Наверное один из лучших отелей, в плане семейного отдыха. Очень внимательное отношение персонала, шикарный шведский стол, замечательный пляж. Большое количество разнообразного досуга, как для взрослых, так и для детей. Шикарные ежедневные вечерние представления. Если говорить про ремонт, то видно что подбирали хорошие и дорогие строительные материалы, но ремонт делали делитанты.. Сам неплохо разбираюсь в ремонте, и сразу вижу все косяки рукожопых строителей.. Но если не обращать на это внимание, то вполне все хорошо...

Впервые в этом отеле . Жили в новом здании deluxe. Конечно далековато от моря , но зато ОЧЕНЬ тихо . Номер семейный вполне комфортный для 4-х человек . Хотелось бы конечно два туалета в таких номерах :-) территория небольшая , но сам отель огромный . В первые дни заблуждались постоянно . Еда выше всяких похвал . Много анимационных программ , спортивных мероприятий . Множество баров и мест для перекусов . Свежие фрукты и напитки приносят прямо на пляж . Немного расстроил выбор алкоголя при условии , что отель UAI, но из того , что есть коктейли делают замечательные . На территории два Старбакса . Кофе в ресторане на завтрак - фигня :-) есть пирс , с которого можно нырять .

Прекрасный отель,всем рекомендую!!! Очень красиво,чисто. Номер у нас хоть и не смотрел на море,но был большой,уютный,каждый день в нем очень тщательно убирались. Еда,это просто на любой вкус!!! Очень вкусно , аппетитно ,выглядит красиво !!! Кормили просто на убой))) Бассейны сверкают голубизной,чистотой ,изумительные!!! К персоналу всегда можно обратиться с любым вопросом, помогут обязательно. Каждый день куча развлечений, бассейны с аквапарка и,как для маленьких деток,так и для взрослых. Вечерние шоу ,каждый день и они отличные. Выступали всегда очень талантливые ребята,за это отдельное Спасибо!!!

Прекрасный отель. По приезду не сразу понимаешь расположение корпусов и точек питания, но через день все встает на свое место. Хороший корт и боскетбольная площадка. Пляжный волейбол каждый день утром и вечером. Кормят хорошо, всегда можно выбрать. В прошлом году отдыхали в более дорогом отеле, в этом году из-за рост цен поехали в менее дорогой (в Alva Donna) и остались очень довольны. Застали концерт Юлии Савичевой прямо в отеле. Были приятео удивлены ее зажигательным эффектом. Не кажлый отель приглашает известных исполнителкй, но в Альве были Лепс, Михайлов, Арбакайтк, Виагра и др. Рядом с отелем небольшие ряды с магазинчиками и аптекой. Можно вкчером пройтись и купить как минимум изчезнувшие у нас лекарста или имеющиеся, но знвчительно дешевле. ALVA DONNA - рекомендую!!!

One of the best perhaps. The three of us had a rest from 27.09 to 06.10.2023. We were greeted at the reception at 7 am kindly , all the staff speak Russian very well , there are no problems in communication , they immediately offered breakfast , everyone showed what was where , offered cards for towels . Baroque /Empire style hotel : everything is clean , it is constantly being cleaned , the railings are cleaned , there is no garbage anywhere , everything is washed , the territory is very well maintained , greenery , flowers , palm trees , music , bars and terraces in good neat condition , several terraces and bars with drinks and food , including a bar on the pier . There is local alcohol , there is imported . Local : everywhere and everywhere , I tried white , rose and red wine - good , I did not note any side effects . I saw they took whiskey , gin , cognac ... beer. Juice is always present constantly freshly squeezed orange, the rest are bagged. Fruits : seasonal watermelon, melon , figs, pomegranate , banana , gragon fruit , oranges , tangerines , grapes, pears, apples , strawberries, kiwi a little. The hotel is large , two buildings with their main restaurants , you can go both here and there . One and the second through the crossing over the road . And here and there there is a cool pool . There is also a spa area on the street with spectacular spa beds and its own spa pool with stones with fountains. The zones on the beach are divided : Vip , ,only +18 , only without children , non - smoking , with children ... there are plenty of places , there is enough for everyone . Despite this, people from 6.00-7.00 occupy sun beds , there is a children's pool with slides , there is a regular separate pool with slides . There is an amphitheater -a stage where every evening there are guest stars or shows, then a disco on the pier or in a nightclub. I haven 't seen children 's discos , I don 't know , maybe they hold them in a children 's club . At 5.40 , the mule begins to recite the prayer , so you have to close the balcony to sleep in silence . At 12 at night and later it can be noisy from walking after night entertainment , you have to close the balcony . And so sleeping with the closed one is stuffy, the conder also works noisily. The sea is beautiful , clean , the entrance is soft , smooth , sand and very small pebbles . You can jump and dive from the pier , there is also a VIP lounge area on the pier . The rest exceeded all expectations, there is something to compare with , we rested only in the top five, including in Belek for the last 5 years. Every single employee is friendly , smiles at everyone , says hello , everyone tries to help . In resttrans , in general , such service : just sat down at the table , the waiters immediately ask what do you want to drink ? Immediately brings everything you ask for . Tables are quickly set up , dirty plates are quickly cleaned from under the nose , everything is clear , there is enough staff for such a qualitatively fast work .I advise you unequivocally. I think we will return to this hotel again. Of the minuses : it can be noisy at night if there is a balcony with fountains in the courtyard , where there are tables and cafes , if you sleep with an open balcony . Perhaps I can't find fault anymore. There are 95% of Russian vacationers in the hotel. The hotel was 100% full for the period of our rest, it didn't get any less for a day. We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel .

