and scrubbing. Common areas, including.
2) Locations. There are many of them. Bars, restaurants, hammocks and cozy corners-thanks to proper distribution (for example, duplication of bars on the beach) there are no queues, you will always find a place to your liking.
3) Sports Academy.The hotel has clearly set up sports activities-aqua aerobics (honest 2 times a day), water gymnastics at sea, aqua jumping using special equipment.This is not counting sports events such as step aerobics, fly yoga and others. The girls leading the program are well done, thank you)
On the downsides. I think the hotel has a huge disadvantage, it's the service. Well, that's the truth. Of course, I understood that the hotel was not positioned (and should not be) as hotels of the Rixos, Gloria, etc. chain, therefore, I calmly reacted to the fact that at breakfast we were approached once (in 9 days) with a question about drinks. But I can't understand when you're sitting watching a program and you're silent! they take away the lanterns on the table. The seats in the restaurant are taken away, even if you went to get a dish, and the time is 20 minutes before closing. This applies to the outdoor space. Maybe it's not like that inside. When the grill closes about 25 minutes before the end of dinner, when many dishes are no longer available half an hour before the end of dinner.
Where the staff does not smile when you pass and does not interrupt their conversation with each other. It all resembles some kind of pioneer camp, where you have to live according to a schedule. And there is also such a topic that you should always control what is poured for you in bars, even in the lobby. I mean, if you take a cocktail and you know what ingredients it should consist of, you always need to keep an eye on the bartenders, because they pour the wrong thing at all. And when you tell them, they say they know. But the next time you come, it's the same. It's exhausting.
In general, if the hotel improves its service and treats guests more hospitably, this will be a great vacation option. So far, my score is 4.

Вчера уехали из альвы донны(это однозначно лучший отель в соотношении цена качество! Персонал, территория, анимация! Всем на высшем уровне, единственный минус, это немного уставшие номера(но это не испортило наше впечатления об отеле! Хотим сказать большое спасибо за такую организацию досуга от аниматоров, это первый раз, когда и ребёнок хотел идти в детский клуб, и взрослые шли на анимацию. Детским аниматор ом отдельное спасибо за искренность и хорошее отношение "не наигранное)" к детям) во время отдыха была годовщина свадьбы, от отеля подарили, цветы, вино, торт, фрукты) очень приятно, прийти в номер, и увидеть красивый букет и приятности, поход в итальянскую а-ля карт, где очень атмосферно и вкусно! Администраторы в течении отпуска звонили и интересовались как проходит отпуск) в июне едем в сеть альва донна в белеке) надеюсь там так же хорошо) спасибо большое за то, что сделали наш отдых в вашем отеле замечательным ❤️

Очень вкусно готовят , обслуживание официантов
Проблем с лежаками за весь отдых не было не разу , всегда были места
Красивая и ухоженная территория , как было приятно гулять с малышом по вечерам 😍
За весь отдых никто не чем не заболел , хотя отзывов начиталась про этот коксаки , аптечку везла пол чемодана , вообще не видела там больных детей .
Детская анимация чудесная
Так теперь что не понравилось
Это конечно номера (( староватые , были муравьи пару раз , не приятно (первый этаж не берите )
Анимация для взрослых скучноватая .. точнее ее вообще нет 😁пару раз видела конкурсы какие то , и водное поло
Про детское питание : берите с собой мясные пюре , там их нет , вообще если сидите на пюрешках , берите все с собой и побольше
Ну для нас это все было не принципиально
На ресепшене девочки молодцы , всегда все помогали 👍
Нам отдых очень понравился ! Рекомендую ! Если боитесь как и мы , то убирайте все сомнения езжайте и кайфуйте !

