Nice hotel, with a very nice view from the dining room/restaurant, decent spa and good varied breakfasts.
Cons: We faced the problem of air conditioning in the room, unfortunately the issue was resolved for two days (we slept in the infernal heat because the air conditioner only worked at +30, it was not possible to ventilate, because our "balcony" turned out to be an exit to some kind of internal shaft) but he didn't decide. On the third day, they were moved to another room. The location of the hotel is in the commercial part, because of this, almost all the windows of the rooms (where they are) overlook very beautiful alleys, it is very sad to live with curtains open.
Despite the situation with Condey, the impression is good.

The location is in a historical place. All attractions are within walking distance. The room was taken from a cheap one for three. There are three full beds. There were no problems with the bathroom, everything was OK. We didn't watch TV. WiFi is no problem. The restaurant - we only took breakfast, I recommend it. You will not regret it. It's worth it. Once we went to dinner, the prices are relatively expensive, but in fact, in any restaurant in Istanbul, the prices are the same. The view from the restaurant is gorgeous, people from other hotels come to take pictures early in the morning, which they definitely visit late at night. There are no comments on the staff. The view - well, as I already wrote, only from the restaurant. There are no comments on the service. Everything is cleaned cleanly every day. Breakfast is gorgeous without restrictions from 7:30 to 10, you can eat out for a day. The bath is excellent, but without a broom, but with eucalyptus, however, they warned that it is expensive and it is economical to pour water into the heater. There are also two steam rooms that differ in humidity and temperature. The pool is warm and large with hydro massage, and showers, etc. everything is there. Don't forget the hat on your head or buy 100 liras. Moreover, cars do not reach the hotel. Walk about 300 m along the cobblestones. Take care of the wheels on the suitcase. It took me a while to find the entrance to the hotel the first time. Install maps me is very helpful. Buy an instambul transport card to pay for transport and you can still shop at the migras store, you can shop for leftovers and go to the toilet. It is better to exchange dollars for lira near the hotel that it is not so profitable to go to the railway station that to the Bosphorus in other places. We returned from Istanbul and stayed at this hotel. If you considered it as a place to relax, you shouldn't. Everything that is written in the reviews below is true.
Firstly, it is very difficult to find it among these streets of the absolute market. Underwear is everywhere, and there are people among whom locals are riding scooters for some reason.
Secondly, the story of the room without a window is very depressing. We are adults, 3 people in this room with no windows and dark lighting / well, not much fun.
Thirdly, the story of the air conditioners is a real quest. You can't adjust the temperature and mode in the room - call the reception and try to explain what's what.
And yet - every morning at 6 a.m. the fire alarm rang, every morning!!! It's 3 minutes, but it's early in the morning during a vacation.
There is no shop or cafe nearby, everything is only in the center, it's a 15-minute walk.
But there is a big plus - a swimming pool, a hammam and a sauna, and excellent staff in this cool place. The view from the terrace, where the breakfasts are a bomb, of course
The choice of hotel will definitely be different on this trip.
The taxi will not arrive at the hotel, you need to go down to civilization.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 unforgettable days. A lovely, clean hotel and extremely polite and attentive staff.
The room is polished to a shine. The sheets are the whitest, the pillows are comfortable and you can ask for a second blanket))) the bathroom was already shining with cleanliness. The air conditioner works perfectly, which is important because it was very hot outside. The room service is very fast.
Eva Bosphorus restaurant is on the roof. Gorgeous view of almost all the sights of Istanbul, the strait, the bridges.
The price tag is of course horse, a steak in the region of 1,700 lira is inhuman, but the view compensates for everything. Administrator Sardar will do everything according to beauty. Attentive and polite, no need to ask the lady to pour. They include 10% of the bill as a plus. Like tea.
In general, I advise everyone, come and check in, you will not regret a second.

Great panorama from the restaurant. But the view from the room is of the police station... And this is the best view from our family two-room suite... But at the same time, we were quietly given it, and not a room with two beds in one room. We just saw that we had two children with us and this room was available. Of course there is no parking (this is Istanbul), but not every taxi driver can drive up to the hotel. You often have to walk 500 meters uphill. But at the same time, you can easily and easily walk to the main tourist spots, they are at the bottom! The place itself (apart from the views from the windows) is very interesting. There is a huge clothing market around the hotel. He's probably been here for hundreds of years. But not everyone will like it. As you can see, everything is really complicated.

