The disappointment is complete - like an apple on the outside is beautiful, bright, juicy, and when you take a bite, it turns out to be rotten inside.
In order, there is no 5* service, and even more so, they have not heard of it - they do not disdain to make torn, stained bed linen on the bed, put washed greyish-dirty towels with stains in the bathroom. The same towels are given to the beach, not spacious, with spots. The robes are a complete mess, a rag that is only for disposal. The cleaners at the hotel are constantly scurrying, rattling, placing their wheelchairs all over the corridor, using shared elevators.
The food is not delicious for breakfast and lunch, for dinner it is more or less tolerable, but there are no normal desserts, only whipped cream with cookies in different variations.
And the cherry on the cake is the constant noise in the hotel because of the weddings that take place every day (this is not a metaphor), crowds of joyfully shouting people gather who are on a different wave, not a beach vibe at all. Yes, there is still a night bar, from which you can also hear music decently until 2-3 nights.
We contacted the Delta Wings tour operator with a request to change the hotel, but they replied that all the hotels were occupied, it was impossible. The tour operator called the hotel, asked to pay attention to the quality of cleaning, but nothing has changed.
I do not recommend this hotel for a beach holiday.
I think it's more suitable for a 2-day wedding, to visit once and never come back.

The tour was organized by the tour operator Biblioglobus and from the first minute we arrived in Cyprus, I felt the care and very professional support of my vacation! Right in front of the hotel there is a wonderful sandy beach with clear water and lots of fish. There are long paths along the sea for walking and running. Around the hotel there are free sun beds under palm trees very close to the sea. There are outdoor and indoor pools and saunas. Not far from the hotel there is a picturesque street with many shops and cafes. There are several supermarkets nearby. You can take a regular bus for 1.5 euros to Ayanapa or Cape Elgreko. The hotel staff is very friendly, many speak Russian. There are many vacationers from Germany. On two floors of the hotel there are cozy lobbies with live music in the evenings. Very tasty and varied food and desserts. We had a rest at the end of October. The water and air temperatures were 25 and 26 degrees. It's very comfortable, although it was a little stormy for a couple of days out of 10. There are some comments on the equipment of the hotel, but this did not spoil our good impression at all.

I went with my family for the New Year 2020 on an all-inclusive basis. I gave 3 stars only for NG. Everything tripled in the hotel, except NG himself. He was simply not marked in any way, despite the fact that there seemed to be a program at the reception. What I want to say is that there was no Gala dinner, as some vacationers called it. There was an ordinary dinner at the usual time. in front of him, they made a small buffet with Champagne, which was not available either at dinner or on New Year's Eve itself. The hotel management assumed that we should buy champagne, the rest of the drinks remained freely available. The most interesting thing is that when the upset people, and he was upset because the vacationers dressed up as for a holiday, both young and old, everyone was waiting for the holiday, began to disperse, then at about one o'clock in the morning champagne was rolled out again. And, the funniest thing is, on January 1, it was also for breakfast, you'll laugh. We were also forbidden to drink our champagne in the lobby. Plus, there were vacationers who have been visiting the hotel for years saying that every year it gets worse at the hotel (I have nothing to compare it with, I was in Cyprus for the first time and I liked everything except NG). Those who go to this all-inclusive hotel said that previously they put water in the refrigerator in the room, this year they did not put anything in it. The water didn't bother me, because there is a store nearby, you can buy a bottle and everything was perfectly poured at the bar. By the way, I managed to swim in the sea five times, I was lucky with the weather, there were rains and a mini-hurricane, but out of 8 days, the sun was shining for 5 days and the temperature reached 17-19 degrees. The Internet in the lobby is free, 24 euros per week in the rooms, the Internet quality is excellent. The staff is friendly, you can talk to almost everyone in Russian, there are specifically Russian-speaking staff at the reception. There is a promenade with many shops and cafes within walking distance.
Excellent location, renovated hotel with cozy rooms, excellent food, animation for children in the evenings, animation for adults in the afternoon, aqua aerobics and entertainment program, two adults and one 3-year-old child went with a family, everything was great, we will definitely come back again.

The food is monotonous on the third day it is no longer possible to eat, especially breakfast, nothing has changed for 10 days and the choice is very small. The rooms are good, the area is boring, there is no greenery. But the staff, especially at the reception, is frankly bad for Russians. In general, an employee of Lithuanian origin told us in English (she was sure that we would not understand) "This hotel is for tourists from the European Union, not for you.".. We thought about writing a complaint, and then decided not to spoil our vacation. Moreover, their senior manager Maria begged them not to pay attention. But still, if you are going to rest at this hotel, keep in mind that you will not be welcome there for sure.

In the rooms (219), the toilet seat does not match the size of the toilet itself. The room was poorly cleaned, although I left money every day. The toilet has stagnated 4 times in two weeks, although no paper was thrown into it. Well, and so on, there will be a lot of minor flaws in which the hotel does not match the declared stars.

A luxury hotel, we rested in a nearby hotel, walked in the evenings and admired Konstantinos. Located in the heart of Sunrise Beach, next to Fig Tree Bay
The hotel is above average, but it does not reach five stars. The beach is sandy, there are a lot of locals at the sea on weekends, there is little space. There are many shops near the hotel, which is a big plus
It doesn't really pull for 5 stars, the cleaning is terrible, all the hair and sand were smeared on the room, the chairs at breakfast are all stained, the variety in food is minimal, BUT the porridge at breakfast is the most delicious :)
