They clean up cleanly, the breakfasts are excellent, the pool, billiards, gym - there is something to have fun with. The location is excellent, a little away from the hustle and bustle, but also close to the sea. When leaving the hotel to the right, there is a cafe, very tasty and inexpensive, try perch from the grill 100 dong, in other places prices are much higher. Now the unpleasant moments: the cleaning came, I left the room, 200 dong remained on the bedside table, disappeared, then an hour later I called them, I say where? I'll call the police. She: sorry, sorry, I gave it back. A hairpin and lip gloss were stolen from a girl in the next room. Conclusion: do not provoke! Also about a separate beach: we bought a sunbed at the reception for 75, came there, he rested, - there are no sun beds, they sell them on the spot to everyone for more. You need to come early, before ten somewhere))) the money was returned to us at the reception.Upon eviction, it is mandatory!!!! be present personally at the check-in. We lived in room 1704, in October, the room is clean, daily cleaning as well as a change of towels. Linen is changed every three days. The breakfasts are amazing meat of 3-4 types up to crocodile, ostrich, 2-3 types of fish. Side dishes, salads, slicing, fruits, sweets are all at least 4 types and this is counting scrambled eggs, omelet on request and soup of the day, every day is different. Toast jams. In general, everything is fine. The location is ideal, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes maximum to the European quarter. The only mistake when handing over the room was that a bottle of Cola was opened and the bus was already waiting, I had to give 15,000 dong. Will I come next time? Definitely yes, really, if I don't decide to get 5 stars. And so a strong Asian 4-ka. P.S. After talking with other tourists, it turned out that for combo tours the rooms are simpler, they live in Nha Trang for 3-4 nights.

The rooms with sea views are just super. The others with small windows are very. There are rooms without Windows and many people, not knowing this, are very upset upon arrival. You need to look at which room you are ordering right away. The price varies. There is a rooftop pool, small with cool water, which in my opinion is good, because in Nha Trang it is always 29-33 and at night too. There are breakfasts and they are not plentiful, but you can eat enough. Fruits are given.

We arrived on the evening of 11/30/2019, checked in immediately, because the room was paid from 14h. Deluxe room on the last 18th floor with a balcony and sea view is super. I had to run because of the broken lid on the kettle, not because it didn't work, but so that they wouldn't show the bill when driving. Yes, and today they applied twice (they did not put toothbrushes and paper). Of course, these are small things, but in total, when the hotel guide also spent 3 hours in the morning in a cold hall, selling excursions, instead of spending these priceless hours at sea. And today it has been raining almost all day with small breaks. So, it's not even possible to sunbathe, let alone swim, because of the strong waves. Yesterday we witnessed how an elderly woman was dragged into the sea by the waves, barely managed to pull ashore, and she was just sitting close to the water. The breakfasts are great!!! The bathroom is behind glass, but the roller blind is lowered, the water is hot, the pressure is strong. We took three excursions to the islands, where, as they say, there are no strong waves. We wanted to go to the famous bridges, but the tour sales manager warned that due to the heavy fog we might not see them, so we did not spend money. We bought vouchers for 15 days (including 2 days of road flights) for 54,600 rubles for two from Khabarovsk. I recommend the hotel, while everything is fine, it's a few minutes walk to the sea, you can see from the room.
We returned this morning, I decided to add it. Towels were changed daily, and a week later I asked to change the bed linen (I translated the phrase into Vietnamese in Yandex and showed them, because they understand Russian poorly, but they smile sweetly), changed the sheets and pillowcases, did not change the duvet cover, and on the last day they changed the pillowcases again. Beach towels are provided by appointment for free from 8 to 15, but we brought our own. We tried to swim in the pool 2-3 times, but the water is very cold.
Excursions were bought at the Russian information center last year and this year, I want to warn others that they just want to break the money, but they do not fulfill what they promised. Because at this time of the year, the season of strong waves, you can't swim in Nha Trang, you have to go somewhere. We went to Fanrang, the weather was good, we liked everything, but too little, 2 hours on the way back and forth. But we were taken to the southern islands in a terrible wind (excursions are not canceled and are not postponed!!!) They took us on an open old wooden boat, gave us dirty life jackets, and we were all soaked from the strong waves. On the island of Khon, we were looking for places to hide from the wind, towels did not help to keep warm. We suffered for 2 hours, then according to the program we had to go diving in two places in quiet bays with coral reefs. But we were taken not far from the island, the guide dropped the phrase that if there are daredevils diving in such waves, then take the risk. One big guy from Bashkiria dived, so he was almost swept under the boat by a strong current. There were no more applicants.
Then we took them to Winperl for lunch (delicious, but after such trials, there is not enough food). The waves washed over the shore onto the porch, so there was no talk about the beach. We waited on the open veranda for the departure time. We returned to the hotel at 15.20 in the hope of getting warm with hot water, but there was none. I had to go down to sort it out, they gave me water with apologies after 18h. The RIC did not even apologize for such a trip for $ 35 (they say they bought you tickets, fed you, so fuck off), they wanted to take the 3rd tour, they returned only half. Conclusion: It is not worth going to Nha Trang, the town itself is dirty, rats run the size of cats, everywhere there is construction debris and waste, stink. There is a little clean, well-groomed place on the embankment, and the beach itself is dirty, especially in December. In June, it's dirty in the morning, they clean it up by lunch. Vietnamese cheat everywhere, especially when selling fruits. We regretted that we went.