An excellent hotel operating under the "ultra all inclusive" system. The room was small, but cozy enough. A huge swimming pool on the territory, its own beach, the first line. There is a concert venue. (even Russian stars come). There is animation for children every evening. There is also a day children's club (they do crafts, watch cartoons in the cinema). I liked the food. Plus, there is a late dinner until 6 a.m. I recommend the hotel.

I would never recommend going to this hotel! There are people being bullied in the restaurant. We were there in 2022 from November to December and spent 5 days on ivs with a child. And there were many such adults and children! They tried to leave, but no one returned the money to us ((( I warn you that they have an agreement with the clinics. To request a refund, you need a paper stating that the guests had a bacterial infection, the clinic gives you a paper stating anything other than that. They wrote to us about otitis media, bronchitis, gastritis, etc. I asked the doctor why they wrote it?? She said to ignore it, that you have a bacterial infection. Была в Exclusive с 09.04 по 17.04.2023, двое взрослых.
Отель с достаточно большой территорией, очень ухоженной и чистой. Персонал весь вышкаленный, быстрый, внимательный, ненавязчивый.
Заселение стандартное, по готовности номера.
Уборка, смена полотенец, пополнение мини-бара - ежедневные. В номере есть халаты, тапочки, гели-шампуни, спонжи, ватные палочки, и швейный набор, кудаж без него😄.
Пляж очень длинный, лежаков много, есть зона 16+, но некоторым семьям с детьми пофиг, они приходят с детьми, которые орут и визжат (речь про эту зону), что вымораживает, когда намеренно пришёл туда отдохнуть. Пляж песчаный, ближе к морю есть небольшой участок гальки, далее, вход в воду песок. В это время вода 19°С, зато в бассейнах 29°С, очень комфортно. Люди как всегда с 7 утра занимают лежаки что на море, что у бассейна и не приходят🤷🏻♀️, короче так видимо во всех отелях.
Еда разнообразная, вкусная, как и везде тематические ужины, есть блюда заточенные под русских (борщ, беляши, котлеты - всё оч вкусное, чего я не ожидала), очень много рыбы разной - дорадо, форель, скумбрия и также закусок из неё. Я любитель мяса и поэтому оценила мягкость и вкусноту блюд из баранины и говядины, салатная зона стандартная. Снек бар у пляжа небольшой, выбор еды не велик, так что, если хотите как следует пообедать, тогда вам в главный ресторан. Есть второй снек недалеко, там бургеры, лепёшки и шаурма. Ежедневно была клубника сладкая, фрукты и мороженое. Каких-то изысков в виде раков с креветками (как в Kirman Sidera) за 8 дней не было, но еды очень много и она круглосуточная, так что ешь-пей 24/7.
Алкоголь вроде импортный заявлен, но если заказывать коктейль или к примеру текилу, то вам обязательно плеснут местного (качество нормальное, проверено), так что рекомендую говорить всем барменам при заказе название алко (фирму) и говорить - Оригинал (Егермейстер оригинал, Альмека оригинал и тд), либо если пьёте коктейли, берите всё отдельно (оригинал) и потом смешивайте. Алкоголь есть весь практически (шампань, мартини, ром, виски, бренди, Бейлис и тд).
На территории ходят коты, живут там вернее, поэтому, если не закрывать балкон как мы, в один прекрасный день можно обнаружить жирного наглого кота у себя на кровати, так что закрывайте на всякий случай.
Отель хороший, семейный, с хорошим сервисом, развлечениями и едой. Приеду ещё, если цена будет адекватной.

I was in Alva donna a year ago, I was in jail, 99%, it was in my top hotels.

