The place is worth visiting and touching the history. Then you can read in more detail about that time and about this object.
No matter how much we are told that Stalin was a modest man, but five dachas in Abkhazia may indicate the opposite.
A secluded corner of the Soviet government. A beautiful place and mountain air. My family and I really liked it.

I liked everything very much, neatly, cleanly, the general secretaries lived well in their time;
Spacious rooms, everything is minimalistic, the view is simply gorgeous on the lake itself
The story is in all its glory ... but there is a monotonous one - they do not monitor the condition of the buildings, they are gradually being destroyed

I can't say that I was delighted with the visit. Along the way, after visiting the Rizza, you can stop by. It's definitely not worth going there specifically for her sake. The tour lasts 15-20 minutes in time and this is quite enough. The guide is 5, by the way. Everything is brief to the point and without unnecessary explanations. We took a quick look at everything and got out of there.
The visit is only with a guide. The interior is very similar. The territory is very mediocre. View of the islandThe ritz on the observation deck is better than here.
I do not advise you to listen to local well-wishers that there is an awesome cafe next door with which the president of Abkhazia himself almost eats. The kitchen is disgusting and they force you to try trout from the lake, also disgusting from the microwave..! In general, they gave 2450 for it from the microwave and left hungry , most importantly, the child was brought a spicy hodgepodge that not every adult will eat it. The places are certainly beautiful. And the locals look at Russians as a purse full of money that needs to be wiped out. Such moments spoil all impressions..! The guide is a young girl with an unusual accent, beautifully tells- well done!
Stalin is the clearest man ... a story that amazes, the house is very atmospheric, a lot of interesting things, I advise 200 rubles the cost of the tour
Five stars are for the general perception of nature and morale. But, the roads are narrow and there are few places to travel. There are a lot of cars and everything is like ants. Something has to be done about it. And so, if you throw it away, then it's more than worth going there!
We were in August 2021.
Interesting, beautiful, atmospheric.
The food in the cafe is of decent quality, but I would like better service. The employees are probably very tired.
Lake Ritsa is beautiful. Stalin's summer cottage for a history lover. Take the cash...the entrance to the park is 700rubles, to Stalin's dacha 250rubles per person.
It's not a good place.. There's not much to look at, the guide is tormented, saying the same thing all day long... They take money, but there is no minimum toilet, there is no normal one, the bathroom is terrible..(a hole in the floor) .
I visited this place in August 2021, an interesting place, a short tour is quite informative about the historical moments that took place here. I recommend it to those who are interested in history. It is also a beautiful natural place, you can take a walk - peace and tranquility))
When visiting Lake Ritsa, you can drive to the other side of the lake, where the cottages of Stalin and Khrushchev are located, for only 150 rubles per person, you can visit an excursion, park on the territory and walk along the embankment
You can also go sailing on the same side

Peace and quiet reigns in this place. There is a special atmosphere .
We liked it!
I advise you to take a guided tour.
The Abkhazians do not properly maintain the property that they inherited, I think that in a couple of years everything will die there. There's a hole in the floor right at the entrance, in the expensive parquet, they threw some kind of carpet on the floor, I don't know, they found it in the trash. In general, it's a depressing sight, and nature is a bomb, no wonder they built a cottage here.
It seems to me that there is nothing left of the natural furnishings, the plumbing is all new, the furniture is 80-90 years old. I also did not understand that in Stalin's dacha, that in Khrushchev's dacha, there are two one-and-a-half beds in the bedrooms... suddenly. It seems that from time to time it is used as a hotel with a "historical twist". Five stars for the waterfront, it's really amazing.
All of Stalin's dachas are very similar. But there is a twist here. The cottage is located on the shore of Lake Ritsa, in one of the most picturesque places in Abkhazia. Well, the second highlight you will find inside is the pink plumbing of Comrade. Khrushchev. Yes, I didn't pee myself, they shared it for two, first one lived in sweat, the second but on his attached half :)
It's a very cool place, and most importantly, it's located in a very picturesque place. You can learn a little interesting things from the guide. The structure seems to have three bedrooms, you can move between them, and if anyone knew which bedroom the leader went to sleep in, then no one knew which one he would come out of. And there are many more interesting things. It is definitely worth a visit, regardless of your attitude towards Stalin.
