We arrived 3 days ago and had a rest at club nena. In principle, I liked everything, the service, the food, the sea (just amazing), but what they lower the star for is alcohol (except vodka, beer, wine and crayfish there is nothing else to drink) Special thanks to the animator, well done guys, they always tried to stir up the people. In general, I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! Not very big, well maintained. The staff is very attentive. There is a chic mini-club for children, where you can safely give your shilopopik if he is already 4 years old. And in the evenings there is a great disco for children and adults.

The number is for three. Old furniture. A rickety table. The conde is right above the bed and it always blows hard.
Room cleaning - came alone after 14:00, but put the child to bed. The hotel, however, is aimed at children. At the reception, I arranged for cleaning before lunch, left $ 1 to the cleaner and it got better, only dust and stains on the tables remain, but fresh towels for everyone.
The food is good. But monotonous. They've been giving the same thing all week. On the 4th day, I got bored.
Alcohol is a bodyguard.
Vacationers smoke everywhere, especially Europeans, sit in the dining room, children are around, and they smoke all over. Disgusting.
The territory is pleasant and comfortable, except for the location of the dining room - 5 minutes across the entire territory of the hotel, through the bungalows, the sea next to the dining room.
The sea is a disgusting sunset. Imho. Small to medium pebbles, it hurts the feet.
There are sun beds and there is enough for everyone. But they smoke everywhere. They smoke a lot. Both on the beach and by the pools. Even around children. Annoy.
There is animation. Nothing remarkable.
We need to hold out for two more days. There is no special desire to go to the dining room.
Friends are vacationing in Marmaris. So there are homosexuals lying on every second sunbed. Therefore, it is better to smoke here than this filth.
In general, you can relax with children. If the company of adults, it will be boring.

Today is the last day at the Clab Hotel Nena, vacationing with my family. I liked everything very much! Have a good holiday with children! Thanks to the chef - everything is very tasty- at home! The staff is polite and helpful! Thank you, after a busy year of work in Moscow, the rest was a success!

A great place for a vacation with a child. Upon arrival, while the registration was taking place, we were given the opportunity to go to lunch. Then I went straight to the room, I didn't have to wait, it was good. A spacious room with a 3-year-old child, I really appreciated it. We had only one request, it was fulfilled while we were at lunch.
By the end of the season, the children's animators were tired, the fuse was gone, it was felt) but the children liked being with them and that's the main thing. In terms of cleanliness, one complaint is a very dirty air conditioner, it was disgusting to look at, but it was just scary to turn on 😊 changing towels every day, linen was changed, but not every day we were satisfied.

I really liked it and everything was fine! We had a rest at the end of September. We lived in a bungalow, there is one "but" unlike three-storey buildings, these are mosquitoes if you open the balcony door at night. Otherwise, it's great. The price-quality ratio is the best of my 8 trips to Turkey.

Dishes are poorly washed, plates and cups are dirty almost always. The pools are dirty. But the most important thing is not to enter the sea ((( terrible small stones. The child simply refused to swim in the sea because of this. We definitely won't go there a second time. Among the advantages: good food with a large selection and excellent hotel guides (thank them very much for their help at the time of an emergency). The rooms are more or less cleaned not every day. They seemed to have a rest, but they didn't seem to.

02.07.2019- 09.07.2019 the hotel is overcrowded, there is practically no high-quality cleaning, you have to throw out the garbage yourself, you also worry about the availability of a toilet. There are no cosmetic kits. The dishes are pure rarity. The opening hours of the towel distribution are 09.00 to 18 and lunch is 13-14, everyone carries with them. The fitness center is open until 17.00 and a break from 12-14 at the top time, while the air conditioning is not working in the hall. There is a queue for food, an hour after the restaurant opens, there is no food and clean dishes, dirt is everywhere. After 12.00 on the day of departure, the service stops, there is nowhere to take a shower, you will not be offered either towels or a hairdryer. Outright rudeness at the reception. You will not be able to rest, it is relatively quiet from 02.00 to 06.00. In some rooms, the sockets are not working. The mythical 5 stars....

