It has been in this hotel 4 times already. When he was Alva Donna it was better (especially the food).There are dead cabinets in the dining room(they're really dead.) When we arrived for the 3rd time, we were given a room in another building (de luxe) as a compliment, we arrived at the 4th and were given a family room in a regular building with a terrible view of the back of the hotel + there is no window and no light in a room with two beds (it is always dark).

This year we decided to relax in this hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., the room was ready. The hotel is fully populated, there are a lot of very Kazakhs. We paid 180 euros extra for 9 nights and settled in a deluxe room. The rooms are decent, everything is OK. Its own restaurant, swimming pool, lobby, etc. We went to the main one once, of course there are a huge number of people, there are a lot of tables, but more often they are free somewhere far away. The menu is the same as the deluxe restaurant, maybe a little more choice, but there is no anthill. That the food swings a little weakly. There have been no shrimps for a week. The children's menu in both restaurants is meager, two soups, two side dishes and cutlets. Cancers 2 times a week. Fish every day. It's a little weak for 5 over 500 thousand. Last year we were at Carnelia diamond golf, after that, of course, nothing at all. There is no children's animation, there are no shows 2 times a week at all. The adult program was not impressed. For that kind of money, there are more decent hotels at times. There are no fruits on the beach, you need to go to the children's area. It's very inconvenient. We stayed at this hotel for the first time with a young man from May 11 to May 18, 2024.
We arrived and left with our things for the transfer at 18 o'clock, while waiting for the people to gather, we left at 19. The hotel is located near the airport, but because we stopped at 3 more hotels on the way, ours was the 4th, then the road took 1.15 hours, we stopped at the hotel after 8 pm, we were quickly checked out and we went to a restaurant for dinner, then things were brought to our room.
We liked the room, everything was clean, cozy, everything worked, even the Russian channels were 👍, the only thing is that the view from the balcony is not very good, those on the right are the sea, on the left are the mountains, in the middle is a garbage dump) we mostly just slept in the room, so everything suited us more than)
The hotel restaurant is wonderful, the menu is excellent, I didn't even have time to try everything that was there in 7 days, there are several bars on site, a fruit bar, starbucks and pies separate love.
For cocktails, I want the management to give instructions to their bartenders to pour the brand of alcohol that they are asking for, and not some kind of incomprehensible alcohol from under the floor. For example, we asked for cocktails in Malibu or Olmega, and they poured us something local, they should just stand and watch what they pour.
Unfortunately, the sea was still not warm enough for swimming, but we still made several trips. The pool was huge, people mostly hung out there, because the sea was cool, so there was enough space.
I would also like to mention the evening program and animation in general.👍

Good afternoon! We had a family vacation at this hotel from 13.11 to 25.11.23. I liked everything! The rooms were cleaned every day! The mini-bar was also filled daily! Everything is clean, neat. The territory of the hotel is small. If someone likes to walk, then there is either an area outside the hotel, or a large coastline. People mostly spend time in bars)
That's what I didn't like, these are small rooms and very high audibility of what is happening on the floor above and in neighboring rooms.

This is my children's favorite hotel (elementary school).
There's everything for them!
Well, our grandmother gets high - she likes to attend concerts, listen to the piano in the lobby.
Well, am I mostly there at work and am I comfortable working in the lobby? Although it is noisy-sometimes it happens, so that you have to go to the room to zoom in.
The food is great, the service is good, the pools and grounds are good, if you are not spoiled by large gardens and luxury. Everything is in moderation, there is enough of everything. My favorite place to work is the StarBags coffee shop, where the coffee is excellent+ Cakes and everything is included. I do not believe my luck:))))

The coast is good. The view from the window is true of the hotel, we mostly came across 4-bed rooms.

