Dear administrators of this coffee shop, I ask you to pay your attention to this, as it is not right to refuse a customer 10 minutes before closing. The coffee takes 3 minutes to cook, there was no queue.
I was disappointed, because there was enough time to prepare the order. I wonder how often this happens, and do you have a policy that allows this?
I expect that this will be taken into account in the future to avoid similar situations.

Polite staff. There is a place to sit. There is a subway nearby. Coffee, although not 100% Arabica, is inexpensive for that. I would also like to have ordinary porcelain cups for those who drink coffee on the spot - it is both more pleasant than drinking from disposable cups and more environmentally friendly, and you do not need to spend money on them in a cafe.

To begin with, the work schedule on the door does not correspond to reality, today (Saturday, February 18) according to the schedule, the coffee shop is open from 9 a.m., I went in at 9:13, I was told that the coffee shop was closed for another 10 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened! If the coffee shop opens later, then CHANGE the work schedule at the door!
When I returned 10 minutes later, I was informed that the terminal was not working only when I stood in line and went to the service point! It seems to me that such things should be announced by an announcement on the door or at the service point (also posted by an announcement) so that people are immediately ready for this!
Since I visited this place often, the coffee often does not correspond to the norm, the prepared coffee was weighed, it is much less than the declared volume! And a long time ago, it often feels like it's too hot, it's very bitter! + it's also cold!

Delicious coffee, many items on the menu, but every time the donuts can be compared to a stone in hardness. I took a strawberry one about a month ago — I couldn't finish it, I just threw it away after taking a couple of bites. Even coffee couldn't save this snack.
I decided to try it again today, and nothing has changed. The chocolate donut is just as dry and sad as before. The barista said it turned up on the counter this morning.
