A great hotel for a family holiday. There are many families with children and companies of pensioners. A lot of Germans.
The hotel offers excellent service. I would like to mention the cleaning. She is beyond praise. The rooms are cleaned so cleanly, a very responsible attitude. In restaurants and bars, tables are only rubbed. They even mop the paths on the street.
The food is just great. It is diverse. Lots of salmon, mutton.
The beach is very clean. The sand is sifted regularly. Surprisingly, there were no problems with the sunbeds. We were always in good places. Although the hotel is full.
I really want to mention the work of the children's club. That's something. The girls are so responsible that my daughter was just waiting for the opening. They were led away with tears. The girls are from different countries, but mostly Russian. They taught my daughter different words in several languages. This is the only club in Turkey where my child stayed. And we got the opportunity to relax. Thank you. A complete renovation is expected for the next season. We are looking forward to it.

THE BEST HOTEL WE've EVER BEEN TO. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Swimming pools, water park, children's pools. Food stands. And especially the holidays, it's a delight! The last few days there were such big waves that we were covered over our heads. And our glasses are gone! I recommend this hotel, beautiful lobby!

There is a lot of food everywhere, at any time of the day, the food is varied and of high quality, good foreign alcohol. The service is excellent. There is a lot of entertainment inside the hotel, free and paid. There is a cinema, bowling, billiards, game attractions for children, a hall with a large screen for watching sports matches. GUYS, no noise insulation. We have visited many 5-star hotels in Lara, but I have not heard such a noise anywhere. Rooms with a view of the road are simply not designed for living. If I had been told about this earlier, I would not have believed it) If you put people in such rooms, then ensure peace at least at night. Buses, cars, parties downstairs on sofas, disco in the hotel opposite, as if it's all happening in the room. Next, in the afternoon and evening, to find imported whiskey in the hotel, except for the lobby bar, is a quest) Otherwise, everything is wonderful: the kitchen, cleanliness, staff....I didn't want to set 4, but unfortunately I couldn't get enough sleep!

I am a regular guest of this hotel. The hotel is just great. The food is great. Red fish in the morning and evening, sea bass, dorado, grilled meat, a huge selection of cheeses, strawberries, cherries, well, apples, kiwis, oranges are not even out of the question. Fandue with black and white chocolate.For any demand and choice. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly. Drinks in the Lobby, by the beach and pool are great, but they cheat on the pier. You can order pizza by the pool and stuff it with whatever you like, they will cook it right in front of you.

I fell for good reviews, but apparently people have not been to really cool 5 stars in Turkey.
Complete price-quality mismatch
About the hotel: meals on 5+++++ perhaps that's all
Since I was with a child, the small territory of the hotel was also a plus
Lunapark is a great addition to the hotel, since there is nothing to do at the evening children's, and especially adult shows, when there was a puppy patrol show, the puppies made sounds ... (digestive problems) the children did not understand this and it was not funny, after the show you can't even take a picture of a child with your favorite characters. But the children's club is constantly collecting money - then T-shirts with a puppy patrol for a lot of money, then riding on water entertainment, etc.
Wi-Fi perfectly catches throughout the territory.
The hotel is small, but quite competently designed. There are many bars, restaurants and other pleasant places. Of course there is a beach, the first line is still there!! There are a lot of sunbeds, there was enough for everyone and always, there is a pier. Beach towels by cards, unlimited exchange. The territory is not large, you will not take off your shoes especially, well-groomed, there is more than enough greenery.The rooms are spacious, the mattresses are quite hard, not sagged, the pillows are comfortable (for my taste of course) the bed linen is clean, replacement every other day, the minibar was replenished regularly.
As for the pools, there is a lifeguard on duty at the pools, but he does not pay attention at all that many guests climb into the pool with food, drinks in glass glasses and bottles.
When you are lying by the central pool, I would like to see Jay put on music that was not 30 years ago, but still followed modern trends and the music was pleasant to the ear.
Very few people come to discos, which also says about the DJ, there are practically no women at the disco (
The animation in the hotel is weak, again, after reading the reviews and what I saw shocked me, the animation level is very low, the animators' unwillingness to do anything ... and if people are satisfied with it, then this level is frightening…
Instead of a show, you can sit in a bar (next to the amphitheater, and sometimes on the beach) and listen to live music (it's great)

In the reviews below, I read about the situation by the pool with towels, at first I didn't believe it (this can't be in 5 stars), but unfortunately, I found myself in it, the staff brazenly took my personal belongings (my bag with the dolphin logo, where there were personal belongings, towels, baby mattresses), although there were free seats A HUGE AMOUNT. I took a place by the pool before breakfast (at 8:45) in the 3rd row, so as not to drag it all to the restaurant, returning after 30 minutes there were no things. This is the first time we have encountered this in 5 stars. A very unpleasant residue remained. But there were people lying in front of us in the first row and they fenced the passage to the pool with chairs from the bar and no one made comments to them.
The beach on the sea is clean, cleaned daily and even sand is leveled.
The whole hotel focuses only on the German audience (which is 90 percent here)
In general, the hotel is not bad, but I will never recommend it.
The maximum is the weak 4 level
Believe me, I know what good fives are in Turkey, this vacation is a disappointment.