The hotel is not bad. Of the main points:

We lived for 8 nights in March 2024. Advantages: location in the tourist center; proximity to a currency exchanger; good breakfast according to the Swedish table system; a good restaurant with reasonable prices, room service for plus 10 percent of the order amount; observation deck on the restaurant veranda; almost always a free pool and hammam, always a free gym; responsive staff, but few people know Russian; cleanliness of the rooms, cleaning every day; free safe, Wi-Fi; in general, a new and fresh hotel, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cons: the noise insulation is mediocre; the location near the clothing market; the sloping type of terrain, from the center to the hotel to go up a steep mountain; yes, perhaps, all of the cons! I recommend it!!!

There were no Russian speakers at the reception, but they understood anyway.

Sleeping in the area is quiet and peaceful, we were given a room in a deluxe place with a hammam. After a walk, it was nice to get warm! The pool and SPA are open only until 22 o'clock, and since you come to Istanbul to admire the city, there is not enough time for the pool catastrophically. The rooms are small, we had 2 rooms combined, because with 2 children, the rooms are dark, there is not enough lighting, and most importantly, at a temperature outside of 8-15 degrees it is very cold, all the heat blows through the windows, and the climate control system is very strange, you can not choose how it can work on "cold" or "warm", by default, when you freeze, it only works on "cold", and you have to go to the reception every time and ask in broken English to turn on the heat, after which the room becomes cozy, but after an hour or 2 the climate switches to Cold, and you freeze especially if it's night and you don't expect such a trick in any way.
Breakfast in the restaurant is a Buffet, but their content is very meager, you have to try to choose what to have breakfast. Of course, the view from the restaurant to the Golden Horn Bay and the Bosphorus Strait is awesome!!! But the choice of the restaurant's dinner menu is very small, there is no children's menu, for 3 days it has already become boring, and even despite the appearance, they could no longer look at this food, they had to go look for some restaurants in the city.
The hotel is located in the European historical part of the city. There are both pros and cons. You can get to any attraction on foot, but through the narrow dark streets, which are sometimes like a maze, you can't figure it out without skill. And transfers and all sorts of sightseeing buses will not be able to get to the hotel, because of the narrowness of the streets, so you will always either have to go somewhere yourself, or the guide will come on foot to pick you up at the hotel.

The hotel is new, not bad. The service is excellent, the breakfasts are good, the restaurant with access to the roof and the food is not bad. Cons: there are internal rooms without Windows, clothing shops around the hotel and a height difference (but 10 minutes to the Bosphorus, 15 minutes to Sultanhamet at a calm pace). We booked a deluxe room, settled in a 10 sQ m cubicle. Instead of a window, there is an opening in the wall to the utility room, where garbage is piled up, without going outside. There is no air in the room. Oh, don't dream of daylight. It's nicer in the closet. The light is like in a dungeon. Bed linen, as if he hadn't been given bathrobes for a hundred years. Get a good night's sleep, don't dream about it on vacation.

It's not the worst place we stayed, but there are downsides.
The first is that it is located almost on the mountain itself and there are roads leading to eternal ascents, the transfer does not take you to the hotel if you are traveling by Bus.

Uncomfortable mattresses on the beds, it's time to replace them.
Plus I will pay for the cleaning and cleanliness of the room, the responsiveness of the staff.

The breakfasts are not particularly varied if you include them in the room rate, and the Kitchen is certainly good when you come for lunch or dinner as in a restaurant.

The hotel is located in the very center of Istanbul in the heart of the textile quarters. If you need socks, clothes, pastel linen and curtains, then come here. At night, when all the shops are closed, it will be scary for women to go alone. You can't get there by taxi - the streets are closed for cars during the day, and there are always traffic jams on the main road. Rolling a stroller with a child on a paving stone with height differences of several tens of meters is not a very joyful prospect.
The SPA area of the hotel does not represent anything interesting - there are plenty of such places here, although it is quite cozy: a rocking chair, sauna, hammam and Turkish bath with a basik - the whole set is available, hats for $ 2. Rooms with a clogged ladder in the shower area - get ready to make platinum out of towels so as not to flood the room. The main highlight of the hotel is the restaurant on the top floor with an open area and a closed part that is equipped with guillotine glazing. The food in the restaurant is excellent, the buffet is delicious.

The location is excellent, all the main attractions of the Old Town are within walking distance. I recommend using Yandex maps for routes, they work great there. One disadvantage is that the hotel's surroundings leave much to be desired. The shopping area is almost deserted after 8 p.m. But the building next door is a police station, so it's relatively safe.

We took a room with a hammam, but the hammam itself smelled bad and was downgraded from deluxe to comfort, it's a pity that we overpaid. A room with a good view is a lie, in fact, a view of the neighboring house.
