The hotel is really nice, we had a rest from 09.12.24 for a week.
On the plus side: the rooms are decent, we were very surprised that the room has two bedrooms and a large room between them, the child slept in a separate room with a separate shower. The room itself (ours was 5309) has a refrigerator, a microwave, a hairdryer, a TV, and each room has a separate air conditioner - just like in all rooms.
The pool is nice, it's fun to lie on these pink pillows, my husband climbed on it completely (185cm) and almost fell asleep :) the depth of the paddling pool is 60cm. The rest of the pool is from 120cm to 140cm.
The breakfasts are excellent, although of the same type, but you can eat and drink in the morning, you don't get bored.
There is a shuttle service to the beach and to the store, there is a small fruit stall and cafe near the hotel, tuk tuks are nearby.
Of the cons: we lived in a building with windows facing a busy road (to the left of the reception) and it was noisy for us to sleep. Although the windows were tightly closed, any truck or moped could be heard perfectly. I would like to bring it to the management so that they do not skimp on good seals for windows, take care of noise insulation.

I rented an apartment in this complex.
Stylish rooms, a chic pool with bright pillow-mattresses. There is a restaurant on site.
I didn't rent directly from the hotel. Breakfast was not included. The apartments have a kitchen, everything you need for cooking.
The beach is a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient. There is also a 7-eleven in 10 minutes.

I had a rest from 12.04 to 26.04. There was a suite 5709. I liked everything. The staff is very attentive (they try to solve any issues that arise). Breakfasts are varied, fruits are always available. There is a private pool under palm trees, a shuttle service to the sea.
In the evening (not every day) - live music. There is a gym.
There is a small minus (it really does not spoil the impression at all): Russian Russian language skills were paid attention to when choosing a hotel (it was indicated that the staff speaks Russian), as a result, they communicated with the help of a translator on the phone (the benefit of the age of technology).
If I would come back here - Yeah!!!

We had a rest in December, we booked two rooms, one very large with two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen. The second room has one bedroom. Both rooms are excellent, large fridge, stove. We didn't cook anything, there was no need, but if you need, you can get additional dishes on request. The cleaning is good, beach towels are available. The washing machine was only in the large room. The breakfasts were good, everything was fresh and delicious, fruits, pastries, omelets and scrambled eggs, porridge, stewed vegetables, rice, sausages... Fruits are sold near the hotel within walking distance, and there are cafes. There is a scheduled car ride from the hotel to the village center on boat Avenue. There's a big supermarket there, they sell everything you need, even vog ribay meat. There are also a lot of restaurants and cafes for every taste and budget. A tuk tuk also goes to the beach on schedule, but... very old and with a lot of exhaust fumes. I wanted to take one point off for this, but I hope that the hotel management will listen to the opinion of the vacationers and switch to a more decent transport. I would like to mention the beach separately... It is one of the best beaches, clean, wide, you can walk far, there are not many people, you can always find a place under the trees. There are equipped places with sun loungers, but the price bites. It would be great if the hotel had its own place on the beach. I really liked the hotel. We should have gone there again.
The room is a nice room, very comfortable layout. Everything is new. There is a stove and dishes. There were minor leaks in the bathroom.
The food was only breakfast, the choice was large, there was enough of everything, I liked it. Most often we had lunch at a cafe with orchids on the way to the beach or at a cafe on the beach (there are a lot of them there). The food is specific, but you can choose. There was a transfer from the hotel to the city, there are cafes and shops, fruit stalls. On the right, if you face the hotel, there is a small cafe where they often took smoothies and fruit plates. Fruits are very tasty, especially mangoes.
The territory – The territory of the hotel itself is not large – is a swimming pool inside the buildings. It's beautiful, the pool is clean, because it's inside and it's very comfortable when the sun is strong. There are mattresses for swimming and sun beds.
Sea – You can walk to the sea. It's not very far, but it's not very convenient since there are no footpaths and you need to walk along the road with moving vehicles. If you leave the hotel, you need to go to the right. We often took a transfer from the hotel. He drives quite often. They asked me to make an appointment in advance. The water is clean, it is comfortable to swim and swim. The beach is public. Sun beds are paid.