Замечательный отель!
-очень зеленая и ухоженная территория, много тени, перемещения по территории не доставляет неудобство в жару
-много разнообразных кафешек, в том числе Starbucks , баров ( пиво только разливное Efes), бургерных
-несколько бассейнов и для активных мероприятий и для релакса ( для взрослых)
-мини клуб для детей ( вечером на большом экране показывают мультики)
-хорошая анимация и днём и по вечерам ( есть большой амфитеатр и сцена для выступления артистов)
-достойная работа персонала на ресепшен ( помогают во всех вопросах)
-очень понравилась кухня на ужинах ( разное мясо в разных видах, рыба (сибас, дорада, форель), один раз а неделю рыбный день- добавляются креветки), фрукты ( черешня, инжир, виноград, арбуз, апельсины, нектарины, персики)
утром свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок), разнообразные турецкие сладости
-достаточное количество лежаков на пляже, даже днем можно найти свободные …
Один из отлей в Кемере, куда хочется вернуться!😊

And Alcoholic Drinks ARE DISGUSTING!!!!! It's just slop, worse than in a three-star hotel, you can't even smell it, let alone drink it - champagne is apple cider!! It's just disgusting!!!! Cool hotel! The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, personal hygiene items in the assortment, bathrobes. All the staff is polite and does everything very quickly. The hotel is always clean. The beach is pebbles, the entrance to the sea is convenient. What I really liked, there is a relaxation area, a sunbathing area and a 15+ swimming pool there is peace and quiet, near a bar and a Starbucks.

В целом отель неплохой, из плюсов это хороший пляж, шикарное прозрачное море, территория, которая позволяет прогуляться, если повезет то встретить можно черепаху, ежей) поесть тутовник, посмотреть на лебедей и фламинго. Кофеманы упьются кофе, которое на каждом шагу в кафешках, свой старбакс; кто любит прибухнуть, там этого добра тоже полно но вроде бы всё местное, импортный алкоголь стоит в баре но вы его не попробуете за просто так. Вечерами шоу программы как во всех пятерках Турции; на завтрак, обед и ужин почти всегда одно и тоже, но если пробовать каждый день разные блюда, то получите разнообразие. Отзывчивый гест релэйшн, слушают вас и стараются помочь. Хороший массаж в спа, однако есть но, про это в минусах ниже.
Минусы: у нас был семейный номер в 2 этажа, номеру не хватает площади, особенно в ванной, которая требует обновления, хотелось бы более современной сантехники и яркого света. Убираются в номере неплохо, полотенца " лысые", можно бы и заменить. В ресторане слабое обслуживание, официанты заняты уборкой, а не сервисом, хотя есть определенное время когда вам принесут напитки, но в основном придется бегать самим. СПА - это прям игра в лотерею, стоимость процедур зависит от количества, но про единичные визиты вам один сотрудник скажет 60$, другой 50$, третий 40$, и когда вы придете не найдя этих троих, то цена может быть не та, на которую расчитываете, а расчитываем мы как правило на самую низкую, вот сделали бы четкий прайс. А ля карт рестораны платные.

Нам очень понравился отель, с удовольствием вернемся. Вкусная еда, куча активностей, а главный плюс для нас - бассейн 15+😍. Уборка номера чуть подкачала, но для нас это не очень критично (как новобрачным принесли шампанское с фруктами в номер, грязные бокалы так и стояли до нашего отъезда). Не забывайте нажимать кнопку у входа в комнату «do not disturb”, а то пополнение бара разбудит вас в 9 утра😂
Дизлайк мужчине, продающему на территории услуги спа за приставучесть и фразу «наши деньги в ваших карманах»🤦♀️ нет уважаемый, в моих карманах МОИ деньги! Которые я не готова платить после таких фраз!

Были в июле. Отдельное спасибо, самому главному и заботливому по кабанам на пляже, обслуживание на высоте с утра до вечера, дисциплина и порядок во всем. Мустафа, огромное тебе спасибо!!!!! Персонал: все работают с утра до ночи, не покладая рук, уборка номеров: всегда утром, быстро и качественно. Отель очень многолюден, была жара и все хотели обедать, ужинать и завтракать под кондиционерами, на улице в другую погоду было бы комфортнее сидеть ( в июле больше не поедем в Турцию)) море волшебное, чистое, теплое. Попали на концерт группы Бандерос - отличный звук и группа выложилась на все 100% - МОЛОДЦЫ! Немного про питание, раньше оно было здесь лучше, но в Туции сейчас тоже кризис и инфляция, выкручиваются, как могут.

