No one ever called, apologized, and was sent only after I requested a refund, since all delivery times have long passed. I'm writing to come. Arrived. At first it was closed, then it was opened, the manager says that the money can be returned only when the director is there. The director will be here in 15-20 minutes. Am I clarifying exactly? Maybe you will call him, clarify so that you don't just wait. And small children were sitting and waiting in the car. He answers me that the director of the phone did not take the phone with him, so wait. I waited for half an hour like an idiot and I say, the time has passed, the answer is I can't help. I ask you to give me the director's phone number, I will call him to coordinate this issue. I was not given this number. But the manager called him in front of me and when asked when you would be, the director did not plan to come at all. So why lie? As a result, I wrote an application for a refund and they returned it to me without the director. 40 minutes wasted because of stupidity. I work with many stores, many of them return to the card immediately if the supplier refuses. If the item is returned, then yes, I am writing a statement. But any manager accepts it and you don't have to wait 40 minutes for something. Disgusting.
