Nice hotel. There is something to compare it with. Clean, good. A kitchen with a normal refrigerator is a +. I didn't like that I could hear the noise from the road, even though I was in the second building from the road and the windows inside the courtyard. Friends have 1 building with Windows on the road, they were not bothered by the noise. Everyone has their own! Breakfasts and everything else are excellent!

In general, the hotel did not leave a bad impression, but there are significant disadvantages, but first things first.
The hotel is apparently new, the rooms are clean, well maintained, cleaned every day. The rooms have everything you need, up to an ironing board, dryer, dishes, stove.
The pool is not small, there are not many people, there are always free sun beds.
The breakfasts are normal, without frills, there are fruits, delicious .
That's where the advantages end.
Of the minuses, the very first inconvenience is the shuttles to the beach. We knew that the beach was not close, but it was written about the shuttles and we calmed down. It's not like that, the shuttles may be on schedule, but you won't leave on them if you haven't booked in 30 minutes. If, for example, you come to book, and the shuttle is scheduled in 10 minutes, then no, you will not leave on it, you will leave in 40 minutes. And then, if you're lucky. It may turn out that too many people have booked, and you will wait an hour. That's exactly what happened on the very first day . Therefore, dear guests, get ready to walk for 15-20 minutes, under the withering sun.
I urge the hotel management to arrange the work of the Shuttles according to the schedule , without any reservation .
The second, less significant, but as a fact, a card from number 1 for two, and the elevator is lucky only if you have this card, if someone has already gone up to the room, then you only go up the stairs on which it says (only staff)
Another minus, there is no territory on the street where you could sit with friends and drink what you brought with you . The tables on the street belong to a cafe, and you can't sit there if you don't order anything from them.. It is very inconvenient when there is a large company, I want to sit somewhere after dinner , chat, have a drink, I had to go to the room.
In my opinion, the hotel could qualify for 4*, but no, it doesn't pull yet))

We just returned from this hotel, came to Diamond 2 times and last time it was much better! We rested for 20 days and did not change the bed linen in 20 days! The floors have not been washed once, they just sweep up where the garbage is, put water and clean towels on this, the whole cleaning is over! The breakfasts haven't changed in 20 days, it's the same every day! We were very upset this time, we won't go back there anymore!

The territory periodically stank of sewage. There were very few sun beds near the pool, which made it necessary to put personal belongings on the ground and dry standing up. The price for the room is unreasonably expensive. In 12 days, they cleaned once, the room was poorly cleaned, garbage was left under the sofa from previous tenants, there were no towels at check-in, 3 sets of linen were not put, there were many breakdowns in the room. Considering that we stopped by at night, no one brought anything, I had to sleep on a bare sofa, and instead of using bed towels I brought with me. The staff is polite. The territory is small and there are a lot of guests. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, but Tuks drive. We haven't tried the food, I don't know.

I asked to change it to a room in the next building, it was changed only when I connected the guide.

Excellent apartment, everything is new, fresh, clean, very nice to be in the room. The sound insulation is good, the bed is comfortable, the pillows are not too high, I like them. The room has a clothes dryer, ironing board, iron, dishes and cooking utensils - knives, scissors, spoons, forks, glasses, various plates, salads, wine glasses, we did not feel a shortage of anything. A normal-sized refrigerator. There are 2 chairs on the balcony, our balcony overlooked a small garden, in the morning we opened the window and listened to the birds singing. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel every 30 minutes to the beach, you can get off along the way, you just need to press the bell. The shuttle also runs every hour to the part of the area where there are shops and cafes. There is a swimming pool on the territory, in the heat it is very pleasant to lie down next to it with quiet music. The restaurant is always ready to feed you, we were content with breakfast, they were included in the price of our tour. I will be happy to come back again, a great hotel with excellent service!

A new hotel. Everything is decent, well maintained. The cuisine in the restaurant is not delicious, the breakfasts are normal.
It's a long way to the sea, but there's a shuttle.
There are no views from the rooms. Rooms with pool view - noisy in the afternoon because of the children in the pool, rooms with city view - staff parking and noisy in the morning and evening because of mopeds.

The kitchen, well, like everywhere else)) it seemed to my wife that there could have been more fruits)) I was satisfied with everything)) The rooms are clean, but the layout is not completely thought out. Ie, lying on the bed you will not watch TV anymore. Is it really difficult to hang it on the wall, 20 centimeters higher??? There are 2 Russian channels and they are constantly slowing down.
What I didn't like very much: the lack of sound insulation, i.e. absolute... You can hear everything that is happening on the street. From the rumbling of manholes from wells, to the crowing of roosters from half past three in the morning.This also applies to very noisy doors and no noise insulation, finger-sized cracks.Sometimes, one key issued for two is not enough, a couple of times I had to walk up to the 5th floor.
