We rested from 05/17/2023 to 05/28/2023! The first building is terrible. The second one is pulled by 4. Food 4, cleaning 4-, overall 4-!!! The receptionist girl and the Turkish receptionist solved my question and moved us to the second one. Thank them very much.

The hotel is a dumpster. The rooms are broken and blurred. You can forget about bathrobes and slippers, if you are used to walking barefoot, then your feet will always be dirty.
The air conditioners are all dead and not working. The bed linen is dirty, the floors are dirty... everything is dirty and musty. If you do not see mold, then it is simply covered with a white sealant.
I've watched more than one issue, the same problems everywhere.
There is garbage on the beach, deckchairs and mattresses are dead.
In bars and cafes, all the dishes are chipped. And scratches.
The children's animation was never found. It was permanently closed.
WiFi gives a speed of 32 kilobits, forget about calls, just send messages and then wait a long time for it to go. Catches in several places in the hotel.
The al kara restaurant is closed.
The indoor pool is closed.
Do not buy on the floor with shops, prices are too high. Go outside through the main entrance and turn left to the intersection at the supermarket Migros prices are 3-4 times lower.

I had to visit this hotel since May 23, 2022. The hotel is far from 5*.let's go, although we read the reviews. We thought that something should change. No!!! Everything is as before. They put us in a two-bed room (Papa Carlo's room) and even more. We lived with ants. although the season had just begun, the bed and everything else did not change, it turns out that we should throw it on the floor. Related consumables must be begged. As for nutrition. Breakfast consisted of a boiled egg, an amlet, an egg with a tomato (you can crow). There was nothing except chicken, turkey, and fish. Alcohol grade 3.4. You can't drink at all, otherwise you can throw a couple of days out of retirement. There is a skinny Aisha in the bar who will pour you some nasty stuff so that they don't come up anymore. I would like to ask the higher authorities a question. where are they looking. Negative feedback from year to year. The territory is very small and I don't think we had a cheap vacation. 103,000 for two people in 10 days. Even the sea and the sandy shore were not a joy.

We stayed at the hotel in October 2021 from 17 to 27.I'll start with the advantages-this is the sea and the beach, clean sand for five kilometers and at the same time a transparent blue sea.It is very convenient that you can have lunch at the sea without returning to the hotel.There is a dolmusha walking from the hotel and the beach, but we hardly used transport, we walked, it was beautiful, ten minutes in time, it didn't bother at all, but my husband and I are far from young people.Yes, and when they write that it's hard to walk two flights of stairs to the bar, it surprises me.Our room was on the ground floor, standard, refrigerator was frozen, hair dryer was working, air conditioning too.Respect for the maid.I changed towels without any requirement, 2 bottles of water were new every day, I changed the bed, shampoo, soap, paper-everything was added.Well, the food.Here I was surprised by the absence of three products that I love in Turkey and that were in all 4* hotels -Turkish bread (there were only rolls here), Turkish tea from a teapot, but not from bags, Turkish tangerines, bananas and pomegranates.However, there was an unlimited amount of ice cream.They wrote correctly, the food was well not for five, with a stretch of four stars, you will not stay hungry, but I would like to, even from the same products, but a little more diverse.But in general, I liked the rest at this hotel, the sea and the beach turned all the cons into pros