Great hotel. Beautiful, delicious food, I liked the Japanese restaurant in Alaska, they staged a whole fire show. The staff is smiling and friendly. I especially want to cancel Patima Hoplama at the reception and Samet Keles at the restaurant, thank them for their care and efficiency! By the way, the daily evening show program is quite interesting. I recommend this hotel!

We had a vacation with my wife in early May 2023. We relax in the Dolphin hotel chain twice a year, but this was the first time we were in the Palace. The concept in all hotels is about the same level, but in the Palace it is a little more modest than in Bigrand and Imperial. However, all this is compensated by the friendliness, responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. Waiters in bars and restaurants instantly accept an order and execute it with lightning speed. Special thanks to the reception staff Daniil, Ridvan, Carolina, Ahmet and guest communications Darina and Ferida.
The sea was still cool, so we swam mainly in an outdoor heated pool. There is a bar on the beach and on the pier, on the way to the beach they make natural ice cream from berries, fry waffles and gozleme.
In the evenings, dancing to live music, but there are practically no Russian songs, because the contingent is mainly Poles and Germans. Music is also for them((
In early May, the restaurant is full of strawberries, there are no queues.

The hotel is not 5 stars for sure! If you are accommodated with a side view of the sea and a view of the sports field, take earplugs. The air conditioners are buzzing all day in the neighboring hotel, it is not possible to sit on the balcony. At 23:00, the air conditioners are turned off, but at night loading and unloading operations begin in a nearby hotel, cars with food arrive, garbage is taken out, some kind of iron is rattled, etc. It is not possible to sleep! The food in the restaurant is the same, only it moves from place to place. The dishes are dirty, especially the cups, the tea was changed several times. We even witnessed that foreign pensioners gave money to waiters to wash their appliances. Food cannot be taken out of the restaurant. We had a rest in this hotel in May and repairs were underway in the main restaurant, which began right at lunch time, iron structures were installed, sawed and drilled iron. I couldn't listen to this and wanted to take the half-eaten fruits to the room, but they were taken from me at the exit of the restaurant. The service at the reception leaves much to be desired, the question of where to exchange currency was sent to the baggage carrier, perhaps he can change something. In bars, too, there is no smell of service. Once, returning from the beach, I wanted to drink ayran at the bar by the large pool, there was still half an hour before the bar closed, but the waiter shrugged and showed me the lock on the refrigerator with drinks. That is, someone had already closed the bar ahead of time, the waiter did not have the keys. And our stay at the hotel ended with the fact that we were poisoned, either by fish (yesterday) at lunch, or by a children's cocktail in a melon at a children's candy fair during animation. I don't recommend the hotel, it's not worth your money! I don't want to come back here!

