I LIKED EVERYTHING: The location of the hotel is perfect! The sights are 10-15 minutes away on foot.
The room is big enough. The shower is comfortable. The pool in the courtyard is small, but very comfortable.
Breakfasts are a standard Swedish line, maybe I would expand it a little in the assortment. But the Chefs are already great fellows! I observed that they were like bees, making blanks in the morning and working with dough (the smell of pies is awesome). You can negotiate meals with them during the day and then you don't need to figure out where to have lunch or dinner (oh, this borscht). If you leave earlier, then a lunch box will be assembled for you (its contents are also discussed).
The reception staff is very friendly and helps with any question. We arrived in the dead of night and tea was immediately brewed and brought to our room. (The night receptionist is just a miracle!)
I did not take into account the fact that the windows of our room overlook a noisy street. But next time, I'll know. We were passing through and on this trip the noise did not bother us at all (we arrived one night and left the other).
But this did not spoil the impression - I just did not open the windows in the morning to sleep
A great hotel for Bukhara. The rooms are more or less spacious. It is located 700 meters from the historical center, a 10-minute walk to the fortress and from there go through the sights. The hotel itself has a swimming pool (according to it, the choice was made in favor of the hotel), the pool is small, but it cools perfectly in the heat. Sunlight for those who like to sunbathe falls somewhere before 15-00, after that there is already a shadow. The water in the pool is fresh. There is also a hammam and sauna. The rooms have good water pressure, comfortable beds, bathrobes-everything is as usual. I want to note the breakfasts: because we were not quite in season and there were few people, we cooked individually for the number of guests (usually a buffet), so here is a DELICIOUS omelette, the thinnest pancakes, delicious cottage cheese and jams/ jams. Also, Soames's pies-their own cooking, apparently-are very tasty. The staff is excellent and attentive. Next to the hotel there is 1 of 3 Korzinka shops in the whole city, there is also a cafe with a delicious barbecue "Minor".
The hotel was booked directly on the website, there were no problems with check-in.
The hotel is modern, cozy, good rooms, has everything you need. Some things need to be repaired or replaced, for example, our small shower head did not work, the hose was torn. But this is not critical.
The room was not cleaned, towels were not changed, water and toiletries were not replenished. Perhaps this is due to the off-season, for several days we lived in the hotel completely alone.
In this regard, the breakfasts were not in the buffet format, but were served for each room according to the number of residents. But the breakfasts were good, the food was fresh and delicious, the quantity was more than enough.
The hotel has a swimming pool, a nice cozy courtyard with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. The water in the pool was muddy but clean, but the yard was dirty. It can be seen that the floor is not washed, tables and chairs are not wiped. Insects from the pool were collected by themselves with a net. There is a sauna, but it did not work with us, apparently due to the heat and its lack of demand.
Overall, the hotel is very comfortable and good, it is clear that everything was done wisely and a lot of money was invested. But it seems that due to the small number of residents, the staff does not strain much. Maybe things are different here in the season.
A wonderful hotel! The staff is very friendly, they will try to fulfill your every whim. The room was clean, everything you needed was: refrigerator, kettle and tea/coffee maker, water, bathrobes and towels, everything for hygiene. The breakfasts are very good: everything is fresh and delicious. Opposite the hotel there is a large Basket store where we bought groceries and all sorts of goodies. And in the restaurant Minor, we had a sooo delicious and inexpensive lunch before leaving, it's a pity that we didn't go there earlier (two minutes from the hotel). In general, the rest was a success, my husband and I and the children are happy :)
Russian:
Be sure to read this review!
I stayed at the Bukhara Dera Hotel for 21 days because of the futsal shoot, which allowed me to deeply explore all aspects of this place.
The rooms are small and uncomfortable:
The rooms are absolutely unsuitable for two people; they are small and poorly organized. The bathroom is almost as big as the room itself. If you are going to book a room, be sure to choose rooms on the upper floors that are larger in size.
The cleaning leaves much to be desired:
For 21 days, we asked to clean the room every two days, but on average, cleaning was carried out once every four days. We got to the point where we begged for daily cleaning, even though it should be the norm. Every time we were told "Sorry", but the problem was never solved.
Do not choose room 111:
We stayed in room 111. I do not advise you to agree to this number. The cleaning indicator in the room is faulty, and our requests went unanswered.
The problem with flies:
There are a lot of flies around the hotel, and we've been fighting this for 20 days. I don't know if this is related to the garbage dump nearby, but installing mosquito nets in the rooms is not such a difficult task, is it?
Inconvenient location of the air conditioner:
The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed. Couldn't you have chosen a more suitable place to install it, or at least put up a screen?
