If I could have known the truth before I arrived, I would definitely have changed the hotel, that's 100%. I was in a 3* Turkish and this hotel is worse. You shouldn't even stutter about 5*. Ah! Yes!))) all 5 stars were smeared in front of us with the Turkish inspectors checking the star rating of the hotel)) so read the negative reviews, they are true! there are a lot of complaints, but the staff does not respond to them at all, they don't care.

If in order, first after a night flight and arrival at 3 am, you will be invited promising check-in at 8 am, then an hour later, and then they will say check-in after 14:00, there are no rooms and this is when the hotel is loaded by 20%. And lo and behold, you can buy a family room and immediately find a place, especially since you will most likely agree after spending the night at the reception with a child on terribly uncomfortable chairs! The picture is daily. Throughout the rest you will observe these unfortunate people for whom there are no standard rooms available. Although the hotel is not full. The new building was almost completely free. Only a couple of rooms are occupied.
Food! There's nothing to eat! Well, unless you just love peppered food, chicken in the form of a grilled soup set! I probably haven't even seen this in threes. It's just the bottom. With children, the food is pasta and rice. That's it. French fries are not always available. It is impossible to eat so-called nuggets. If you don't like spicy food and sour soup, you'll be hungry. And it's daily, don't expect variety. The closer it gets to June and apparently the season, the worse it gets every day. They cook like for pigs, there's no other way to say it, and they do it with obvious disgust. Once a week, they still sting and cook red fish. These are all delights. Any wine is tasteless. Beer is normal.
The cleaning is nominal, fix the bed well and sweep it a little, no toilet paper, shampoo or water will be put on you, I'm silent about the rest 🙈 in 10 days they never changed the bed. The beds are falling through and the smell of urine is present on both the blankets and the mattress. The blankets have never been washed at all. In general, I rate the hotel at 4 stars, not 5. But – the impressions are good, so I will not lower the rating.
The cost of my trip was 58,000 rubles.
70% of the hotel's guests are Poles. A few Germans, Czechs. This time the Chinese also came (towards the end of my vacation). Everyone is friendly.
All the staff is polite.
We settled in without any problems right away – I arrived at 11.30 pm somewhere in time.
The temperature was up to 27-28 degrees in the afternoon. Comfortable. It gets very cold in the evening, so if you go for a walk in the evening, it's better to have a blouse in stock.
All programs/discos at the hotel run until 11 pm.
Pros:
1. Excellent entry into the sea – sand, you can feel the bottom with your feet for a long time.
2. Delicious and fresh food – lots of greens, poultry meat (chicken, turkey mostly) and fish (red and mackerel – everything is fried in a vat of boiling oil without spices – it turns out delicious). There are always huge queues for red fish, as well as for ice cream.
3. Clean room. Cleaning every 3 days, water is added to the room every day. The staff made me swans on the bed and bows every time.
4. All deck chairs with mattresses – it will not be uncomfortable. Towels are issued/handed over by card.
Cons for me:
1. Only oranges and apples are from fruits (by the way, they are delicious). There is no variety.
2. Disgusting Wi-Fi at the reception – catches / does not catch. It is better to buy a SIM card right away and choose the right tariff.
3. Coffee on the buffet is tasteless and unreal. Black is even more or less. Turkish coffee is not brewed in the lobby bar. Although they did it in another 4* hotel. And I was delighted with him. Juices in vending machines – chemistry. Sausages / sausages are for an amateur, I don't feel the taste of meat in them.
4. There was no safe in the room - you can buy it at the reception for rent for $ 2 per day. I didn't take it, no one stole anything.
A minus for someone:
1. It takes 9 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach at an average pace – I spotted it. It wasn't a problem for me personally. After the buffet, you need to walk around ...))) And so, every 5-7 minutes from the hotel there is a minibus to the beach. I drove once to understand the way – after that I walked.

On the second day of your stay, a meeting with a guide is standard. This one will take about 40 minutes of your time, he may be 10-15 minutes late. The meeting is considered mandatory. He will not give tours, only if desired at the end. He will tell you the general rules of the hotel. He will take your voucher and e-ticket (printout). This is necessary so that the information about your departure (date/time) appears on the bulletin board the day before your departure. Then it will be returned to you, you will need to find it at the reception. It used to be just a magazine, now the information is served in this way.
The territory of the hotel is small, I walked a lot on the beach. You can play volleyball – this is the whole animation on the beach. Other entertainment is paid on the beach) There is animation in the hotel - but I haven't been there during the day, so it's hard to say anything.
If you get up at 7-8 in the morning, go to the left side of the beach to the stone wall and climb up to the bridge – there you will see huge turtles that you can feed with boiled egg.

We traveled with a young man from July 27, 2023 for 14 days. Let's go by the fortune of 5 stars, we got into this hell. I know that you don't have to expect much from fortune, but that would be so much! I used to go to Turkey too, according to fortune, everything was always good.
Side Coast is not 5 stars, rather a stretched 3. There is no air conditioning in the lobby, Wi-Fi is only there and near the pool bar, it works sooo poorly. It's not in the rooms! Upon arrival, they gave you the keys and sent you to the room, no one will offer to help you carry your suitcases (although even in 4-star hotels they see you off). To say that we were shocked when we saw the room is to say nothing. God help him that the walls were crumbling, the sink was dirty and it was difficult to wipe the dust at least in front of new guests, so there were two glasses with a dirty bottom from cola that could be washed. An ice machine broke down at the bar almost every day, I'll probably never forget the taste of warm gin and tonic!))) he went alone to the beach every half hour, there was no point in waiting for him, because by the time he arrived, so many people were gathering that you just couldn't fit there! The driver smokes more than he works, although I think the shuttle went to the next hotel every 3 minutes)) you can read about the dining room in other bad reviews, everything is true, and in general I subscribe to every bad review!