Siam Niramit show (not recommended) – I liked the area where we walked before the show, recreated how people used to live in a village on the river, you can ride a boat, play on the rides. The show itself was not impressed.
Cheo Lan Lake (highly recommended) – We really enjoyed the tour and our guide. First there was a Buddhist temple (a beautiful large area). Two large boats were sailing on the lake. The views are amazing. This is an artificially created lake. Lunch at a cafe on the water (delicious and just pleased with the usual food after all the Thai spicy dishes). I had free time to go canoe riding and swim by myself. It's worth visiting there. Then we were transported back and we took a bus to the next location. It was a reed raft ride. The views are simply mesmerizing. Huge rocks, greenery. The last point of the route was elephant riding.
Phi Phi Islands overnight on Pipidon Island (highly recommended) – You need to take coral or buy at the departure point. We were sailing on a yacht. Beautiful views. Snorkeling. Stop at the most beautiful royal islands. Lunch. Free time for snorkeling, photography and swimming. Transfer to Pipidon Island. Check-in at the hotel. In the evening, climb to the observation deck. It's pretty hard and long, but it's worth it. Supper. In the evening, after dinner, there was a fire show on the beach. It is very large-scale, you can participate if you wish. In the morning we continued our yacht trip. We stopped for a swim in the bay. Maya Bay beach where the movie the beach was filmed. Stop to see wild monkeys (without going to the beach). Stop at the beach for swimming and snorkeling.
We also took a taxi from the hotel on our own to the beach near the airport where planes land and to Patong. You can order a taxi by downloading the app.
Sim cards were not bought because Wi-Fi is available almost everywhere.
There is a spa not far from the hotel (if you exit and go to the left). We went for a massage twice, I liked everything. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere.

We rented an apartment from 05/6/2023-05/20/2023, the apartment is super.....for a family of 4-5 people (own kitchen , 2 bedrooms, a small living room for family gatherings , a large balcony .The apartment has everything you need for living ,everything is super ,the territory is well-groomed ,a large, clean swimming pool on site,there is a restaurant where you can have breakfast for 300 rubles per person,as well as arrange dinners and lunches , 10-15min walk to the sea ,tuk tuk walks at the appointed time for free in the season and for a fee out of season,but we got there for free (we only had to book in advance for what time), as well as a free tuk tuk went to the tourist street, where there are many restaurants.The place is very quiet, for a family holiday.The only drawback, we had 2 weeks of cleaning, we had 1p , took away all the towels that we had washed ourselves and replaced with leaky ones, which we resented....they answered no others, but in general ... I liked everything !!!!!

The story of "loyalty".
We paid 200 baht for the transfer to the beach. I have attached a photo of the transfer. They were supposed to pick me up at 18:15 on the way back. After waiting 15 minutes at the gathering place, the car did not arrive, I had to walk along bad roads with bags and an infant.
Upon returning, Chula's manager said that it was their own fault and did not plan to return the money, as they were 1 minute late. As a result, I was left without a transfer and the money was NOT refunded for the service NOT rendered.
The offer to go on another day did not suit us, as their services were no longer needed.
At the same time, when we went to the beach, we waited more than 5 minutes for a couple from the hotel.
I do not recommend the hotel.

- there are many families with children and they are constantly at the pool, it is not suitable for those who do not want to hear children crying and screaming 😂

It's a 15-minute walk to the beach, it's not stressful. It takes 10 minutes on foot to 7/11, 6 minutes to Boat Avenue by shuttle, 20 minutes on foot back.

I would especially like to thank the restaurant - excellent breakfasts. 5-6 types of fruits + fruit salad, 2 types of cheese, 4 types of sausages.... This is a rarity for Thailand. There is practically no sun by the pool. Of the disadvantages, they began to change the bed linen less often. Maybe it depends on the negligent workers, but in 3 weeks they changed the linen 3-4 times, and they could change the sheets, and leave the old duvet cover, although I leave tips for the maid every day. Towels are changed daily. The hotel is five years old, so no reconstruction is required yet. Before that, I stayed in 2 hotels in Phuket, I think this is the best option.

