I really liked the hotel, but we were in a pandemic, masks were required in the dining room and if you forgot, they do not give out at the entrance, but force you to go to the reception, and this is extremely exhausting in the heat, because the territory is huge. Of the minuses, the hotel is clearly designed for holidays with children, but many adults allowed themselves to smoke near playgrounds and no comments were made by the staff, which led to quarrels between vacationers. We lived in the main building and everything was great. There were enough sun beds for everyone, but apparently due to not 100% occupancy, again due to the pandemic. They were fed, entertained 100%, which was amazing, playgrounds on the territory of the hotel and on the seashore, children 1+ were in the shade and in action. We spent part of the day in the children's pool. With children only there.

Good day! I want to share a review of my vacation at this hotel, I want to look at the person who appropriated 5****** (plunge into luxury))) the slogan, laughter, and that's all. If you hope to swim in the sea, I think not all of this will work, there is a large drift of pebbles and sand from the shore, it is very difficult to get in and out. My legs are stuck to the knee, the depth begins abruptly, it is simply not possible to swim with children. There is simply nothing to do there without special shoes. We spent the whole vacation swimming in the pool. Which was cleaned sooo badly. I really remember the soup "Anatoly" from cauliflower, and toman soup, there were no more first courses, and these soups are simply not suitable for eating. Why did they offend Anatoly so much, I don't understand? Dirty dishes are not full, there are a lot of broken bits. In the evenings, melancholy green vacationers crowd around the bar and stupidly revel . there was one concert in 10 days, The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed, the bed is +++. There are of course some other advantages, but they are negligible. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. Very, very disappointed

We rested from 17.10 to 26.10, we liked everything. The food is excellent trout, meat, turkey, tongue, crayfish, which people complain about. Cleaning every day (clean up after yourself, then employees will have more time). Sauna, massage, slides, whatever you want. The shower in the room is a cubicle. The animation is average, but it was enough for us.I recommend to relax in this hotel. We will come back again

2 families - 6 people had a rest from September 27 to October 8.
The sea and the weather are great, there is nothing positive about the hotel:
- meager food that practically does not change, no seafood or delicacies in 12 days
- constant queues, staff can't cope
- dirty dishes, glasses in bars were often dirty or broken
- the rooms are old, in need of repair, in some places there is a broken, shabby skirting board, etc
. - there is also no shower gel in the rooms, they were bought at a local store
- of the drinks in the bar, only beer is normal
- they only give one key to a family room for 4 people, it surprised us in general…
You can list a lot of negative things, but the worst thing is that they all ended up in a hospital and ivs for a child and adults. As the Turkish doctor said, they contracted a viral infection, we do not exclude that because of dirty dishes, cutlery, from which it was often difficult even to wipe the food with a napkin. For the money we paid, we had a much better vacation in Turkey. We do not recommend the hotel.

We have just returned from the hotel, the first impression is very good, a large green area.There is a great shortage of staff, neither in the restaurant nor on the premises.Regarding nutrition, it is very monotonous, by the end there are not even enough salads and vegetables, not to mention sweets and fruits.Breakfasts are meager, porridges are not edible, baking can be said no, 3 types of rolls, in short, there is a problem with nutrition.The beach is not cleaned, the garbage remains from yesterday.The water in the pool is cold at the beginning of October, you don't even want to swim.

of the minuses, the MIR card is not accepted for payment (you can not pay with the hotel, rent a gazebo or pay for a safe.) but in all services inside, and near the lying shops, the card is accepted for payment.(very convenient)

The hotel is very old! The staff is angry, no one wants to help, much less explain! Nothing works fine, including their services! For lunch and dinner, they are allowed only in masks. There are no masks in the hotel!
I have been here for the third day, the food has never changed, the choice of the first courses is 1 soup, and it does not change, they say we have now added mushrooms to it and this is for the 3rd day, the meat is more or less normal, the pasta is overcooked, the potatoes are Powdered!
The kids' club is not working, there is complete ruin inside it!
Alcohol: beer is poured in three bars, two in small paper cups and one in glass (0.5 glasses). Two are filled with vodka and wine (powdered white, red), the rest of the alcohol is paid!
The beach is dirty, apparently they don't clean it at all! It resembles a public one!
The deck chairs are also almost all old (a lot of torn ones).
A 3-star hotel, no more! It looks like some kind of Russian boarding house in Anapa!
Do you want to spoil your vacation here!!!

