You need to be prepared that the panoramic windows of the room are viewed from the street, the room itself is very quiet, so the noise insulation gets a high rating from me. It is possible to leave the room directly to the outdoor, through the door.

A very unusual hotel for Armenia - stylish, thoughtful, modern.
Although it is in the middle of the mountains, far from civilization, it is very conveniently located between the airports of Yerevan, Tbilisi and Gyumri.
All rooms have floor-to-ceiling walls and every morning you wake up and do not believe that the picture outside the window is real: mountains, forests, cows and horses walk back and forth in the distance. Very comfortable beds and pillows!
Delicious simple cuisine, good Internet, lots of spaces for work, meetings, screenings - if you need a place for a business event, then this is probably the best option in Armenia. The staff is very friendly, always trying to help.
There is not much entertainment around, but if you need to work in a calm environment (we held an event for a week and it was perfect, very convenient and there was not much to distract yourself) or just disconnect from everything, climbing the mountains, walking in the mountains, reading a book in silence, sitting around a campfire at night - then a few days too That's great.

A wonderful hotel in the Lori region. Modern and minimalistic interior, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hearty breakfasts, delicious food in the restaurant, magnificent views of the mountains. The only thing I personally missed was some kind of spa or sauna) in winter it would be very useful!

The most modern and best hotel in the region. A modern unique hotel concept. The place is a little further from the highway, quiet, lots of greenery and gorgeous views. Good Wi-Fi, a normal breakfast and local cuisine. Overall a good place of American quality. It's civilized. You can charge an electric car at the tourist center. He can take tours such as rafting or banking, equipment for rent. There are interesting places nearby, such as the Tumanyan House Museum, old churches. A good place to do a reboot.

The room has a table with sockets next to it, a refrigerator with a mini-bar, a kettle, mugs and glasses, absolutely everything for hygiene (except toothpaste), bathrobes, towels.
Excellent bed linen! Mattress, pillows, blankets - everything is on top.
You can take a free tour of the smart center. Be sure to take it, it's very interesting!

We stopped at the beginning of March 2023 and construction was going on under the windows, so the panoramic view of the mountains was spoiled. They say it should be over by summer
In our room, there was a curtain between the toilet and the bathroom, not a door! Moreover, the entrance to the toilet / shower is from the side of the headboard. So the smells and sounds come immediately *in the process*.
The sound insulation is disgusting. In a room with a closed (!) Through the door, you can hear people eating and talking in the hall. And when a plug is plugged into an outlet in the next room, it feels like it's being done to your head.

I read the reviews and was surprised by people's dissatisfaction with the fact that something confused them in the interior. You did not book with your eyes closed, the fact that concrete and glass are visible everywhere in the photo. Similarly, to come to Antarctica and be surprised by the cold.
In fact: the concrete rooms are very warm, the floor is warm everywhere, there is no wind from the windows, although we were at a time when the wind was outside and -4. The repair is there, we were not confused, we did not hear any noise. The excavator spoils the views from the window, but not critically, because you need to come here to relax, and you can admire the beauty not only from the window. Each room has an exit to the street.
Of the minuses, there are problems with taxis, but the staff helps, and by the way, and surprisingly, taxi prices from the staff are citywide.
I also did not like the presence of an incredible fireplace, but which was not set on fire! When not to burn it in winter and in the cold. And, it would be possible to add candles to the interior.

In pictures and live it seems cool until you check in. They immediately warned about the construction site - the view from the window is spoiled, but this is tolerable. You live like in a bunker, the walls are concrete, bare and reflecting sound like a drum. "Lucky" with the neighbors, yes, moms with children 2-5 years old, ran and screamed until 23.00, sobbed from 2.00 and did not calm down. We didn't get enough sleep from the word "completely".

I was driving for silence, but I literally arrived at a construction site, they were hammering outside the window all day. There is no sound insulation in the hotel. That's a big minus. The nature around is beautiful, I do not argue. But this is not enough for a good rest.