Отель рассположен почти на окраине поселка. Поселок тихий, чистый. Рядом с отелем рынок с завышенными ценами. Если чуть пройттись дальше, то много супермаркетов, где можно по выгодному курсу расплатиться долларами или евро. Даже надобности в обменниках не было. Встреча на ресепшене дружелюбная, расселение не по времени, а по мере готовности комнат. Т. Е уставшие с дороги туристы, особенно с маленькими детьми заселяются в отель практически по прибытию. Весь персонал говорит на русском языке, вышколен до "скрипа", улыбаются, поддерживают диалог, незамедлительно реагируют на просьбы, дают обратную связь. Очень стараются все. Номер у нас был на мансарде с видом на море, не большой, но уютный. Ежедневная уборка и смена постельного белья. Но мы отказывались от ежедневной смены, попросив один раз в три дня. Мебель не новая, но аккуратная, чистая, и не обшарпанная. Есть мини бар с молочком, соками, пивом и газированной водой, телевизор. Бассен основной большой с подогревом, крытый бассейн в зоне спа тоже с подогревом. Два аквапарка на территории, везде вода теплая. Для развлечения детей отдельно стоящее здание. На территории много баров, причем с качественными алкогольными и безалкогольными напитками на любой вкус. Ресторан, бар на пляже. Возле бассейна и бары, и рестораны, холодильники с фруктами и напитками. Еда везде вкусная, разнообразная. За 10 дней пребывания, нам ничего не приелось. Очень многого даже не попробовали. Официанты - прелесть! Отель рекомендую, вернусь обязательно. Каждый найдет здесь по желанию-либо уединение, либо активный отдых.

The hotel and the service are great! Pay attention to the indoor/off-season, the animation and the set of drinks in the bar are different from this! The pier bar is a super place for up to 24 hours! Хороший отель, ресепшн всегда на связи, решают все вопросы, территория отличная, зеленая, много локаций, на пляже всегда можно найти свободные лежаки, так же как и у бассейна, несколько бассейнов, в т.ч. с горками отдельно детскими и взрослыми, есть бассейн в более уединенном месте с гидромассажем и фонтанчиками. В номерах чисто, ежедневно пополняемый минибар. Но сам номер маленький, были в семейном номере. В номере была большая кровать, кушетка, двухэтажная кровать и скромный балкончик. В целом отель хороший, без изысков.

Прекрасный отель для семейного отдыха. Обслуживание на высоте, персонал отзывчивый. Еда разнообразная, большой выбор для детей и взрослых. Есть детский клуб , где постоянно с детьми занимаются аниматоры; есть что поделать для очень маленьких и постарше. Через день морепродукты, и различные гастрономические праздники. По вечерам разнообразная шоу-программа, приезжают наши звезды.

Великолепный отель.
Отзывчивый персонал, не было проблем ни с русским ни с английским языком. Не навязчивый сервис.
Еда и напитки отличные, не местный алкоголь, если вдруг наливают местный, можно попросить, нальют тот, который хотите.
Номер чистый, просторный, кондиционер отличный, можно включить слабый режим и будет очень комфортно. Сервис в номере без нареканий, уборка, замена полотенец каждый день, постельное белье меняли раз в два дня. Поломался замок двери, за 5 минут исправили.
В ресторанах, много места, отличные официанты. Тематические ужины 2 раза в неделю.
Большое количество активностей: танцы, занятия в бассейне, водные горки для детей, взрослым тоже норм. Есть горки для взрослых. Волейбол, футбол, баскетбол, настольный теннис, не во все поиграл)
От СПА жена была в восторге.
Каждый вечер на главной сцене представления, цирк, танцы, в 22:30 дискотека.
Каждый вторник выступление известных артистов, мы попали на Савичеву и Ханну.
Море чистое, пляж хороший, с шезлонгами проблем не было, в любое время находили под навесом 3 свободных со столиком. Есть территория для отдыхающих без детей, удобно)
Для детей помимо горок, 2 бассейна, дискотеки, няни, игровые площадки, машинки.
Минусов не нашел для себя.
И еще имеются, хороший тренажерный зал, большой зал для кроссфита, кальянная кинотеатр небольшой, боулинг, игровые автоматы, на пляже водные мотоциклы, лодки и тд)

Отдыхали с мужем и двумя маленькими детьми. Очень понравился отель, очень вежливый персонал, говорит и понимает на русском. Делает свою работу качественно и не заметно. В номерах чисто, каждый день убирали и меняли белье, при этом мы не сталкивались с горничными, при том что много были в номере. Еда вкусная и разнообразная, огромный выбор еды для деток, детское метание в баночках, овощи на пару и тд. Большой выбор вегетарианских блюд и рыбы. Поесть можно почти круглосуточно. Территория не большая, но очень красивая. Потрясающие вечерние шоу. Бассейны с подогревом, но мы не купались, так как предпочитаем море. Старший сын много времени проводил в аквапарке, он большой и очень классный. В детскую комнату отводили пару раз, не понравилось что внутри весят несколько телевизоров с мультиками, и дети туда залипаю, вместо игр. Особенно порадовала живая музыка в лобби баре каждый вечер и Старбакс на территории с бесплатными напитками.

Отель норм для отдыха с детьми. Не новый, стиль на любителя. Есть абсолютно все. Детский клуб не очень, но анимация классная. Ребята молодые, очень вовлеченные. Территория не сильно огромная, что для меня является плюсом. Если предлагают номера над крытым бассейном, нужно отказываться и просить замену. Ночное караоке знатно напрягает и не дает спать. Кухня супер, что детская, что взрослая. На баре при заказе напитков лучше говорить фразу «original» тогда вы решаете проблему с турецким алко😁
