A place where you can plunge into history.
The building has retained its original appearance. There is no chic and wealth — the interior smacks of official austerity. Here you can see the furniture used by Joseph Vissarionovich. All of it was made to order from natural wood (boxwood, birch and walnut). All rooms are similar in design, a little luxury is given to the rooms by windows with crystal glasses (to keep the heat in the room), the walls and floors are also decorated with natural wood.
The cottage consists of two parts, Joseph Vissarionovich rested in one, Nikita Sergeevich used the second. It is known that Khrushchev met Fidel Castro in this residence.
Under Leonid Brezhnev, a transition appeared between the two buildings and both buildings merged into one.
A truly majestic place, a very interesting excursion and a beautiful place near Lake Rizza.

It is definitely worth visiting. Check in that you were there and enjoy the scenery on the way. It's frustrating that such a significant object on the territory is unkempt… The beauty and history of the Soviet era is disappearing. 30.10.23 the ticket costs 250 rubles per person. They are checked only when entering the cottage. There is just incomprehensible staff on the street (like taxi drivers) and chaotically controls those walking on the territory.
One of the five state dachas represented on the territory of Abkhazia. It works only in summer (from mid-May to the end of October), because it is located on the remote shore of Lake Ritsa and the road to the facility is closed during the snow season.
The working hours are from 09.00 to 20.00, plus or minus 15 minutes. The cottage is guarded and maintained by military and government employees. It is quiet, well-groomed, clean and easy to breathe.
Entrance to the territory is paid (200₽ for adults, 100₽ for children, over 8 years old). The fee is mandatory for everyone and does not depend on whether you want to walk outside or listen to a short, 10-minute tour.
A little to the left of the actual state cottage, within walking distance of a cafe with national cuisine. Simple and homemade food, the price tag is adequate, but the views are absolutely gorgeous and there are usually fewer people here than at traditional viewing platforms.
A Stalin-era boat runs from the pier in working mode and in good weather - ask Captain Hasik. A walk within half an hour is not cheap - 2500 rubles (capacity - 6-8 people), but it is definitely worth it. To experience the charm of the mountainous area and the amazing beauty of the wondrous lake will turn out for sure at all %.
Compared to other dachas, this one should definitely be visited! It all depends on the guide, how and what he tells you. A gorgeous view opens from the cottage, in the heat the trees give off their fragrant smell! Great place!
Hello. As a tourist attraction, this is a wonderful place. The nature is beautiful. But, a huge request to the administration: put the toilet in order. Visitors are on the road all day, a lot of children, sometimes elderly people come. If you suddenly have to enter it, it will interrupt all pleasant impressions.
Soon we will go to the ruins of Stalin's dacha. It is not well maintained, the taps in the bathrooms were looted, bought and delivered yesterday. Some kind of incomprehensible beds and couches.Melons and watermelons are floating in the fountain. In general, it's terrible.
A beautiful, but rather modest place
It is better to take a guide who will tell you a lot of interesting things.
Interesting wine tasting (paid 500 rubles per person, 3 types are poured)
For general development, it is worth a visit.
An amazing and ambiguous place. Nature and beauty are incredible. The atmosphere is cool when you understand who lived here. But not only Stalin lived there, and all the leaders before Yeltsin. This makes the museum even more interesting. Although it's just nice to walk there, it's incredibly beautiful!
A picturesque place! Beauty! The cottage, of course, cannot be compared with modern palaces, but it is a historical heritage and it is admirable! The view from the territory of Lake Ritsa is simply amazing! The air is clean and cool. I liked it very much!

It's beautiful, there's nothing you can't say, but you have to pay for everything, travel to the checkpoint at the Ritz is paid, parking is paid, to Stalin's cottage is also paid
A beautiful place, a lot of things to see, there is entertainment for those who wish, delicious food, a cafe overlooking the lake, there is an opportunity to swim on a boat, yacht or just a boat in picturesque places, in general, I liked everything!
I was there in July of this year. The cottage is located in a picturesque place. The tour itself would have liked to be longer, but it was quite interesting.
I stayed there overnight in a guest house. My two passions are in one place: the Ritz and the starry sky. I haven't seen so many stars yet.
Well, sleeping 20 meters from Koba's cottage also gives you emotions.
There is a cafe nearby, but the attitude of the staff disappointed, they did not eat.
For the first time, in 19, he sold himself and did not go to the cottage. I've been to 23. The devastation will soon devour me. Hurry up to post it, because there is something to see there.
When visiting Lake Ritsa, it is necessary to visit Stalin's dacha. It is located on the opposite side. You can also take a ride on the lake on Stalin's boat. (Very atmospheric). I recommend going there.
Beautiful-there are no words. But it's a long way to go on a bad road, a lot of people's money was spent on the construction of a cottage that no one needed in the end... The show-offs are dictatorial.
It's sad there somehow! Once a visit and then, so-so
...We were on a guided tour, the entrance of 700 rubles does not justify itself, in my opinion.
The view of Lake Rizza is magnificent!
To get to the cottage, you must first pay 700 rubles (per person) to get to the park, and after 250 rubles (per person) to get to the cottage and yard itself...
A fabulous place. And the road here is very fascinating. The tour inside the house seemed very short and boring, you can probably diversify it with some historical, perhaps comical, situations. It is more suitable for adults, children and families with children do not have to go on an excursion.
One of Stalin's many dachas in Abkhazia, in my opinion, is beautiful itself, located on the lake, the Ritsa, opens up a view of it from the other side.
The devastation is complete. Do not support, do not follow. Slowly but surely turning into ruins. I do not advise you to go up there, it is better to stay on the shore and enjoy smoking in clean water.
For general development, of course, you can take a look, but you don't expect much beauty there, after all, this is not a palace. There is a guide, without him it would be completely boring, pink baths and toilets))) There seems to be a parking lot, but it's all packed.
The price is 200 rubles per adult.
The road there is not the best, it is narrow, it is difficult to drive away from oncoming traffic, but there are a lot of cars.
A historical location, I think it's worth a visit. The tour is not expensive, it is held often, every 30 minutes, without it you cannot get to the cottage itself. There is a nice cafe on the left with a view of the lake. Frel is cooked, soups are different.
