We rested in the middle of June. They stole a wallet from a suitcase (it was their own fault, they forgot to close it), Thank God there were only cards in it, Wi-Fi catches only in 3 places, work was important to me, so Wi-Fi was very necessary (it was possible to work normally from 12 at night, when drunk guests dispersed) . The food is very monotonous, there are no fruits except apples, watermelon, melon and oranges, even the sweet is beautiful, but it tastes the same. The waiters don't understand Russian. On the 7th day, I was already sick, I paid 150,000 in January still, I would not have known, the tour operator advised because of the children's direction of the toucan club, do not drive children under 6 years old, no one cares that your child is crying, their concern is that children do not run away from the territory, our girls are like boiled, there is no one who goes into the forest those who ate firewood, very reluctantly entertained the children, I do not know if they are constantly working or changing.
Among the advantages, the territory of the hotel is large, but not very green, not very annoying advertisers of hamam, paraseling, etc. The room is cool, they cleaned it every day, but they created more visibility, the evening shows are cool, it's a complete delight.
The Germans were arrogant, then they stole a table, then a sunbed, the feeling was that everything was not pleasant for them, they were in the same area at the gypsophila hotel last year, although it was smaller, but decent: tasty and varied, the staff quickly decided everything, the Internet catches perfectly well away from the reception, very beautiful, all in the flowers of the vines.

We had a rest from June 12 to June 25, 2019, we were put in a room with a view of the parking lot and a barn, we had to go and figure it out, the room was changed with a view of the sea. The restaurant does not have enough staff, the child was taken away with a plate of food (ridiculously), the waiters, and the staff do not speak Russian, animation in German and English, the hotel is not worth the money, the choice of fruits is meager, there were oranges, apples, melons are not ripe and watermelons, you can also in Moscow to eat, but the sea is gorgeous!!! The pool too!!! But honestly, we won't come here anymore! It was much better in Belek!!!

The restaurants are crowded, the service is below all criticism, during the 12 days of rest, the waiter never came up to offer drinks at dinner, although the hotel positions itself as a 5* ultra all. On the day of arrival, my family and I (4 people) were confronted with the fact that there are no two-room family rooms available in the hotel and offered a one-room standard, in which there is 1 double and two single beds (transformer). Apart from the sea and excellent weather, the hotel cannot provide anything at its level and equivalent to the money charged.