For the first time in my life I am writing a review.. And, unfortunately, not a good one. I wanted to write everything earlier, but I couldn't get my hands on it))
In August 2018, my husband, my two children (9 and 2 years old) and I went to Turkey to the Club Nena 5 hotel*
(Kyzyl-gach, Side). We chose from 4 hotels and fell for this one, because it was indicated that it had a fresh renovation in early 2018.
Disappointment greeted us from the doorstep: in the central administrative building, where the reception, bar, meeting/negotiation area and several floors with rooms were located, it was so stuffy that it was very difficult to stay there. Not a single air conditioner was working and even the open doors did not bring relief. The room keys were given to us quickly. We were glad that we didn't have to stay in such a stuffy place, but apparently it was too early. Our room was in a bungalow and it was unpleasant even to enter it: it smelled of some kind of mold and sewage, the walls were all scuffed, the paint on them fell off in places, the bathroom was all killed that it was not even pleasant to enter it. It feels like we didn't come to a 5* hotel, but to some kind of flophouse from the 80s. We looked into the rooms of the neighboring bungalows, where the tourists who arrived with us were staying - the picture was just as sad. I had to go back to the reception in this stuffiness. They refused to change the room for all our requests, we even wanted to pay extra for an improved room (not a standard one), but everything was occupied. After we started to get indignant and ask where their announced 2018 renovation was, they fussed and gave us a room in this mostly stuffy building. The room turned out to be more decent than in the bungalow: although the walls were stained and cracked, they were still painted not so long ago and the bathroom was cleaner. The air conditioner, fortunately, was working. But!!! They had such a trick: at night or during the day in the hottest weather, when many with children go for a nap, they turned off the electricity for a couple of seconds and the air conditioner turned off. I.e. if you fell asleep, then you wake up at night with nothing to breathe, and in the afternoon, when the child is just starting to fall asleep, you had to get up and turn on the conditioner again, thereby losing the children's restful daytime sleep. And so it is every day!!! Therefore, it could not be an accident. They didn't bother to disinfect the air conditioner at all. The stench from it was decent and immediately everyone began to have a sore throat. We had to open the balcony at night, after which we were eaten by mosquitoes. We bought fumitox and slept with it every night. There were no options during the day - they turned on the air conditioner.
The hotel staff didn't bother much with cleaning. They came to us, as if on purpose, when I put the child to bed and after several refusals from cleaning, they began to openly ignore us. When I wanted to freshen the towels and the TB was running out, I had to ask them specifically before leaving so that they would clean up and tips would not help)))
Food is generally some kind of horror...
the halls with food are large, but everything is the same, but it's half the trouble. The worst part is that the food was often frankly spoiled. In particular: sour fuu were mixed in fresh tomatoes, some strange semi-fried cutlets, from which I personally felt so bad that I don't want to remember (I'm glad I didn't give them to the children), etc. But the cup of my patience was overflowed with sour baby porridge for breakfast. It's good that I have a habit of trying what I give to children first. The funny thing is that the staff tried to prove to me that the porridge was not sour at all, that it was normal porridge, it was just herculean (although the children had eaten their herculean porridge for several previous days and it was normal). A whole council has gathered. And only after the husband found the remaining uncooked porridge in another room, they tried both and gave up.
The dining room (you can't call it anything else) is a complete mess: dirty tablecloths are lying in plain sight near the wall where their cupboard with inventory stands, dishes and appliances can only be taken once from the third due to the fact that they are poorly washed and with food stuck from previous users. The work of waiters/cleaners)) in general, I was amazed: when the table was cleaned after the vacationers, they put clean unused cutlery on the dirty benches on which everyone is sitting, covered the tables with tablecloths and, as if nothing had happened, returned the cutlery back from the benches to the table. After what we saw, we always took the devices ourselves)))
The territory of the hotel seems to be not small and green, but the central street is so narrow that it is uncomfortable to disperse from people walking towards it, and even people on electric cars periodically drove along it.
The only thing I liked was the coffee shop. Coffee is brewed in the sand, very tasty!!!
At sea, to our great regret, there were strong waves, the youngest child was very scared and flatly refused to even approach the beach. Therefore, I had to swim in the pools, which I really regretted later. Although there was 1 big plus, a tarpaulin roof was stretched over the children's shallow pool, covering the kids from the sun. That's where we lived with the baby, until a terrible situation occurred: a child of three or four years old became ill and pooped right into the pool, when mom realized this, she quickly took it out, and the child beat up the tile with a grate next to the pool. Mommy picked him up and fled. We, who watched the whole picture, informed the carefree bathing children and their parents about what had happened and called the responsible person, who promised that the water in the paddling pool would be drained, the pool cleaned and a new one poured. We quietly left for lunch. After lunch, we saw that people who were not aware of the events were carelessly swimming in this pool with their young children. We went to the pool and saw that some of the feces were safely floating in the same place, and part of the grate was left undone. I.e. they just sucked it off with a special vacuum cleaner (also bad) what happened to the child (who clearly could not stand such a diet), without washing everything around, did not have to think about draining the water. To all our indignation, the manager said that special chemicals had been added to the pool, which should purify the water overnight. When I asked how the children bathe there, he said that it is impossible to swim in this chemistry now and the pool is closed. We were not lazy, we reached the paddling pool and were shocked that poor tourists continued to swim in it. The administration did not even bother to close the pool for a day for proper chemical treatment. That's the attitude they have...
we've never had such a terrible vacation. In 2 weeks, we managed to get over everything there that we could and several times. Instead of raising the immunity of the children and ourselves, we only loosened it decently and at home we moved away from this holiday for a long time. And don't say that this five is worth the money - it's not true!!! We have been to Turkey many times, and even happened to visit a 4* hotel, but I have never seen such horror anywhere. Now, for comparison, we are in Greece in a 4* hotel much cheaper, here is paradise compared to the nena club..

This year, at the end of September, the hotel was sold out! I didn't like it! A crowded hotel is always inconvenient and uncomfortable! I recommend that the owners keep a reasonable hotel load.As usual, I like the additional facilities for guests with young children. But there is something to improve here too! More shaded sun beds and so on

We are in this hotel at the moment. The room stock is just a nightmare! This is unacceptable for 5 stars. A safe in the room is paid, $ 3 per day, a minibar is 2 bottles of 0.5 water without gas and 2 pcs of 0.33 with gas. The food is normal, but there is no special variety, we feed the child 1.8 g from the diet table. the territory is quite large and green. Restaurants don't really like to clean, it's not neat. There is no elementary cleanliness on the territory of the trzhe, by the way, a used condom is lying on the lawn near the naked balcony and, apparently, no one is particularly embarrassed by this. This is not the first time in Turkey and there is something to compare it with. We rested in both 4 and 5 stars, but we have not seen this yet! We will not return to this hotel again.

It's crowded, everything is old, the staff is cheerful, but it's blunt:there is no cleaning in the room, no milk is poured in the bar for the child before opening, the dishes are not always clean.
P.S. we rested with two children of 1 and 8 years old, did not drink, because the swill is not drinkable, and in the heat we did not particularly want, occasionally a beer)