Hello friends! We were a family of 2 adults and a child of 9 years old. We had a rest in the middle of June 2022. Let's start from the beginning - The Reception stuffy air conditioner does not work anywhere, we got to check in with a Turkish indifferent guy who settled us on the third floor, where the air conditioner did not cool , but just blew a warm breeze. View from the street to the road where all the cars were driving loudly ! We were tired , sweating from the road and the reception wanted to relax , but alas , the torment continues ....sweat is pouring in a room where the air conditioner does not work.... I immediately went to the reception and explained the problem...where the Turkish guy told me ... I'M GOING TO GO UP AND CHECK IT OUT NOW AND YOU'LL BE IN TROUBLE!!! HE SAID IF YOUR AIR CONDITIONER IS ON AND IT WORKS SOMEHOW, THEN THERE IS NO PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!! I asked the administrator, he said I'm in charge here and no one will move you. Then all hands dropped and so did the mood. We changed our clothes and went to the pool and the sea. Here we have a complete break with our Russian friends! It turned out that there is some Murat, not a Turk, who is always at the reception and solves all problems. In the evening he appeared . We asked to be moved to a quieter room with normal air conditioning, but we had to spend the night. In the morning we were given a standard room with a 2-storey bed, our child was sleeping upstairs , the air conditioner worked well. Germans are settling in the new hotel . Now that we can relax and enjoy our vacation, we went to look at the territory. We liked the heart pool near the bar, there are 2 slides , there is also a pool nearby with 2 slides near the snack bar. Breakfast is standard - scrambled eggs , omelets , cheeses , sausages , greens , chocolate with pancakes on the street , etc. but there's always a queue. In the heart of the pool, animations take place every day , music , dancing , water polo, and they call for shooting from the pnev. weapons, etc. There is silence in the other bass . Certificates are awarded for the victory , in the evening after the children 's animation . Lunch - Turkish chicken , turkey, 2 types of fish mackerel and more bony. There is a lot of food . The cakes are very tasty. Watermelon , apples , oranges . The coffee is delicious.A lot of alcoholic drinks , cocktails , dry red and white wine is good ! There is always hot chocolate and many other drinks for children. Snack bar - burgers, French fries, etc. Between lunch and dinner , they make delicious donuts and the woman bakes tortillas near the playground with cottage cheese , cheese , herbs , ham - very tasty . You can always have a snack! On the third day, the hotel was decently crowded!!! There's a queue for food everywhere!!! Dinner is a delicious turkey fried outside , and it 's almost the same as lunch . At 8 p.m., the queue for ice cream is huge!!! The hotel is full! There are queues everywhere!!! My daughter liked the animations from 8 p.m. , but they were very short . The presenter is not very pleasant , slippery . Russians are immediately sued ...certificates are given to Poles and Germans ...our guys perform great in the evening , but they are given the usual certificates for participation . The sea is a pleasant walk in the evening . There is a bus every 5 minutes to the sea. There is a cafe next to the sea - the view is gorgeous . There 's beer , gozyava , lunch food and a woman bakes tortillas . The beach is sandy and beautiful , but there are pitfalls that I hit my feet on a couple of times... It 's not pleasant . By the way, there are cats in the cafe by the sea who can walk around the tables without shame after lunch . In general, a normal vacation , if not for the Turkish guys at the reception , who don 't care about you with children or you are elderly people tired from the road . There is a guy Murat , but they all say that they are Murats. There is no Internet near the reception , it is stuffy . You can upload several photos and that's it. There is a shop nearby with inexpensive goodies. We went to the old Side for $ 1 per person . by local bus . It 's better to go in the evening , it 's not so hot ! The territory of the hotel is not large , but there is a place to walk. There are many other hotels and territories nearby. Beware of huge dogs in the evening... By the sea , if you walk from the cafe and turn left, there is a large area - an alley and you can walk around observing other hotels . It's great there! Alleys of olive gardens! The hotel has 5 stars, but it is a solid 4. We were at 4, I liked it better in the budget 5 side coast. There are many families with children . Among the significant disadvantages, the air conditioners in the lobby and in the restaurant do not work, it is hot, stuffy, and it is difficult to stay there for more than 10 minutes. The hotel is sold in CORAL as a 5* ULTRA all inclusive, in fact it is an ordinary old three. There are signs in the rooms, they proudly say that it is 4*.
The hotel has not been renovated since its construction, and it was built about 20 years ago. In the old buildings you can find LAMP ones!!! televisions. In the new cases, 15-inch LED TVs hang - but without a USB port, so children will not be able to turn on cartoons from a flash drive or HDD.
Slippers and bathrobes are not given out, there are none. The rooms are not cleaned at all. The linen is not changed. If you want your towels to be changed, you need to throw them on the floor.
There is an old carpet in the rooms, which is always dirty - the cleaners do not use a vacuum cleaner, but try to sweep it with a broom. There is no point in talking about dust - it is everywhere.
The air conditioners do not work in the body - in the lobby, in the restaurant, on the floors, apparently they save money. The lights in the hotel are not turned on either - it's very funny to shine your phone at your feet on the stairs.
The beach is about 800 meters uphill. Going down to the sand by a steep staircase, who is traveling with children, is extremely inconvenient. The beach is dirty, there are cigarette butts and garbage all around, it is not cleaned at all.
The food is monotonous, there are queues everywhere for it. Of fruits, only apples, chopped watermelons and oranges with lemons.
because in the restaurant, as in the whole hotel, air conditioners do not work, you have to sweat - you can try to have dinner in the sauna, it's about the same.
The dishes are all chipped, there are not enough tables. The gym is dead, there is an air conditioner inside, but it doesn't work either.
If you are accommodated in a new building and the Windows will overlook the neighboring hotel - the music there screams until 23.30 - those with children will appreciate it. Upon check-in, they gave an economy room, I had to swear for half a day to be settled in a paid 3-seater standard.
The photos on the tour operator's websites do not correspond to what is in reality. In reality, this is a 90s hotel without renovation and with mold, where nothing works and everything is broken.

Hello, My daughter is currently (September 12, 2022) vacationing at this hotel.She left her phone in the reception hall. When I returned, the phone was gone. I turned to the staff , they don't want to help, they don't want to see the cameras. Why is this attitude?The conclusion is that they took him away themselves, he couldn't have disappeared on his own. I would like the hotel administration to help sort out this situation.We would like to get our phone back. It is blocked anyway and they will not be able to use it. After all, my daughter left her phone at the hotel, but nowhere else on the street.