There is a shuttle bus to the beach on schedule, which is very convenient. But during rush hours, you had to go out in advance to be guaranteed to sit down. This is especially true with children. The beach is not far away, 12 minutes on foot, but since there are no sidewalks, you have to be especially careful on the road, and there are enough reckless drivers there. Especially knowing that many people drive there without a license. This is the only road to the Maya, Nomad, and so on hangouts, so traffic passes by the hotel around the clock. A great hotel with all the amenities. Comfortable rooms, with the ability to cook on their own, large TV, two air conditioners. I won't even mention hair dryers, irons and other dryers. Everything you need is present in the room. The service is at a high level, which is great, that the cleaning has always been done with a bang. Every day they bring two bottles of water, which helped a lot on trips, tea / coffee and other nice things. The breakfasts are decent, there are local fruits, classic cuisine, and all sorts of strange dishes, I really liked the rice soup with ginger. The hotel also has a cool swimming pool with a bunch of sun beds, different depths with floating pillows, a sauna (in a very strange place) and a fitness center, which we never reached. The shuttle to the beach / shops goes literally every 10 minutes (although we walked more often, everything is very close, although the streets in the country as a whole are not convenient for pedestrians)
Next to the hotel there are two good restaurants, a massage parlor, a little further a fruit stall.

I would describe him as not very friendly. For example, if you stain the sheets with blood from a cut finger, you will be billed. An attempt to use the sofa as a sleeping place (in a fully paid room without anyone moving in) will immediately lead to a rise in price, as if another person shared your room.

The air conditioners worked, there are no complaints. There is a small gym - several exercise machines, it is quite enough to keep fit. A good pool is quite spacious. Although the breakfasts were monotonous, I never stayed hungry. The cafe at the condominium has always been with visitors. The hotel is great! We had a family vacation of 4 people in a full-size apartment with 2 bedrooms + a kitchen. There is even a washing machine. A free shuttle service to the shore and the avenue is very convenient, where you can have a delicious meal and shop around.

A wonderful hotel, inexpensive prices. Shuttle to the beach and shops every half hour. A beautiful pool of 52 meters. Excellent rooms with kitchen and utensils from economy class 33sq.m. to luxury apartments 150sq.m. Nearby are local inexpensive food and clothing markets. Sales in branded stores on the island are worth visiting for everyone.
The sea is a separate song. There is no such thing anywhere else. You will not want to swim in Turkey after the beaches of Phuket.
The hotel has a wonderful inexpensive restaurant with excellent cuisine. The owner of the hotel is a Belgian and a chef from Belgium, who creates European masterpieces in the kitchen at reasonable prices. There are local cafes nearby, where you can have lunch for 150 rubles excellent food.
I advise everyone to visit this hotel. You will be absolutely delighted.

Excellent hotel, excellent breakfasts, always had enough, no queues, transfer to the beach, a couple of minutes drive. I take off the star for the smell from the air conditioner (it stank, sorry, urine), and they did not respond to requests to wash it. Otherwise, it's a decent hotel, I'd come back, except for washing the condiment🤪

It seems like a good hotel, the apartments are very small, but comfortable and clean, there is nowhere to fall at breakfast, you can wait for an empty table, you tried to use the shuttle to the beach only once, did not leave, took a bike
But if you have any problem, the administration does not want to solve anything, absolute indifference. They blocked a rather large amount on our card and did not want to solve the issue that arose. But a week later we moved to another hotel and were happy!
It is a good option for package travelers, but the price is unjustified, we realized this after moving to another hotel.

A very cozy hotel. The room had access to the pool. The restaurant is great. The chef has the highest rating. I really remember the waitress with the name SU. She is very responsive and kind. When we left the hotel, the entire restaurant staff came out to see us off, it was very unexpected and pleasant. So I recommend it.
