I had a haircut at this salon. The master has Guzel. There are several points that, in my opinion, are very important:
1. The master did not use disposable neck wipes for clients. Today they are used all over the world, it is basic hygiene. I do not know how long ago the cape was washed or how many people were covered with it. Everyone takes care of themselves in different ways, and some have skin problems that can be picked up through contact. So I consider this a minus.
2. The master did not take into account the wishes for length, but considered that she herself knew better and instead of the agreed 5 cm, she cut it off at her discretion. In some places, about 10cm. The hair was damaged, but I immediately said that I'd better come again, but I didn't need to take off much, in the end she did what she saw fit anyway. I consider this a disadvantage. And more significant than anything else. The client's wishes should be taken into account first. If the master is convinced that it is simply necessary to cut off more, it was necessary to discuss this and try to convince, and not silently cut off the length. And to the question of why there are so many: to answer that I asked for it myself. What?! So my hair is thin, and now there's a rat's tail left over from the volume.
At first, I even thought that the haircut was decent, but after a while, I noticed at home that it was done terribly, everything was crooked, askew, and the quality of the work was disgusting. I paid 10,000, never set foot here again!
The salon admitted its guilt, and a refund was issued. But it won't bring me back the nerves I've spent and the hair I've lost. Now just have a super short haircut to fix this shame!
I think that while Master Guzel is working in this salon, you can not go there! This is a direct indication that the management does not draw conclusions and does not take any action. It's a pity that there have already been similar reviews to mine and I found out about it too late!
I hope my review will help someone avoid falling into this nightmare!
Today I visited the barbershop Crop with my sons, and our impression is just great! I'll start with Barber Suhrab, who is truly a master of his craft. He not only professionally and neatly cut our hair, but also found an approach to each of us. The sons are delighted with their new hairstyles. It turned out that Suhrab is not just a talented barber, but also a professional historian. He plans to continue his education in Turkey by enrolling in a master's degree in history. Such a unique barber, combining skill and intelligence, is a real find!
I also want to mention the administrator Aisana, who immediately created a pleasant and friendly atmosphere for us. Her warm welcome with a smile on her face makes a visit to Crop really comfortable. I asked for coffee, and although it was instant coffee, it was made with such care that it added comfort to our visit.
Among the minor disadvantages, I would like to see a coffee machine in the barbershop so that coffee becomes part of the service, and not only on request. It would be a great touch to the already wonderful service they provide.
In general, the barbershop Crop is a place where you want to return, because I also visit the barber Gulden from Crop on Almaty Street. They don't just do haircuts here, they give you a great mood, attention to detail and interesting conversations, and massage is always a bonus. I recommend it to everyone!
I go here for a manicure to a top master. It does well! I also went for a haircut, they also had a great haircut. My husband always goes to the top barber, he likes it.