We had a rest in July 2021. I liked everything. The only thing that bothered me was that they smoked everywhere. Although the hotel positions itself as a family and even a hotel for children. By the end of the vacation, the situation had changed slightly, the ashtrays began to be cleaned, the number of smokers nearby decreased. Well, I can't stand cigarette smoke.... Especially when you want to get some fresh sea air. The territory is very green, the beach is not bad, there are always places. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is on schedule, the meals are average. Lots of fish. The staff works day and night like bees. In general, I recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel from August 9-19, 21. It does not pull at the declared 5 stars in any way:((. Three, with a maximum of a ponytail. Among the advantages: the territory is large, green, a good beach and the sea. The entrance is great, I don't know who found the stones where. There is a pier from which you can jump. Everything is constantly guarded, rescuers are on duty everywhere. Animation is more or less, everyone is trying, smiling, speaking different languages.There are no intrusive services, as in other hotels, you did not have to fight off anyone, as usual in Turkey.Very tasty fresh cocktails on the beach, but for a fee.Food: we are not very picky, we were satisfied with everything, there was enough quality and variety. If you really wanted something, we went to Manavgat, Alanya to restaurants. You need to understand that the food in the hotel is designed for a large number of people and there will be no super-duper exclusivity here. The service is responsive and friendly. They try to resolve all issues as quickly as possible. Special thanks to Marina, she always helped with everything. Now the cons. The cleaning is terrible! That's from the word completely:(((Despite the fact that they left tips every day. I have not seen such a quality of room cleaning for a long time.And the rooms themselves are not at the declared level. The hotel's safe is chargeable. It was unpleasant, but I had to take 2 euros a day. The hotel is declared according to the concept of "all inclusive", in fact it is not. And the employees themselves confirm this. Everything closes at exactly 24-00, then even the water is paid. There is only one restaurant in which the choice is appropriate, read above. What is the most terrible and incomprehensible thing is the terrible heat and stuffiness everywhere! Apart from the rooms, the air conditioners do not work anywhere! Neither at the reception, nor in the restaurant. It's just impossible to eat because you're sweating. This is probably done on purpose so that they don't sit for a long time and eat less :). We were at +37+38 degrees, there are no places where you can just catch your breath, I'm not talking about the desire to dress nicely and have a normal dinner, for example. I've never seen such an outrage anywhere, to be honest. Alcohol is disgusting. This shouldn't happen at 5*! Beer was still good, everything else was vinegar. We bought them in stores. By the way: in Belek at 5 * last year, alcohol was quite decent. We will not go to this hotel anymore and we do not recommend it. For this money, you can relax a lot better!

I was at this hotel from 10.10 to 18.10.2021. The hotel for five check-in does not pull from the word at all!!! The only advantages are the large territory and the fact that the first line goes to the sea, that's all!!! The rooms are dirty, the hammam did not work, apparently they save electricity, the food is poor and monotonous, local drinks and instead of juices they gave yuppies, everything is somehow cheap!!! What saved this vacation was that I did not stay at the hotel, but went for a ride with friends to local attractions

