apparently, the masters do not know how to dye difficult hair (which they were warned about) from the word at all. But to demand money for poorly done work - here the master and the administrator are the first.
The complaint book was refused to be issued until the service was paid for! Which is a direct violation of the law!!! They also refused to contact their director, saying that the director does not care, she will tell you to pay for the service. They started threatening to call the police if this work was not paid for.
At my request to remove the ginger, the "master" made red roots for me!! At the same time, she does not deny that she intentionally dyed it red, tk quote: and how to remove Gray Hair?that's the only way (for some reason, other salons had no problems removing Gray Hair not red)
At the exit, I turned out to be red/brown striped. The master started blaming me, quote: you had a complicated coloring before, do you want me to paint over every strand for you?? Although when I signed up for this salon, I described in full the history of coloring the latter, sent a photo of the hair in different lighting and different angles.and the photo that I want. The answer was positive-yes, you can remove the red hair and give colder shades

A wonderful salon!! I've been wearing black paint for many years and I no longer hoped that someone would be able to help me get my natural color back, but THEY SUCCEEDED!!! Although in other salons, everyone did not give comforting forecasts (in one of them, I was even refused ((). And here it's just a miracle!! The hair was not damaged, on the contrary, after the matte black color, they acquired a beautiful shine! Master Vera is just a sorceress, I am very glad that I trusted her, she is a real master of her craft! I previously gave full, detailed information about the procedure, did a strand test, gave all recommendations for care, dispelled all fears for my precious long hair, just super!!! In 5 hours, she managed to completely change me, as if I had lost 10 years. In general, the salon is very cozy: everything is beautifully decorated, everyone is very polite and kind, the atmosphere is calm and friendly)))The receptionist is a very nice woman, makes wonderful coffee. I definitely recommend this salon and will come back here again))))

She was painted twice in February and November 2023. I was completely satisfied!)) The color was well chosen, it suited me). The first time was painted by master Maria, I also signed up for her next time and of course I will come again))
The first time I was pregnant, I was warned about possible deviations in tone and offered to do tinting instead of coloring, but I insisted on coloring, the color turned out great) The second time I asked to add red so that it would last longer than the last time. Of course, it immediately turned out to be such a red - red) but I really liked it, for 2.5 months there were still notes of red, the color was not washed and this is a big plus)
I definitely recommend it

I did complex coloring here, on my thin and damaged hair with previous lightenings. After the test strand, I was given a gentle possible lightening, the hair quality only got better, good cosmetics are immediately visible. I definitely recommend the salon to visit.

So evaluate this coloring yourself. The photo is taken 4 weeks after the visit to you. If the administration has any questions, I can personally send a photo of the hair the next day, the same thing is there, only without overgrown roots. I went out late in the evening, Master Vera assured me that the coloring was excellent. I woke up in the morning, looked in the mirror under the sun and was just horrified. How can it be done so badly? There is a rainbow on her hair. I didn't write personally, because I don't see the point in proving anything to anyone. I gave 400 rubles to the trash. Now it costs many times more to fix it. The studio positions itself as the best place to get out of the black. They also play in advertising without my consent. No, wow, I didn't say that!!! I do not advise against the word at all! I also waited for the master's hour, because she was finishing work with another person.
