A 5-star hotel is well deserved.
The room has everything for a comfortable stay, breakfast is served on the Terrace of the 14th floor, the staff work perfectly according to protocols, the rooms are being renovated, the hotel is being monitored. Passing through Mersin, there was a choice between Hilton, Radisson and this hotel. Definitely, this is better than the above hotels, as the location is opposite the sea and there is a good swimming pool with a hammam and a gym. Parking is available for hotel guests.
I liked the hotel, everything is at the highest level. Any issue was resolved promptly. The hotel was warm (we stayed in January). English is spoken at the reception (considering that almost everyone in Mersin speaks only Turkish). Everything was great
Great hotel.
It fully corresponds to the stated description. What to pay attention to:
1. If you do not smoke, make sure that the room is non-smoking. This rule works by floors. There is no escape from the smell if you get to the smoking floor.
2. Very decent gym and spa.
3. On the 14th floor there is a cool restaurant with a terrace and sea view "Roof14"
Of interest, the card from the room is also the card from the elevator. It is impossible to get to any other floor (except the spa and restaurant, which are accessible to the public).
A nice cozy hotel with a convenient location. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning is daily. Positive staff. A good restaurant. Convenient parking. I recommend it!
Very nice and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. A good SPA, sauna, hammam, swimming pool, etc. Nearby there is a shopping center with many shops and cafes and ATMs. The sea is nearby, but the beach for swimming is at least a couple of kilometers away.
A good hotel, there is almost everything. Breakfast is quite good, on the 14th floor overlooking the sea. The embankment is only 5 minutes on foot, there are many restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.
An extremely central, very quiet, very clean and very comfortable hotel is the 14th Jul. the view from the restaurant on the floor is magnificent, the beds are very comfortable. The staff is extremely polite and caring. You feel like you're at home.
Not a bad hotel in Mersin. The European level. Not new, but quite comfortable.
Of the cons:
- two elevators obviously can't handle the load;
- no one speaks Russian at the reception;
- the hotel does not have its own beach;
- breakfast without frills and the usual Turkish variety;
- the room was not ready for check-in at 14 o'clock. I had to wait 20 minutes.
There is a nice view restaurant on the 14th floor. Probably the best in the city.
The bathroom door can be non-sliding, making noise at night ..Shoes can be more comfortable.The staff is very good..The food is very good..The room cleaning is nice..Overall, we were very satisfied
We stayed for three nights. If you are not picky, then you liked everything. I slept well. But the city itself is not a resort. Although I have never been to resorts and my opinion is not at all competent.
We rented a room with a terrace on March 8th, I really liked it.

I booked a room through the agoda service, upon arrival it turned out that the pool was not working, but we came for the pool, the reservation was not canceled, the money was not refunded, the hotel was noisy, the rooms were smoky
Unfortunately, there is a WiFi problem in this hotel, the Internet connections are bad, they are interested when we report that there is a problem, but my 3rd stay at this hotel for a year, the Internet problem is a constant problem.

It is an exceptional city hotel. Ideal for those who want a great accommodation experience. The comfort of the hotel, the smiling face of the sea view management team and the professionalism of the employees are really great. The importance they attach to guest satisfaction is admirable.
It's all good. Clean, cozy, helpful staff. But you won't get enough sleep! Loud music in the restaurant spoils everything. It's just awful!!! We lived on the 9th floor, the restaurant on the 14th. The music is blaring up to 12! Probably the louder the better. It's just impossible to fall asleep. It is also impossible to have dinner in a pleasant atmosphere. You can't hear yourself. You leave the restaurant, your head is like a buffer, your ears hurt.
The room is good, there is even a pillow menu)), the breakfasts are delicious, the spa is very decent. I liked everything. Mersin Marina is not far away.
A luxury hotel with responsive staff.
Clean, cozy, tasteful. I was pleased with the rooftop restaurant with excellent views and service. The SPA area is also very, very nice.
