I reserved a room with queen size, called the same afternoon after arrive to be sure I will get what I reserved and guess what?? the front desk host told there are no more rooms and I have to take the twin size bed and put it together by myself…what a joke at 1:00 am… worst service ever. Also, the furniture looks ran down…

This hotel deserves to be Five Stars. The hotel staff are so nice and helpful and they speak English fluently