We were a married couple vacationing from 10/19/2021 to 10/27/2021 at Club Nena. We were driving from Pegasus. The ticket cost 73,000 rubles with travel insurance, if two people have a vaccination certificate, then it was about 65,000 rubles. We rested the last days of the season before the hotel closed for the winter (on November 5, we talked ...). The weather was excellent: the water was about +26, the air was +25-27. In the evening, they already wore windbreakers and hoodies. The hotel was already empty for almost the entire vacation, there are a lot of free places on the beach and by the pool. The food in the shared restaurant is very varied, fresh and delicious. Always fresh vegetables, herbs and fruits. Turkey, chicken, either liver, or heart, or veal, and always fish. There were often trout and crayfish. A huge amount of sweets: cakes, pastries, puddings, etc. Alaskan restaurants have already been closed- the end of the season. The territory is very beautiful and well maintained, and even larger. Only on the territory so far to the beach, so far to the restaurant, so far to the spa and on the slides to the water park you go at least 5 km it turned out)). The standard rooms are very simple, but everything is there. The spa has an excellent massage. An excursion to Side from the operator cost $ 31. The rest turned out to be good. We didn't get hung up on the little things and didn't look for flaws.

We are relaxing at the Nena Club right now. I'll start from the end - if you are considering this hotel for a vacation, think again and choose another hotel!!! I'll make a reservation right away - the review is real, I've been to Turkey 18 times, I know a lot about Turkish hotels. To say that this is a dump is to say nothing! The number of staff was cut down to the utmost, the result: dirt, starting from the restaurant (to put it loudly, the canteen), ending with the territory as a whole. The staff are Asians, it is not clear from which republic, it is not the point. Food is a separate topic! Synthetic substitutes, there is not even regular milk in coffee machines, everything is chemical. If the product is more or less natural, the queue is like for vodka during prohibition. Finding a table to sit down for breakfast/lunch/dinner is a whole quest! The beach resort of the Krasnodar Territory. The deck chairs are crammed so close to each other that there is a risk of seeing someone's ass on your face (I apologize for the rudeness). The only plus is the beautiful sea! But the sea has nothing to do with the Nena Hotel. Don't get fooled by the photos of the hotel on the web, as we did! There are four of us adults, all with different preferences and assessments of what is happening. But everyone said with one voice - the hotel is a solid three! In Turkey, some hotels buy stars for sheep, this is just the case.

We were in September 2021. There are queues everywhere. After 18.00, one bar is open. It is necessary to stand in line for at least 10 minutes. There are also queues at the restaurant, especially at dinner. They respond to comments, there is not enough staff. The hotel is dirty. There is no entertainment for children except for two playgrounds. One on the beach, the other on the Territory, and a small water park. Of the children's animators, only the girl. There is nothing in the children's club itself, empty tables. From alcohol, only beer, vodka, gin and that's it. There are no juices for children, some kind of diluted chemistry. In general, there is nothing from what is stated in this hotel.

The choice of dishes is good, but it's always almost the same. The sea is beautiful! Very clean, the beach is cleaned thoroughly. Entering the sea on small pebbles, but there is a wonderful slope along which you can go down immediately to the top. There is quite a bit of entertainment, mainly for children. And in general, there are a lot of children! Even after 10 p.m., when adult entertainment programs begin. There is nothing to see in the town itself, there are only souvenirs and Chinese clothes in the shops.

I'm at the hotel now. I have never seen a worse hotel in Turkey. The room is in a bungalow, but very small. 2 people cannot disperse in the bathroom. In a 5* hotel, there are paper cups in the room and we are not talking about any kettle or dishes. The food is so monotonous that they switched to Ayran, which can be bought at a grocery stall outside the territory. Towels on the beach are equal. In general, it's just a nightmare!!!

The food is normal , without unnecessary frills , but you will not stay hungry ! Everything is great. There is a water park. Several children's and adult pools. The area is very green. Even pomegranates and tangerines are growing. The beach is sandy and pebbly. There is a pier. The rooms in the main building are clean. The service is excellent. The food is typical for Turkey, but with several types of meat. We have never been hungry. Very nice, large, planted, green area.Cats and chickens are walking around the territory.There are many children's pools, children's play complexes, even on the beach!The aqua park is on the territory of the hotel!.Mini club for kids from 4 to 12 years old.Mini disco for summer evenings.There are many restaurants, snack bars,-always and everywhere, even at night you can eat.Minuses:There is no children's animation-no one played with children during the day, no one was engaged (compared to previous years)!!!The bar is free only until 24 hours.Discos for adults are only in Turkish.((((We won't eat here anymore.