The hotel is just very nice. Close to the sea and shopping malls, many restaurants and cafes. The hotel is very clean. No insects. Snow-white towels, underwear and a bathroom. the room has a safe, hairdryer, kettle and tea set. I am delighted with the hotel. I will definitely come back here. The staff is very helpful.

The hotel pulls -3* I completely agree with Oksana Mazur's review. You cannot leave an unopened suitcase or anything of value. The safe is on the floor in the closet and you can only get into it by lying on the floor. Due to the super saving of electric energy, they give one entrance card. You take it with you when you leave. Because the refrigerator is constantly leaking when you are not there, there is no voltage. Products deteriorate quickly. And the smell. Upon departure, they also announced the loss of a laundry bag and tore off 25 dong like a fine, but without a receipt they simply gave away their passports. And everything is done when the bus is already standing and people are giving money.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of December 2019. Room 1615 was poorly cleaned, the dust and the table surface were not wiped at all, even once I asked them to wipe the floor near the bed, which I moved a little, it was a nightmare that there was under the bed, the bedding was changed once, although towels and toiletries were changed every day. In room 1615, the water from the bathtub was leaking badly, the water was barely running in the shower, without pressure, and if you wash in the shower, then all the water flowed from the bathtub onto the tile, which was overlaid with the bathtub, and then onto the floor and no shower curtain helped. The fridge-bar didn't work at all, the air-conditioned room was cooler than the fridge. And on December 31, 2019, we left for the airport at 6 a.m., generally a madhouse! Lunchboxes for two (with a child) were not given to us, because they had to be ordered before 22-00, and later that was it. In the morning, when I went to the restaurant at 6:00 and gave them breakfast coupons, I asked them to give me a lunchbox for the road, because we were leaving, the person in charge at the restaurant pretended that she did not understand me, left us without breakfast. And in the end it even finished us off! We lost our passports and a sleepy employee at the reception searched for them for a long time, and the guide Olga Fomicheva from ANEX TOUR, who came to pick us up and escort us to the airport, refused to help us figure out this situation, stood smoking and vice versa, instead of helping us, offered to pick up our luggage and leave the bus. She refused to give her last name and first name when I asked her to introduce herself. Olga Fomicheva's data was provided to me by a tourist from the same bus from her phone. I am grateful to this woman. The whole bus witnessed this incident. The child and I were finished off and scared by such a "service" That spoiled opinions about Vietnam. I will try not to come to this country anymore!