No table or chair:
Our room was on the ground floor with a balcony, but there was no table or chairs. We were a team of 10 people working on a computer, and we needed at least a small table. We were politely refused, but in the end one employee offered to bring a table for the night and pick it up in the morning. This decision looks like a mockery.
Hygiene is at zero:
The water in the pool has not changed for 20 days. Usually, the water needs to be changed at least once a week to maintain hygiene. They only added chlorine once every two days, which is absolutely not enough.
Paid sauna:
In most hotels, the sauna is free, but here they charge for it, which is unpleasantly surprising.
A monotonous breakfast:
Breakfast was exactly the same for all 20 days. I would like to see some variety.
The most serious problem: violations and tax evasion:
And finally, the most serious problem. We arrived from Turkey and the hotel seems to have changed our entry and exit dates, reducing them to one week to avoid paying taxes. We actually stayed at the hotel for 20 days. This led to problems at the border, as we did not have a place of residence indicated, and we almost missed our flight. It was extremely unpleasant.
There are two positive points:
There was a good espresso machine for breakfast. It may sound funny, but it was the only positive aspect of the hotel.
The staff was friendly. Especially the guy at the reception and the ladies who cooked breakfast. But the management of the hotel proved to be extremely irresponsible.
Even 1 star is a lot for this hotel. The hotel is newly built. But how could a hotel be launched like that! The rooms are dirty, there is not a single piece of furniture that is not damaged. Either it's broken, or something is already falling off. The bathroom is terrible, there are stains on the sink, dirt in the shower has apparently not been washed since the opening day, taking a shower is a problem because the water is not flowing. There are yellow spots on the towels. It is difficult to call breakfasts breakfasts. An egg and a sausage (with the latter not the first freshness). Think in advance if you come to spend money on this hotel, it is not cheap enough for the price. If not for the architecture of the city and the excellent guide, the impression of Bukhara would be negative.
Great hotel!
The girl in the headscarf found tickets to Tashkent, which were not on the site until August! The breakfast is generally cool like Turkish and watermelon and melon and omelet and scrambled eggs . In general , a cool hotel and sauna and hammam I will like it !
The rooms are spacious, everything is new, a new hotel!
I recommend it
Oh. One of the advantages is quiet. Among the disadvantages: the bed creaks, the mattress is hard as a board; the door handle, towel holder and soap shelf fall off in the bathroom; wires stick out above the bed. There are soap stains on the black countertop by the sink. Upon check-in, it is necessary to ensure that the change is fully given. The overall impression is that it is not cheap, but the quality is so-so.
A good hotel for your money. I was here in September - October 2023. The rooms are not large but cozy. There is a refrigerator, kettle , air conditioning, bathrobes, towels, slippers, hair dryer, toothbrushes. On the 3rd floor, the water pressure is a little weak. If the windows overlook the road, it's a little noisy. But with the window closed, silence. A small courtyard with a swimming pool (although it was a little dirty during our stay - apparently chemistry was not added). There are 2 beautiful saunas hamam and Finnish. In the evening, after a busy day, it is perfectly relaxing to take a steam bath in the bathhouse. There is a grocery store across the street from the hotel. Money can be exchanged at the reception. Breakfast is good but without frills - eggs, sausages, vegetables and fruits. If desired, you can have breakfast on the terrace by the pool. Because the hotel is located almost in the center of Bukhara, you can easily get to cultural places in 5-7 minutes on foot.
I do not advise ... the key card fits all doors)))) constant problems with hot water! Breakfast is for 3 out of 5. The staff is friendly, this is a plus
A wonderful hotel! We had a rest there on 29.04-30.04. Very hospitable staff. They respond to any request. Beautiful, stylish. There is a swimming pool. We left early in the morning, we were packed with breakfast - delicious sandwiches with chicken and French fries. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their responsiveness.
A new hotel and completely new appliances, even some are not connected. Beautiful, warm and comfortable. Very small rooms, not typical of a 4-star hotel. Not the most convenient location, but there is a chic restaurant nearby.

A small cozy hotel. Delicious breakfasts, soft mattresses, a swimming pool and a hammam.
The fortress and other attractions are 1 km away on foot
The most important thing is the service and care of the staff
The service is excellent, the food is varied, all the food is fresh. The rooms are completely clean, the staff is polite. I wish everyone to visit the Dera Hotel.
The service, the staff who can speak several languages, politeness, cleanliness in the rooms, especially delicious breakfasts should be noted, is located near the Ark fortress
Well, the hotel is healthy. There is everything, even a swimming pool. Everything is cozy and wonderful. And that is not unlikely to WORK... I recommend the hotel. I am attaching a photo.
A clean hotel. Gorgeous ground floor. We needed an early breakfast and the staff prepared everything. I took the number of the trandart. It's worth the money