We rested at the Dolphin Palace Hotel from 07/31/2023 to 08/10/2023
Let's start with everything in order.
1. We arrived at the hotel at about 8 a.m. There were 3 adults and a 4-year-old child.no one provided a room, they said to wait 2 hours (no complaints here, check-in is valid from 14), but for an additional fee ($ 300 for the entire period) they gave us a room immediately larger than the one in which we were supposed to live. There is also such a moment - rooms with sea views- noisy music from the show in the afternoon and evening (it did not bother us, but most complain), rooms with a view of the road are full of horror - it is noisy from the road, from technical structures.
2. I would like to note that the hotel is really clean, but the rooms are cleaned quite strangely, when the cleaner received a tip, the room has not been cleaned for the last 2 days! I also wanted to draw attention to the fact that when changing the linen, it was stained, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
3. There are no Russian TV channels! But the TVs are connected to the Internet and you can use YouTube.
4. The Wi-Fi network throughout the territory catches perfectly!
5. I would especially like to mention the food in the hotel, above all praise, both in the main restaurant and near the pools. French fries all the time, sausages, waffles, tortillas, burgers. Nutrition at every step. The bars and their occupancy rate were also pleasantly pleased. The bars have excellent staff.
6. The kids' club is ordinary, as in all hotels, BUT the children's shows are just a failure, many leave the performances.
7. But the big plus is that the hotel has attractions (open from 19:30 to 21:30) the child really liked it)
8. Adult shows are full of horror, they are not popular. From the balcony of his room, he could see what shows were taking place in neighboring hotels, where there was a full landing of the hall, there were awesome shows, including Drone shows.
9. The animation in the hotel is terrible! This is the first time we have encountered this in 5 stars. The animators are not interested, the people in the pool are entertaining themselves. Aqua aerobics every day and some kind of competition in the pool (not thought out at all). Volleyball is completely absent, the men organized and played themselves on the beach, but the animator from the dolphin drove away all strangers, which was terribly disliked, since the animator himself did not do his job at all. The sports animation is terrible!!! There can be no such thing in 5 stars.
10. The beach. There are enough sun beds on the beach and you can always find free ones. There is a bar on the pier. Near the beach there is a playground and a trampoline (owned by the dolphin hotel) but unfortunately, the guard (who is sitting next to him) does not track the availability of bracelets and with a child you have to stand in line and wait for the children of other hotels to jump up! For such money in such a hotel it is not acceptable!
11. Swimming pools. There's a separate story here! And in my opinion, this spoils all the impressions of the hotel.there are enough pools, there is a pool for adults (+14 years old) It's always quiet there. But since we have a small child, we were lying by the main pool. Before 10 a.m., you can safely find sun beds, after 10 only 2-3 rows. But there are free ones ! Every day we occupied the sun beds in the first row so that the child could swim next to us, got up early and occupied the seats before breakfast, went to breakfast. But one day we came to the sunbeds (we were gone for 30 minutes) and the seats are occupied and our things are not there, they called guest relay, to which we were given a vague answer that the guests did not have enough sun beds. We were extremely outraged by this situation! Because if you want to get the best seats, get up early and take a sunbed! As a result, the swimming circles were given to us, and 4 tanning products in the package were still missing! The hotel got out of the situation: they provided a conversation on the beach (sea).
Olga, an employee, claimed that there were not enough places, we walked along the pool with her and there were places (2-3 rows) . Why touch things???!!!
The next day, we again took a convenient place for us, but just went to the toilet, on the way back I see that my things are being collected again, moreover, they are collecting things from the 2nd, 3rd rows, and putting away personal bags, things, circles that people have already left on the sun beds. At the same time, 80% of the pool seats are free (1.2,3 rows!!!)
I would like to note that we fundamentally paid attention in the evening all the sun beds, tables, umbrellas were removed, there were no personal belongings near the pool, these people clearly already occupied everything before breakfast in the morning!
Complete chaos!This is not a 5 star hotel!
It seems that the hotel has created a problem for itself and solves it itself (to the detriment of the guests)
The hotel benefits only due to the responsive staff and food!
In general, the hotel is aimed only at the German audience, there are 90% of them here.
All shows, ads and TV channels are in German.
I absolutely do not want to return to this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels with delicious food.
And in conclusion, another unpleasant moment!
We had to extend the room to 17 (it costs 60 euros), they extended it by moving us to another room (and thanks for that) but at 12, the bracelets were cut off. What for? If I have already paid for my stay before 17?! I have to hand over the keys anyway. There is no logic.
I would like to express special gratitude for the responsiveness to Daniil Igoshin at the reception, for help only to him!
Hotel Experience - a good 3 star hotel! I don't want to come back here anymore

A little disappointed in this hotel. The beach is very small, motorboats are constantly roaring and burning on the left. The owners of these boats very disdainfully sail specially as close as possible to the fence, making sudden movements on their super boats, creating a wave and at the same time spitting in your direction ..... Very unpleasant. To the right of the entrance there is also a very small piece of the beach and it is there that for some reason it is very dirty.... Even leftover food floats. They concluded that it was there that the child caught the infection. The food is excellent, the choice is huge, the hotel is beautiful, but we were settled only with an additional payment and a rather big one. Interestingly, at the same time, they assured that there were no available rooms except for the first floor.... But, with an additional payment of $ 150-200 per room, they appeared sharply... Disappointed... And why is my review impossible to see, it is visible only to me? Is this how you remove all negative reviews? To say that I'm disappointed ..... Terrible.... Are you afraid?

I am staying at the hotel on October 27th. Personally, the hotel did not come to me! The food is of high quality, there is a lot of it, but there is no soul in it, it is designed for mass production. The lighting of many dishes suffers, it is not visible what lies or is not signed. There are no problems with seats in the restaurant. On the territory on the way to the beach there is a huge amount of fast food fried in oil, pasta, pizza. From whiskey chivas and Jack Daniel. they are of quite tolerable quality! A huge plus is a heated outdoor pool for October, this is relevant, but a hammam by appointment the next day is bad, you want to run in and warm up now, not tomorrow! Bowling, billiards, hockey ... for a fee! There are 5 elevators, but this is something. I live on the 8th floor, I eat with parking on each floor. The waiters are great! The reception is great! The hotels of this chain are not allowed. The standard room has an ottoman for a fourth person under 10 years old.
