We recently stayed at the hotel and were absolutely delighted! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern design and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the location of the hotel turned out to be very convenient for our purposes.
During the stay, my wife had a birthday, was handed a bottle of wine and dessert. A very nice bonus.
We also celebrated in the restaurant located in the hotel itself, serving and dishes at the highest level.

The room is clean, good bed linen. at breakfast, the service is like in a threesome, no one will offer coffee tea, where they make scrambled eggs and fried eggs at first glance it is not clear what to look for. in the evening, the hotel restaurant has a very long service, you have to beg to take an order. The cuisine is standard for the hotel, there are no local dishes, and those that are called as local recipes are distorted. Unfortunately, the pool and gym could not be evaluated.

On the plus side: the hotel is located between the airport and the north station. The center is relatively close. The rooms are clean, the furniture is of high quality. The breakfasts are delicious and more or less varied. The staff is helpful.
Minuses:
We booked a room for 3 people, which was specifically indicated. Upon check-in, all the accessories (bathrobes, slippers, hygiene, dishes) were for 2 people. Only after the reminder did the staff bring the missing items.
There are as many as 2 refrigerators in the family room, but there are no shelves for clothes at all. A tiny closet and a small drawer.
There is only 1 towel hook in the bathroom.
After several days of staying at another breakfast, a hotel employee suddenly announced that we had paid for breakfast for only 2 people - go and figure it out. It was only after communicating with the senior in the shift that the misunderstanding was resolved. No apologies.
There are too many such overlaps for this class of hotel and the cost of living. We do not plan to stay in this network anymore

Not a bad place, clean, cozy,quiet, a lot of foreigners, the staff is normal, but there are some flaws.The place is not bad, but somehow there is a roadway nearby, where there is a lot of fuss and cars.

Our family loves this particular hotel chain very much and Tashkent did not disappoint)) The beautiful Malika became the face of the hotel in Tashkent for us!! A wonderful girl, very responsive, hospitable, tactful!! It was Malika who professionally and quickly helped us solve the issues that arose!! We understand that the hotel has a large number of guests, but Malika has done everything to make us feel that we are the most expensive guests!! Thank her very much!! We hope that the management will find an opportunity to celebrate such a valuable employee!!
The rooms are very comfortable, there is everything you need!! Bottles of water are brought constantly, which was very useful (it was +30 in Tashkent)). The rooms are very clean. The rooms are very quiet, which is important for us.
All the hotel staff- the guys from the reception, the maids, the restaurant and bar staff- are beyond praise!!

The hotel is conveniently located on the way to the airport. The room is fresh and clean, everything works. The reception tries to work according to the checklist, asking memorized questions and not hearing the answers or simply ignoring the guests. When checking out late in the evening, the receptionist did not react at all (the room had already been paid for). The service can enter the rooms when you are not there and you were not expecting them. The conference room for events was rented once with coffee breaks. There was a good organization of the hall and coffee breaks, lunch at the hotel restaurant.

A very cool hotel.
Everything went fine from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spacious, the furniture and plumbing are in excellent condition. Cleaning, changing towels daily. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast dishes and the a la carte menu are very tasty.

A great new hotel. Nice bed. Large comfortable shower. The mini bar is empty. But there is a mini store and a bar on the ground floor. Water is supplied to the room with a reserve. The breakfast is European. At lunch and in the evening, you can try national dishes. Lamb pilaf different soups. I liked. It will be cheaper in restaurants in the city. But here you decide for yourself. There is no park or shopping centers near the minus hotel. But a taxi arrives quickly and is not expensive.

TLDR: Hotel for 5, service for 1
Positive:
- Great rooms. Comfortable, clean. Everything is new
- Excellent SPA area, towels and bathrobes are as new, everything is clean, open from 6 to 23
- Excellent restaurant, everything is good both in terms of food and service
- The room has a Nespresso coffee machine with 2 capsules, one of which is caffeine-free.
- Checked in 2 hours earlier without additional payment
Minuses:
- The main disadvantage that negates all the advantages is the staff (details below)
- They tried to include double tax in the final bill (details below)
- The price is unreasonably high
- There was no extra bed, as indicated in the request. But after checking in, they brought
- There were no toothbrushes
- The outskirts, there is almost nothing around
- Empty minibar
Everything started well. The reception staff is polite, checked in quickly and 2 hours earlier, without additional charges. But there was no extra bed, as indicated in the booking requests. Nevertheless, after the call to the reception, everything was quickly done. The room is great. We found out that the hotel has a SPA, but we didn't have swimsuits with us. Fortunately, there is a mini-shop, purchases are paid for in the lobby bar. But the bartender immediately disappointed, saying with displeasure that it was impossible to try on. Surprised, I asked at the reception about it. They said that no problem, try it on in the room. OK, we've chosen, we're going to the room. A guard came up and rudely said that fitting was prohibited. I had to drag him to the reception, he did not take his word for it. When he heard that he was wrong, he did not apologize, but only frowned and left. After fitting, we went to pay for the selected one. The bartender fumbled with something in the bar for 8 minutes with a dissatisfied look. Then he took a bath and went somewhere else for a couple of minutes. That was the end of the unpleasant moments and we enjoyed our vacation. But another disappointment awaited during the departure. In the morning, a guy worked at the reception, who ignored the greeting and only looked at it casually. I don't remember the name, according to the signs, black curly hair. The check turned out to be 20 percent higher. Initially, when booking Superior Balcony rooms through the hotel's website, the room price was stated at $124. Towards the end of the booking, the system added $28 "Estimated Government Taxes & Fees". Upon check-in, I also found out that breakfast is not included and will cost an additional $30. And the next morning I found an additional $32 in taxes in the check. I had to prove for 15 minutes that the tax was already included in $152. As a result, the check was redone, but the mood was spoiled. And of course, I didn't get any apologies. Total, $182 per night. For such a price in Tashkent, you expect top-class service. And in fact, the service is much worse than at the $60/night hotel in the city center where I stayed earlier. Stayed for 1 night from 06/04-23.

Great hotel. The staff is excellent, the service is not intrusive, they are always ready to help with any question.
The breakfast buffet is quite varied.
There is a 24-hour lobby bar. If you check out early, you will be offered to pack breakfast with you.
There is a swimming pool and sauna, as well as a fitness center.
The room is spacious and clean. There is a comfortable workplace. The room has central air conditioning, but the parameters can be adjusted independently.

A wonderful hotel with all amenities, the staff is well trained, they work clearly! Russian, English, and Uzbek are spoken fluently by almost every employee. The cleanliness in the rooms is crystal clear - special thanks to the cleaners! There are a LOT of outlets in the room!!! Finally, there was enough for all devices without tees :-)) Everything in the room is fresh, the plumbing is new, the restaurant at the hotel is wonderful with a varied menu! The breakfast buffet is a fairy tale!
It is better to take rooms with breakfast, because next to the hotel there are taverns within walking distance .... well, so-so, they do not shine.

Good afternoon! I lived in this hotel for a week! I liked everything! As in the entire network, the number was upgraded.
They cleaned cleanly, without complaints.
The hotel staff is very polite!
The hotel has a large swimming pool and sauna, which is very convenient.
There is also a lounge on the 8th floor. Where there is also a very pleasant atmosphere and wonderful staff!
The breakfasts were delicious, but it was the same every day.
This is an unpleasant moment, but not critical.
The restaurant downstairs is very cool, it's delicious!
There was also one unpleasant moment when outsiders, not hotel visitors, were found in the pool. 2 young men with bags. They behaved defiantly, did not respond to comments.
Please keep an eye on who the staff lets in, exceeding their authority!