Отель очень хорош, красиво, еда очень вкусная, а главное её столько что всю не перепробовать и все включено, коктейли то-же на уровне, есть мелочи которые немного подпортили настроение: при заезде в номер нам оставили комплимент от отеля, бутылку вина и сладкие десерты на столике, пока мы сходили на ужин и немного прогулялись по отелю, к нашему десерту присоседились муравьи и их было не мало, от куда они взялись в номере не понятно, естественно мы попросили забрать десерт и что-нибудь сделать с муравьями, десерты забрали, перед нами ни кто не извинился и с муравьями ничего не сделали, они сами разбежались когда не стало сладкого, как то так. Стоимость стирки белья в отеле непомерно высокая, 5 евро шорты, 7 за рубашку и т.п. поиграть в PS 4 - 10 евро час, бильярд столько же, видимо надо же как то отбивать все включено. Шоу программа на уровне, все здорово, бассейны хорошие, но хлоркой всеравно купальные шорты потом пованивают, но видимо другой обработки нет. От отеля вам будут предлагать шопинг поездки, они бесплатны, но есть одно условие, перед тем как вас отвезут в большой торговый центр, обязателен заезд либо в кожу либо в золото, в зависимости от того с каким магазином у агента заключён договор, там естественно покупать вы ничего не обязаны, можете походить померить и т.п., цены там берут с потолка и они все в долларах, если вам что-то понравилось вы конечно можете это приобрести, вам там будут делать большие скидки, но даже с этими скидками цена будет велика, в итоге жене понравилась куртка - я предложил свою цену за какую я готов её купить и стоял на своём до конца, изначально она стоила 1500 потом со скидками 860, потом дошло до 460 в итоге мы забрали за 250. После покупки вас будут выводить через кож галантерею и в конце через сувенирный отдел и отдел чаев и сладостей, где вам сразу предложат вкусный и ароматный чай и сладости на пробу, ни чего у них не покупайте т. к. цена там завышена в три - четыре раза, к примеру мне понравился султан-чай, продавец сказал он стоит 25 долларов, но мне со скидкой продаст за 15, не зная цен я его купил, а позже в торговом центре увидел этот же чай по цене 3.75 доллара за 250 грамм, вот и скидка тебе, это же касается и сувениров и посуды, на рынке и в торговых центрах она гораздо дешевле.
И ещё один не мало важный момент, ваш тур оператор будет вам предлагать всякие туры в очень красивые места, места там действительно красивые и их стоит посетить, но вот только тур оператор, в моём случае это был ПЕГАС, нагло дерет в тридорога за трансфер до места, к примеру я взял тур на троих в город легенд, от отеля ехать 20 минут до этого места, стоимость такси в один конец 20-25 долларов, а за трансфер с меня содрали 103 доллара, на автобусе, который по пути ещё и собирал туристов со всех гостиниц, в итоге мы все осмотрели и накупались до двух часов, попросил отвезти нас обратно в отель, на что сопровождающая нам ответила, что тур групповой и возвращение только в пять часов, организованно как и приехали, в итоге взяли такси и уехали сами. И так тур операторы обманывают на трансфере везде, так что на такси в любом случае дешевле будет, они все по русски разговаривают и с ними то-же можно торговаться даже если они скажут что цена фиксированная, торгуйтесь пока вас не устроит цена поездки.
А лучше посоветую вам взять с собой в дорогу своё водительское удостоверение, оно действительно в Турции, взять на прокат машину, я брал не дорогую 50-56 долларов сутки, лимит 250 км в сутки, затем каждые 100 км доплачивать 10 долларов, очень приемлемо, конечно можно взять и подороже машину, но мне нужно было просто передвигаться, главное кондер работает на всех и расход небольшой 5-6 литров на сотню. Перед поездкой можно загуглить все достопримечательности сделать скрины с адресами и потом двигаться по яндекс навигатору, он работает без интернета, только заранее скачайте карты местности как я сделал до поездки, по приезду в отель подключиться к вай фай и войти в навигатор, он поймает место положение и все, потом можно отрубить интернет, чтоб не платить за роуминг и спокойно передвигаться, как сделал я, проехав таким образом по всем достопримечательностям куда хотел и по пути заезжал в любые торговые центры и магазины которые мне приглянулись, без всякой кожи и золота.

Отель просто замечательный!!! Очень чистый, персонал вежливый. Гестрелейшн Вас встречает, как самых любимых родственников. Еды такое обилие, что любой найдёт, что поесть. Есть диетическое питание. Питание для детей. Соки, детские творожки, мясное с овощами пюре в баночках для малышей и фруктовое, детское молочко с разными вкусами и обычное. Есть в любое время дня и ночи в ресторане! Так же есть стерилизатор бутылочек для малышей, микроволновка. Отель очень чистый! Работает мини-клуб для детей. Там делают аквагрим, проводят мастер-класс по изготовлению печенья. Есть кинотеатр. Детям точно не будет скучно. Для себя решила, теперь только в этот отель! После него никуда уже не хочется!!! Обязательно вернусь в него и не раз.