We have been to Turkey in the top five many times. And I won't argue, this is a modest hotel. But the impressions are only good. The staff is friendly, the attitude is excellent, the room is without complaints,
the food is not going to be hungry. Drinks- we drank wine and beer- you can drink. The beach is wonderful. The sea, well, there are no words. For this price, we will come next summer. We left happy.

This is a hotel that does not have the right to wear 5+ stars, at least 3 with a minus. The staff practically does not know the Russian language, and in the bar on the reception there is a skinny bartender girl Aisha, who will openly mock you, make faces at you, pretend that you are a completely empty place, BUT you will also "lick" the Germans, that's how the German litter works there, which, if you Russian, you will not have anything, in general, no lemon, no ice and vodka, it will raid you from under the floor if you are distracted
Further, the kitchen is disgusting, there is nothing to eat, from the menu there is only chicken, dry fish and greens with cucumbers and tomatoes, apples are red and green from fruits, desserts are of course in abundance, meat i.e. beef, veal, lamb and a sea of products are not at all
There are disgusting mattresses on the beach, cracked, dirty and there is nothing in the bar except local beer
Prices are all in euros, although when the euro began to fall, they were rushing between the dollar and the euro
There is no WiFi in the room, and on the territory of the hotel, too, only at the reception, where everyone gathers and the wifi pulls with difficulty👎

The cleanliness of the hotel is three-fold.

There is volleyball on the beach, table tennis at the hotel, a basketball and football field (there is a basketball ball, for lawn tennis you need to have your own rackets and a ball)
There is animation, the children liked it
We walked to the beach, although there is a shuttle service

We had a rest from August 23 - 31 in a two-room room in a new building.The rest turned out to be great! The sea is warm and clear, 10 minutes from the hotel, and you can also take a 5-minute transfer there and back. There are free cafes on the territory of the hotel, on the sandy beach and near the pool.All the staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. Shops are nearby. I didn't like the room at first, because it was on the 1st floor, for 10 bucks they put us on the third floor. I liked everything, we were very impressed! They cleaned well and made different shapes out of towels if you leave a small present: a chocolate bar or sweets. Water was left in the refrigerator for us every day. On the beach, you can dine on the outdoor terrace - I really liked it.The range of food is almost the same as in the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent! We had a great rest these days, I liked it)

We are currently resting in this hotel. I have never written reviews, although I have already been to Turkey 15 times. This is not a luxury 5* hotel, it is a solid 4*+. Who is not used to chic, but to a good rest, you are here. Clean, quiet, cozy. Of the advantages: the most important is a gorgeous sandy beach, not a single kayak, depth for both children and adults. Transfer to the beach every 3-5 minutes, but on foot the same amount. They feed constantly, then in one bar, then in another, then everywhere at once. The rooms are clean, wet cleaning every other day, towels are changed if dirty is left on the floor. More advantages: you do not need to bring your beach towels here, they are given out and changed to clean ones every day. Is free. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pool. There are sun beds with soft mattresses on the beach. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is always hot water, no problems. On the downside: queues for food, but most likely, this is now in all hotels, since the food is being served by the staff due to covid. There is clearly not enough staff, one person rushes to three counters, so the queues are long. Exit: arrive an hour after opening. Another of the disadvantages is weak wi-fi, but not the reception and stuffiness right there. Either the condors can't cope or they're not here. But these are small things. We went to the sea and it's gorgeous here. So don't listen to anyone, come and you won't regret it.

Food: breakfast is like in all hotels, lunch is nothing to eat, dinner is good. For dinner, at least, they give fish (after two days). A variety of salads, sliced, pies, chicken, turkey. There was no sign of beef or mutton. It feels like everything is aimed at cooking dinner. Fruits - apples, watermelons, melons (not always), oranges, plums (not ripe). There is practically no animation. On the beach (the animator is doing a good job, he is trying), there is bocce and volleyball. Basin has one competition once a day. They'll dance with the kids in the evening. For adults, everything is on schedule by day - Miss hotel, Mr. hotel, karaoke, fakir show, acrobatics, disco. The animators speak English despite the fact that 70% of the vacationers are Russian. In general, it is not clear by what criteria the hotel was awarded a top five. A SOLID THREE!!!

Not 5 stars in my opinion, but a solid four. Everything is modest and reasonable - no frills, but clean and comfortable. Friendly Russian-speaking staff at the reception, constant transfer to the sea. The food is normal, again without frills, but you will not stay hungry, I have not tried alcohol. There is an animation. The territory is small, but well maintained. A good beach with a sandy shore without rocks and boulders, a lot of sun beds - there is enough for everyone. The money that was paid for the hotel, it is worth it.
