I was pleasantly surprised that the manager, upon my call, stayed decently after the store closed and gave out spare parts. Perhaps because he has known me for a long time, because I regularly take spare parts and consumables for my Mitsubishi, or this is the approach to all customers in this store.
And so, an ordinary auto parts store. They often help out with a quick selection of spare parts from branded catalogs. The car is seen by the cogs. The price in the city is good. I was convinced that it makes no sense to drive to the car markets or in the same area to buy spare parts for Nekrasov.
Nevertheless, the overall score is 9/10. (I did not put 10, so as not to get arrogant and strive to keep the level)

I was looking for an exclusive spare part for a rare foreign car.
No one in Minsk had it, even on order. I was already desperate. And then this store caught my eye, let me think I'll take a look at what the hell is not joking. I came in, the good-natured atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff immediately caught my eye, well, I think now they will throw up their hands and tell fairy tales (looking ahead, I'll say I was wrong) A manager named Nikolai met me, invited me to sit down, made coffee although I did not ask. I explained the situation to him and heard: please give me the body number, I didn't even reach into my pocket, took out the registration certificate, silently stretched out my hand and gave it to Nikolai, well, I think it's about to start. After reading the make of the car, Nikolai smiled and began to dial the body number. I'm silent, slowly finishing my coffee. And then he gives you a spare part and calls a ridiculous price. Having recovered from a slight shock, after a month of searching, I automatically wave my head. The delivery time is 10-14 days. I say it's a good deal, but I think where's the catch? Well, okay, I think I'll wait, especially since I left a small prepayment. Eight days later, the call. Your order has arrived!!! I was shocked with joy. I dropped everything and went to Nikolai's store. It was not believed until the end that the order was completed and what I needed arrived. But in vain.
I will not be verbose, I will say right away that we would have more professionals in our country like Nikolai.
When I went to the store to buy a spare part, I found a real friend. Yes.yes, a professional friend with a capital letter