Прекрасный отель. Отдыхала там уже 4 раза. Очень люблю район Кемера, отель находится буто в бухте. По приезду в номере всегда ждет приятный сюрприз из бутылочки вина, виски , фруктов и сладостей. Это бонус от команды отеля, за то, что посещение отеля не в первый раз. Отель очень чистый. Огромная территория, утопающая в зелени. Очень много баров, кофейн, ресторанов . Белье меняют каждый второй день. Качественный алкоголь, большое разнообразие фруктов: апельсины, грейпфруты, яблоки, груши, арбузы, дыни, виноград, слива, клубника, черешня ,инжир ( в сезон). Про огромное количество салатов, печеного, сладкого даже не стоит и перечислять. Вообщем все супер!

Отель шикарный, очень большая зеленая территория, отличная еда для взрослых и детей, для самых маленьких есть баночное питание. В ресторане каждый день кухни разных стран, много фруктов! Много бассейнов (есть такие куда запрещен доступ с детьми), игровой комплекс для детей, спортзал и СПА. Анимация и шоу-программы для детей и взрослых, каждый вечер разные. В общем, отличный вариант для взрослых и детей!

Были семьей в Октябре.
1. Заселение. В целом быстрое, на ресепшн все вежливо.
2. Номера. Не рекомендую брать номера около главного ресторана, лучше брать дальше и в корпусах 1ххх и 2ххх, так как в ресторане много блюд на гриле и из-за этого достаточно неприятный запах. Сами номера конечно уже подустали и явно требуют обновления.
3. Питание. Хорошее и разнообразное, в течение дня много разных мест, где можно полноценно перекусить или поесть. В барах вкусный кофе (по-турецки), алкоголь почти не пробовал, вино в ресторане - бодяга, конечно выпить можно, но для любителя винного - помои) В ресторане при отели не ходили, нужды в этом не было
4. Пляж. Обычный, галька, есть понтон, с которого можно прыгать или просто хорошо отдыхать. В районе 1ххх корпусов есть закрытые беседки, аренда была около 80€, мы не брали, не увидели преимуществ.
5. Приятный фитнес центр, рядом есть площадки для спорта
В целом хороший отель, на твёрдую 4+, но не 5 точно.

The cheese is only salty, the service is mainly provided by citizens of Kazakhstan. Special thanks to the Intourist guides for the excellent rafting excursions. They brightened up our vacation. You guys are doing great! I will not return to this hotel for sure. Очень красивое место,вековые кемерские сосны,высоченные пальмы и другие фантастические растения,за которыми постоянно следят и ухаживают работники отеля,чистейшее море,на территории в разных местах стоят холодильники с водой,чаем и айраном,номерной фонд уставший,не очень удобные матрасы,Алва донна в Белеке в этом выигрывает,однако стоит отметить разнообразное питание,на любой вкус.Не каждый отель предлагает борщ и бульон,а здесь минимум три вида супов,каши на завтрак,морепродукты тоже есть,мясо всякое,много фруктов,цена недешевая

Отель достойный. Анимация каждый день на высоте, артисты реально вкладываются в каждое выступление! Питание хорошее, рыба на гриле каждый день в обед и ужин. Гарниров тоже на любой вкус.
Единственное, что внесло ложку дёгтя- соседний отель Akka в котором вся анимационная программа долбит до 23:45 прямо вам в окно(касается номеров в дальнем корпусе с частичным видом на море и по сути на бассейн соседнего отеля). Так что если вы любитель вечерком спокойно посидеть на балконе или просто лечь пораньше просите переселения в середину и с видом на горы.