The new name is Dobedan, we were in November and the hotel is great for this time of year as well. All pools are warm, food and entertainment are in abundance, there were sushi and salmon, different dishes every day, a children's table, ice cream for people's taste at any time. alcohol up to Chivas Regal, the staff is polite, the atomosphere is super!!! Jumping in the water has conquered me in general! We played tennis, went to sports training and games a lot, boorish, in the evening a disco with cool music and karaoke separately! It's just paradise! Это лучший отдых в Турции. Просто шикарный отель. Для тех кто едет с детьми, есть шикарный детский клуб с 10.00-18.00 с перерывом на обед с 13-14.00, всегда очень много аниматоров, которые великолепно знают подход к деткам любого возраста.
Кухня немного однообразна, но очень обильна и широкий выбор на любого человека. Все вкусно. Напитки Везьде и бесплатно. Персонал вышколен на 5+. Хорошо работает Wi-Fi это важно когда ты на Удаленке работаешь. Отличное спа. Прекрасная территория самого отеля, зеленая. Я, и мои дети просто остались в восторге. Всем рекомендую. Это русский отель, из них 70% отдыхающие из Казахстана-это хороший показатель, тк у них нефть и бедных там просто нет ( в этот отель с низким доходом никто не поедет, не смогут себе позволить)
Отдыхающие выпивают, но не пьют, все в меру, для настроения, не более того. Вообще семейный отель, тк много всего для деток) даже есть веганский стол) вообщем, второй раз точно сюда можно и нужно вернуться!

Ох, не знаю с чего начать. Место прекрасное, отель очень впечатляет, особенно Делюкс. Нам достались 2 бунгало, недалеко от Алва Арены, шикарное место. Близко до всего и в то же время уединенно, тихо, спокойно. Персонал очень вежливый, заинтересованный. Т.к. дети звонили даже с вопросом - где можно достать вареную кукурузу, им перезвонили и проинформировали. Тут точно не забивают на гостей. Поэтому, если у вас есть какие-то проблемы, недовольство, обратитесь на гестрелейшн. Импортный алкоголь не спрятан, я пила любимый мартини экстрадрай. Классная задумка по поводу Старбакса, всегда небольшие очереди, но вкус такой же. Или может я уже забыла. На вечерние шоу практически не ходим, только на концерты по вторникам. Попали на Савичеву, ждем Ханну. Организовано отлично. По поводу еды: очень вкусные супы, как тут неоднократно писали. Я даже на завтрак суп ела периодически. Много всего остального, тут же все добавляется, обновляется. Очередей не видела, т.к. мы приходили к началу ужина. Мясо: баранина, говядина, курица, утка, индейка и т.д. Много всякой рыбы - дорада, сибас, форель. Красная малосоленая рыба тоже бывает - нарезка, салаты, рулеты. В соседнем зале готовят индивидуально "кастомные" макароны, рыбу и всякие грили. Вообще еда вкусная, бывает что-то специфическое и может не понравится, но это исключение. Даже борщ есть, окрошка. Очень даже вкусно. Фруктов и овощей очень много, все свежайшее - черешня фаворит. Прикольный отдельный обеденный зал для детей. Быстро обслуживают и в баре и в ресторанах, достойный уровень. По поводу анимации мало что могу написать, мы ходим на теннис, стрельбу из лука, винтовки. Вход в море как в Кемере, песчано-галечный, местами больно, но есть специальный трап, что оч удобно. Море прекрасное, освежающее. Лежаки, тенты - очень комфортные, в том году был неудачный отель в этом плане - нужно было умудриться найти тень под маленьким зонтиком. Ходим кстати в тренажёрный зал, хорошее оборудование. Впервые пишу отзыв, находясь еще в отеле, пока свежи воспоминания. Действительно, уровень высокий, чудесная забота, обслуживание. Задавайте вопросы, постараюсь ответить.
