I visited this hotel. I have a question for all tour operators and people who write reviews about food and so on.
What kind of food and so on. Someone likes everything for an amateur, someone does not. Someone can eat in the dining room and he likes it, but someone will not enter the Michelem restaurant.
The main disadvantage and in general, where are the 5 stars from here. The noise from airplanes is everywhere. There's a plane on the beach, an airplane in the room, and I can hear the noise of an airplane taking off in the lobby too!!!!! Tell me who likes it? Probably someone who lives near the airport and is used to it. I came for silence and I didn't get it. Unfortunately, no one writes about it and TEZ tour didn't say either. I strongly do not recommend the hotel for those who want to enjoy the silence of the sea.
They also write that the beach is sand. There are small pebbles there.

Perhaps not the best hotel in which I had a chance to relax. One of the advantages is the proximity to the airport, and the disadvantages are the clogged territory, although it is not small, a lot of animals, namely cats and dogs. According to nutrition - Beef was rare, watermelon was only for dinner on the street or for breakfast on the beach, normal baklava with pistachios was only 1 time in 7 days.

Good food, coffee, cocktails, bad wine and locally produced champagne. The staff is friendly, helpful, and there are many Russian speakers. Summary - a family-run hotel for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel has left good memories. There is a separate children's beach, the maximum depth is not more than a meter. Turtles live on lawns. Live music at the reception, and during lunch. Stop in front of the hotel, buy a transport card, throw money there for the trip and go wherever your heart desires (we went to the shopping center and the aquarium). Of the cons, if you find fault 1) you need to get used to the noise a little (1-2 days), the airport is close, so the landing takes place above the hotel in the daytime (my daughters liked to look at the planes), at night they apparently land on the other side there was silence. 2) On the children's beach, the water is cooler than in the main, apparently underwater streams are beating.3) Stray dogs were running on the main beach, you are lying on a sunbed and the dog is sleeping next to you. The beach of the hotel flows into the city, we moved a little towards the city, the water was warmer there. We were in early October 2019. The food, the service, the atmosphere were all great. There are many advantages, they cover the disadvantages.

Beautiful and very well maintained territory, excellent beaches, new sun beds in sufficient quantity, good animation and friendly staff, wonderful beds, clean linen and bathrobes. There are a lot of fruits, vegetables and ice cream.
But the hotel is definitely not a 5* and certainly not a deluxe. There is no kettle in the room. We bought it at the supermarket opposite.
The rooms and the hotel in general are cleaned thoroughly. The mirrors, which are at every turn throughout the hotel, are dirty with streaks. There is no pool or beach service. At dinner, we had to look for the appliances and staff ourselves to set the table. Not once in a week have we sat down at a set table. The staff is only busy taking away the dirty dishes. The tables are not being re-set at all!!! Drinks also need to be taken at the counter by yourself. There seems to be a lot of food, but everything is kind of dull and there is a lot of all sorts of mess. The cook just stuck to the minced meat dishes. Strange darkly dim lighting in the evening in a restaurant where dishes are placed and red lamps are burning over some of them for some reason-just blood from the eyes! There are also no figures that traditionally decorate the restaurant. And there is a very poor choice of bread: rolls in a package and bread for toast. We had a rest in October. Well, only the external entourage attracts five stars - so much pathos that you definitely get into it). The lobby is located in relation to the rooms as the central part, there is also a night restaurant - and accordingly, all the fuss of night guests is heard in all rooms. And the guests are drunk and noisy....
The food is good, but not very varied. Sometimes there is only one type of meat at lunch (I don't mean semi-finished products, there is always plenty of this stuff) and there is no fish at all. But a very good sweet table. The wine is also quite decent, especially white. But - there are a lot of people, it is not always possible to find a free place in the dining room.
The territory is quite small. Very weak children's animation. That's putting it mildly. Like the playground, it's just not there, so it's empty. There are no games either. The slides were closed.
The pools are good, there are a lot of sun beds. but not on the beach. The beach is supposedly a hotel, but in fact it is open, so if you come at 10, then there are no places anymore. And the locals have a good time - they put on bracelets and use all the options under the guise of vacationers.
But all the advantages (and there certainly are!!) they fade against the background of night discos in a nearby hotel. Guys, this is something!! The thunder is such that not only the walls vibrate from low frequencies, but also the furniture. I don't know who can sleep in such an environment. However, it ends at 12 o'clock exactly, you can't take that away. But at 7 a.m., the cleaners start yelling behind the wall. And if the guests were frolicking in the lobby again at night, you definitely won't get enough sleep. And so it is every day...Maybe if we were without a small child, we would feel very differently about this. But the hotel was declared - for family/children's holidays. No, this is definitely not a children's hotel. No silence, no peace, no animation, no children's menu...And clearly not five stars. We had a rest a couple of years ago in a 4-star hotel in Antalya - the hotel wins from this in absolutely all respects.

We had a great winter weekend, a good hotel, quite close to the center - it takes half an hour to get by bus, beautiful territory, but now there are a lot of repairs. The food is like in any hotel - a lot of things, but in fact I don't eat half of it. I don't drink strong alcohol, I tried the wine - pink with strawberry flavor, not bad.
The indoor pool and Jacuzzi are very cool for me. I liked the sauna and the small hammam. The room is great, but the cleaning is a little weak. But we were coming here to get the sun from slushy Moscow, so everything is fine!
The territory of the hotel is large, there are many locations for photos, many cafes and restaurants in Alaska. But all this works only in the summer season.
In the summer, I would not like to relax there - for such a number of rooms there are very small pools and not so many sun beds on the beach. Although the beach is successful - there is a paddling pool for children, and an ordinary beach and pier.
There are almost no slides - 3 identical, very small ones!
For autumn-winter - spring holidays, the hotel is super!
